C.Booking this was easy, the location was excellent, the apartments are well setup and warm but the bathrooms weren't super clean, nor the dishes. A few necessities were missing, but quickly replaced when asked. (Would've preferred a smoke free environment). Would rebook due to proximity and convenience.
C.Apartments are very family friendly and people working at reception amazingly kind. We had some lightening issue in our apartment and they quickly moved us to a better ones. Highly recommended for families, well furnished as well. Location is also great as you can walk to the Te Papa museum, botanic garden (and playground) and run on the waterfront
J.Loved these apartments. We had a group of 8 of us and accomodation was easy to organise but book early its a popular place. Everyone loved their apartments and it's in a great location, close to food outlets and shops and an easy walk to the water front and Te Papa. Will definately stay here again !
L.Wish I had spent more then just one night here. Apartment was well thought out, tasteful and comfortable. Friendly staff on the reception desk, with good restaurant recommendations. Good location in regards to the CBD, and attractions. Shower had super good pressure, and the bed was brilliant. Will definitely stay again in the future.

M.Very conviently situation in the centre of Wellington city. Nice clean and tidy rooms, the only down side is, no restaurant, however, step outside and there are hundreds on your doorstep. Very comfortable stay. Nice hotel all round.
J.Our family stayed in room 603, a twin room suite from 12 - 15 February.
On a positive note, the location of the suites were central and ideal, the rooms well equipped and the decor modern and pleasant.
The staff at reception were friendly and the room service staff particularly friendly with the room service itself good.
However slightly disappointing was the room not being ready on our arrival, which was after the published check in time. We were asked to leave our bags and return an hour later. Inconvenient and but not terrible.
What was unacceptable was the lack of hot water in the showers over the 3 nights we stayed. All showers were luke warm. On informing reception of this on the Saturday morning the best excuse received was that the building was at full capacity and the boiler could not cope(?). Of course this is still unacceptable. Also on the Monday morning, of which I doubt the building would have been at full capacity, the showers were still luke warm.
This is very disappointing given the price paid for the suite and would prevent me staying at the Suites again or recommending them.
N.The location is really great and convenient to everything, it's clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the amenities extensive but a little worn. The kettle had a burnt bottom and I had to chase up twice to get a replacement; bulbs missing, mould in shower, lamp broken. Arrived at 4.30pm, room not ready until 6pm (admittedly is was a very busy Friday). I felt a bit grumpy to start with as a result, but after staying there for a few days it really grew on me and I would come back again.
D.Any issues room service would assist. Very tidy and clean. Bathroom extract fan takes about 2 minutes to turn on. Very enjoyable would stay again
C.Nice ,clean and friendly accommodation. Would give 5 stars but my room was on the first floor with a light outside. This meant the room was always bathed in light even at midnight and with the blinds / curtains pulled.
B.We enjoyed our stay at Boulcott Suites, it's centrally located within walking distance to a large variety of shopping and restaurants. The room was a good size with balcony and in good condition.

R.Awesome facility for families central to everything, so you dont need a car we ubered to out of the way places for way less than a rental car and parking costs. Lots of good eating within a 200m radius and also a supermarket less than 350m away we saved heaps on food by purchasing and cooking in house as there is a full kitchen, there are 2 rooms in the apartment so heaps of space for the kids we are 2 adults and 2 kids (5, 11), daily service of the room was GREAT, our expectation was that we wouldnt get serviced daily, but guess what you do they do all the bits you dont get round to doing, making beds, putting dishwasher on, new towels, etc!! loved it! They have this cool pillow service as well be sure to check it out when you stay 😍
R.Great place to stay, good service, our apartment was so spacious and clean. It greatly exceeded our expectations, especially for central Wellington. We'll definitely be back. The only thing that was missing was a bath/spa bath.
R.I really like this hotel although being in two buildings it can be inconvenient. The hotel is in two separate buildings that can mean unpacking the car back of one building catching the lift down to reception, a short trip down the road(not so good in the rain) to another building then another lift to the room. However the trip was well worth it and the room was spacious and modern. Good sized kitchen area for a short stay and good dinning table space. Comfortable lounge seating and good sized tv. Queen bed that I didn't find that comfortable. Good wardrobe and draw space. The bathroom has really good vanity space and the shower water pressure also good. No soap holder is very inconvenient but I guess lots of people use body washes these days. However in that case a shelf would be helpful. Staff are great. This place is better than most other Wellington Hotels.
M.Clean and tidy. But my city north view was a tiny slither between 2 buildings. Otherwise I had a magnificent view of the back dirty courtyard of the building next door.......
T.We stayed here for over 4 weeks when we first move to Wellington. The location was superb, close to shops, restaurants, and bus stops. We had one bedroom suite, good size for 2 persons. Staff was friendly. My only concerns were slow service and cleanliness. On our first day, we had a big box stored in the lobby and front desk staff said they can bring it to our room around 1pm. The box didn’t arrive till 7pm. We were given towels with stains on them, the floor and the stovetop wasn’t clean properly. Missing toilet paper, didn’t have our bed sheets change on the last service.

M.Honestly can’t believe this place is 5 star. I was on a business trip when I stayed there and I learnt that I will not be back to Boulcott Suites next time. No air con. Customer service is poor. Not enough keys for the bigger apartments. The beds are not comfortable and dirty pillows. Cleaning wasn’t done everyday. It’s really not a five star level accommodation.... expectations haven’t been made. I’ve been to many other places with 3 and 4 stars but they were much better 🤷♀️ I just hope you make the improvements
J.I stayed here for about 3 weeks in a suite. The suite was nice and the housekeepers generally were very good. They do clean the rooms later in the day that I would usually expect, but it wasn't a big deal as I'd try to carry out my errands during the early afternoon. The front desk staff were nice. One evening I was having issues with the heat, and since the housekeepers crew want available, a nice gentleman from the front desk came to help me.
F.Front desk service was excellent. The location is great, on a steep incline but close to bars and restaurants.
We stayed on the 6th floor. The flat was clean and spacious. 2 bathrooms was a plus too.
D.We stayed 4 nights in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the apartment neat, clean and convenient. We had 3 heaters in the apartment (which were really required). The location is great next to many restaurants, shops and only a few minutes far from the ocean. Highly recommended.
J.Nice room. However despite conversations regarding payment when we checked out they still managed to stuff it up. And our rubbish bin which was full of takeaway containers was not emptied when the room was serviced. There is definitely room for improvement here. Especially with the reception staff. On my last stay they tried to give my bag to someone else!
P.Great location. Staff are friendly. There is parking available for guests. Wifi is excellent. Room was not large but a good size for a short stay. Would prefer more hanging space for clothing and more storage for valuables.
N.This apartment is beyond awesome. It's located in the middle of the city, with dedicated parking. The room are modern, spacious, and they have a state of the art washer/dryer if you are in desperate need of laundry and a nice small kitchen for your self catering needs.
S.Lovely staff, clean, housekeepers always made sure we had fresh towels. The only problem we had was trying to figure out the washing machine/ dryer.
Perfect location as it's right in the city, literally a few minutes walk from the supermarket which really came in handy. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in Wellington. Thank you! :)
A.I stayed for 4 nights in this suite and my room had the view of the church. Convenient location as it's close to everything in the city. There is a backpackers accommodation next to the suite but we didn't face any problems. The room is basic and comfortable. However, housekeeping can be an issue, they may not turn up until 4pm in the evening to even clear the rubbish from the room!
D.My company put me up here for business and I was pretty skeptical at first - I’ve had some pretty crappy experiences with serviced apartments in the past. I was very pleasantly surprised, very nice apartments with all the amenities and just as modern and clean as you’d expect from a hotel.
Perfect for a business trip, possibly even a weekend getaway for 2 at a pinch.

K.Perfect location for business visit to Capital. Centrally located. Great rooms, clean and well facilitated. The only downside was no restaurant/ bistro on site. There is an option to charge back to room from specific local cafes and eateries. Loved the easy check out option of key drop box. Definitely will use this hotel on future visits.

F.The room was good sized and well appointed - plenty of kitchen appliances( including dish drawer) and a laundry tucked away in closet. We stayed just one night for WOW so barely utilised anything but would certainly return for a longer stay as well. Staff were friendly and pro active at sorting out a small issue with door access on arrival. Definitely recommend - easy walk to TePapa, shops, markets, restaurants and concert venue.
B.This is a nice modern hotel in the heart of Wellington central. Good proximity to food locations, and a easy walk into the office spaces on Willis street. The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the showers, as it is a touch low at times (this is similar to most hotels in the area though so not a show stopper). Prices are always reasonable and the staff friendly.
C.Stayed in the two bedroom apartment. The staff at reception were lovely. Found the apartment a little bit stuffy, jaded and dirty when we arrived (beer bottles under our bed). The bottles were cleaned up by staff promptly once we pointed them out. Finally the location is excellent with a short walk to many of good spots around Wellington.

S.We stayed in the 4 bedroom townhouse. Parking was super handy and was included in our rate as a Xmas special. Townhouse was clean, modern, well presented with great amenities. So much space! The kids had a blast playing hide and seek in all the rooms. The young man at reception (Daniel, I think) was friendly and helpful. We requested a toy basket for the kids which could've been a bit of a gamble (think doctors waiting room toys eeeewww) but we were pleasantly surprised. It had a good selection of toys for all ages, had no missing pieces and was clean!! Amazing! Location was so handy to all of Wellingtons attractions. We won a voucher with Air NZ that allowed us to stay here. Sadly we couldnt afford it ordinarily as at around $600 per night it is fairly pricey for 2 adults and 4 kids. Would be reasonable if you were a kid-free (and carefree) couple sharing costs with 3 other couples. Thanks Boulcott Suites, you really impressed these country bumpkins!

K.Great hotel, far more better than expected. Two storied appartment, 2 bedrooms, one living room, 2 wc/showers, 2 balconies/terraces. Definitely worth the price. Practical service was good, everyday was also cleaning service. Has capsule coffee maker inside and laundry/tumble dry/washing machine/owen etc.basically everything you need, also travel adaptors are available upon request for free. Coffee capsules / milk were added everyday for free. TV with 100 +channels. Only thing I could advice - a shelf inside shower cabins for washing items like shampoo and body gel would be the only thing I could suggest to add.

W.Stayed here for 3 months and they offer excellent service. The units are big and has everything you need. The location is very accessible and near to shops, restaurants, pubs, church, gym, bus stops, etc. Boulcott Suites is best for long term stay. Also, they have rooms for overnight stay.

M.I really enjoyed my stay at the Boulcoutt North Apartments. Very well thought out suites with free unlimited wifi, and amenities and services thought through really well. Tidy, new apartments with plenty of space and a comfy bed. Would stay again, highly recommended.

Suprised to see we got a dishwasher, dryer and washing machine. Only reason I gave 4 star is due to the tv being absolutely terrible, we came loaded with hundreads of movies on a usb to find the tv is so old that it doesnt have a usb input.
R.Eighth floor suite was fabulous for our work team, large indoor and outdoor collaboration areas made it easy to work and stay in the one place. Clean fresh functional and very conveniently located mid city.
j.It's downtown and there's New World nearby. Bedding is equipped with clean and good appliances, but the oven is dirty and the toilet is not as good as I thought. It would be nice to use a professional cleaning staff.
If I come back to Wellington, I'm not going to use this place again.

B.Coming into Wellington at the end of our NZ odyssey, we stayed at the Boulcott Suites for 4 nights. Our 1 bedroom suite within the new wing was in near mint condition, so everything was relatively awesome.
C.A well located apartment hotel, good for an overnight stay. Rooms are on the small side, and showing signs of wear, so time for a spruce up it seems.
L.Spacious and clean. Not much space for cars to turn around on the street though.
