t.Comfy rooms, reasonable price, very friendly owner . Great location , parking available. Shame about the rowdy families that smoke and drink around their own young children and the immediate area . Very loud, disrespectful clientele whom behave disgracefully. Not just one family , a revolving door of badly behaved subset of adults and socially degrading behaviors. More stars would be given if their anti social behavior was committed elsewhere when I stayed
R.Rooms tidy and clean,stones throw from well hosp if you are coming down for an appointment parking on-site friendly staff walk to cafes new world, macdees easy drive back to motorway north.

G.Great studio accommodation. Very spacious lots of room upstairs and downstairs. Slept our x3 families easy. Two bathrooms and kitchenette. Great location straight across the road from the hospital. Made visiting stress-free. No worries with parking. Laundry available. Countdown supermarket within walking. Handy to the City. Great customer service Shelia and Ross. You made our stay very pleasent, thank you, we appreciate you.

C.This place isn't fancy but its lovely and comfortable and clean. The staff are awesome and will go out of their way to make you welcome and happy. Super close to Wellington regional hospital. Lots of cafes and eating places close by. I had the best Mexican food ever just up the road. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank you
J.Wonderful staff looking after our friends in their time of need. Even gave them flowers and a box of chocolates for her birthday. They absolutely go beyond the call of duty. Real people who care about people they are wonderful
P.Enjoyed staying at Motor Lodge. Very Clean and friendly service and rooms were awsum and good heating . Not far from Countdown and other shops. Good Bus Service and just across the road from Hospital if you have any one from out of town in the Hospital.
M.Excellent value for money. Stayed here for a week when our newborn came 5 weeks early. Great access to the hospital and Countdown. The room had cooking facilities so we could keep that cost down. Staff were super nice and the rooms were well cleaned. Highly recommend staying here.
J.Clean and close to the hospital. Hosts were friendly and accommodating when we needed to end our booking early. Only things to note is units are mostly upstairs with no lifts and showers over baths - not suitable for those coming out if surgery.

J.My family stayed here while my mother was in the wellington hospital recently and our host Echo was amazing very friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. The room was very spacious had all we needed very clean and tidy off street parking was a plus as we had daily trips over to the hospital. There was a laundry with a washing machine and drier so it saved on finding a laundromat we stayed here for 4 nights and would highly recommend this place thanks echo from the Tilson Family.
M.Brilliant being opposite hospital, easy access within walking distance to various places. Pleasant owner, But only downside was we were put in unit that has alot of stairs and toilet was on upper level of unit and after discharged from hospital was a obstacle
S.I've stayed here 4 times, but that's unrelated to the 4 stars (although... Spooky). It was never out of choice, I don't do the bookings. Never disappointed tho. Plunger coffee makes a big difference to the quality of experience
S.I love staying here. Rooms are clean the staff are professional at the same time empathetic as being located directly across from wellington hospital will see some good and bad experiences for their guests.
I would not hesitate to come back and stay here again.
A.Edit: Thank you Echo for everything. We were at Wellington Hospital and needed a place to stay while we were here. The room was so clean and homely and a great space to recharge! Room 11.... fantastic! Staying in Room 13 tonight! Thank you Echo!!!!!!
J.I stayed here 3 days while attending a conference at University of Otago (just across the street!). The room was very clean, bed comfy, and a nice power shower in the bathroom. The best part was the service - Minnie was very kind and attentive and when I got sick went out of her way to help me out. I highly recommend it! The only pause would be for those who can't stand street noise. It doesn't bother me, but may be a bit much for sensitive souls.

D.Fantastic stay in spacious, modern units. Best value for money we have come across in some time. We had a family member in hosptial so it was very convenient (right opposite hospital) . Plus good kitchen facilities so we could cook our own food - decent salt & pepper grinds too :) Also great service from owners. Free parking space. Large Countdown 2min walk down the road. Bus stop right outside.

m.Thank you Echo....you were friendly and accommodating when we arrived allowing us to park in your courtyard early so we could go straight to the hospital...our room was super comfortable and well appointed...you made a difficult time much easier...

M.Right opposite Wellington hospital, close to New Zealand Dance School, Otago University, Massey University, minutes away from restaurants and a supermarket . Bus stop right outside. 5 mins driving distance to CBD/30 mins walking.
