Staff were so friendly! The location was perfect with a 15 minute walk to the museum and waterfront, and with so many restaurants around. The room was spacious, clean and had all we needed,
including a full kitchen and dishwasher. Nice balcony view of part of a mountain and some city/street view. The pool should be advertised more as it was heated and had glass floor that you could see the street from, as well as the bay, sunset, the moon, and mountains!
Some of the photos on booking sites are not 100% accurate or easy to match up for apartments but they are comfortable rooms with good amenities.
They definitely need to look at the cleanliness of this property as there is a lot of rust, dust and dirt in places - the pool glass and windows are all very dirty too.
The gym is very small but ok with a balcony and the pool is a beautiful view.
We stayed three nights in a spacious one-bedroom apartment with city view and found it an excellent base for going to NZIFF screenings at the Embassy and Lighthouse Cuba. Lots of eateries in close proximity. The apartment was extremely clean, as were the lobby, hallways and other public areas. The concierge came promptly to replace the bulbs in two non-functioning lights. We heard next-to-no street noise. The apartment had an excellent kitchen set-up, though too few pots, pans and utensils to cook an actual meal. Overall, a very good experience.
Wonderful experience at 70 Tory street, the rooms were clean and the amenities were exceptional. But above all was the service Christian at front desk provided. He was exceptionally kind and helpful during our stay, an absolute superstar! Recommended this hotel for anyone visiting Wellington.
Great place to stay in Wellington. Front desk staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was compact but had everything you needed. The kitchen was a bonus - so well equipped! The bathroom was a good size and had a nice deep bathtub. The bed was warm and cozy. Quiet location. Be aware, you have to specifically book a "city view" room to get a good view, or you will be looking at the neighbouring apartment building, which is almost close enough to touch!
We had an amazinging 3 night stay. The room was amazing. Christen on the front desk is a superstar. What an amazing asset to the hotel. Nothing was an issue and everything was handled with a happy and easy manner. Location to everything was great, just a quick walk to courtney place. We will definitely be back.
Our room was modern, clean and spacious. Additions of smart TV, full size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher was a great bonus. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff were super friendly and also let us check in early as our room was ready before 3pm. Close walking distance to waterfront, restaurants, shops and nightclubs. We will definitely stay here again!
The new manager is renovating the place, adding new furniture, which is much needed. Other than that, the rooms are good sized, and the bathroom was fine. We loved our two bedroom suite with a shared living area to relax in. I’m sure they will stock the bedrooms and kitchen a bit better as they continue to improve the place, but they brought us a French press, and we happily prepared our breakfast there every morning. The place is super clean and well located. There’s a fantastic market, better than Whole Foods, just around the corner so it’s easy to stock up if you want to prepare meals yourself.
Stayed for 8 weeks during a stint of work in Wellington. The staff are fast to respond to requests and are very accommodating. Room was tidy & ammenities are decent. Great central location. Thanks for having me!
Honestly such good value for money. The apartments are spacious enough, it's location can't be beat, it's next door to one of the best restaurants (Wildfire) and the bed is pretty comfy. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We will stay here whenever we visit the windy capital.
We stayed in a studio room. It had all new fittings, plumbing and tiling, lots of modern glass and chrome - very nice and super clean. Very close to the main bus route and many dining options.
We'd thoroughly recommend.
Perfect location. Nice, modern room (studio) with city view which we paid only a little extra for and was worth it. Nice balcony. Clean and fresh. Only negatives are there were a few items not working i.e the heater in the bathroom/extractor fan and no baking tray, otherwise really great. We didn't catch the name of the nice man on reception, but he was very kind to us when we were having hire car troubles and helped us alot! All staff very friendly aswell. Pool and gym very tiny but we still used for about 30 mins each day and enjoyed it.
This is a nice little place close to the waterfront and right next to a lot of restaurants and bars. I rented a studio room that came with a kitchenette, and cooktop and small table. So it would be practical if somebody wanted to stay there a week. Staff was very nice. My only knock against the place is that the parking situation could be explained a little bit better. All I was told is that they have parking. It didn’t tell me where in the garage to park or how to go about getting the discount with the parking garage, so I ended up paying more than I should have. I would just recommend that they better explain how to park there PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
Stayed here for a night because of the photos of the pool - it’s not heated! Only managed a two minute swim before the kids started crying :(
Room and location are great - shame the pool temperature can’t be turned up.
Top notch two bedroom apartment... spotlessly clean, well appointed. Friendly, helpful reception staff, and fantastic, quiet location.
My Mum and I had a lovely stay. The service at the desk was impeccable. A lovely young man gave us all the info we needed. Parking was safe and secure over night at a small fee, which is great for Wellington! Room was well maintained, clean and every amenity needed. Bathroom was spotless and the shower and bath were great!
Compelled to leave my first ever review….I stay in a lot of hotels and generally despise them. I’ve been at the Tory for 3 weeks whilst working on the Women’s World Cup and I’ve never been made to feel so at home. The team couldn’t be more helpful. Jordan, Yetkin et al, many thanks.
Nice city views, balcony is a bonus and beds are v comfortable.
Spent 55 days in Tory hotel, I extremely satisfied with the service! Big thanks to all front office staff for their assistance. Yetkin (receptionist) helped me to fix a few issues almost immediately and was always there to help. Appreciate the effort of staff for accommodating good experience of guests.
Location, location! One night stay with my partner before depart for AK (sad, I know). Well priced room with view of Tory St (Rm 307). Look room was studio type apartment, small, clean, tidy, with kitchen, so precisely what we expected. Sun on balcony in morning (yes in Wellington I know!). Very helpful front desk staff. Thx guys. Public car park immediately next door. Used "Parkable" App. Easy (and Im a pensioner). Would stay again. Good coffee at Raglan Coffee just around corner
Evething else was fine. Only parking was very inconvenient. If you have luggage, better to drop them off at the drop-off area. Check-in, ask for the 30 NZD parking spot with the room key for carpark access. Since u already drove past the carpark entrance, u need to loop around to enter the carpark. Also, no direct access from carpark to ur room, so need to walk 3 minutes to exit carpark.
Good location, room could have done with a sofa for two rather than a single seat.
Needs a better selection of tea bags please. Otherwise clean with good facilities and nice spacious room, good view out to Mt Victoria too from our room on the seventh floor.
Very warm rooms so needed to open the sliding door at night which meant we can hear the city night noises etc.
Strange dungeon like pool
Excellent hotel, easy check in and out, parking available room was great. 5 stars ...
This hotel caters for (in my opinion) the most essential criteria one would want for a short stay. We were upgraded (at the end of August in covid level 2) to a double bedroom, which we really appreciated, thank you Distinction. It is clean, very quiet, has very comfortable beds, excellent fridge freezer space & is very centrally located to food outlets. However the sound & picture quality, ease of use of the TV was seriously sad. Also the microwave at approx 1.7m high to the internal plate is seriously stupid & very possibly unsafe. Apart from that I would definitely recommend,
Steve Franklin

Great rooms and services. Location spot on but a bit noisy at night 🌙. Would recommend for space, cleanliness and comfort of rooms. Service is fabulous too.
I really like staying here. It's always clean and fresh. The rooms are well laid out, the bathrooms are a good size and all have a bath, which is a nice little luxury. The beds are comfortable as are the sofas. They also have real plunger coffee. It's everything you want from a city apartment hotel, and just a little bit more.
Stayed here for 2 nights on a whim, amazing deal on prices, thier service was great. The only problem I encountered was the Kitchen exhaust fan not working. Besides that, the room was clean as.
Clean, comfortable, and compact.
I was in Wellington for a 2 day course and I was hoping to stay at the hotel where the course was being held, but work booked me in here instead ... and I'm glad they did!
The room I was in was on the 5th floor (room 510) and it was clean and comfortable. And even though it was compact (small), it had everything that was needed and maybe even everything expected. It had enough space for 1 person, neither spacious nor cramped, but I'm not sure how it would be for 2 people ... probably depends on the 2.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was simple yet nice.
I would readily recommend this hotel to others and would happily stay here again ... it might even be a preferred choice.
Great location to discover Wellington. Definitely recommend the city view rooms or you will end up in the dark, looking at a parking lot. Good amenities in the room. We asked for the room to be serviced, as apparently you have to request it. Anyway, they were too busy and did not do it. The swimming pool is in the building next door, so you have to walk across a carpark. The water was on the cold side. Not bad stay but not great neither.
Nice place. Good service. Handy to town, restaurants, shops, bus stops.
I have stayed here about 5 times and it is always a great place to stay. The rooms are exceptionally tidy and well appointed with comfortable beds and linen, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, iron and ironing board, heaters etc.
The front counter is manned 24/7. They are extremely professional, will accommodate holding your bags for you and you can charge back many fantastic local restaurants to your room.
Easy walking distance to Te Papa, War Memorial and a host of city restaurants.
My favourite feature is that if you get a room at the back of the hotel facing the rear parking building you have a really private balcony, and it is very quiet at night and early morning. The block out curtains are so amazing I overslept for two hours on my last stay!
There is a secret gym and indoor swimming pool you need to ask about! Go for it! Enjoy!
I've stayed here for 3 days 6 weeks in a row in the all the rooms from studio to the 2 bedroom penthouse. The location is amazing, the rooms are clean and today and the facilities especially the self catering is great. If there was one reccomdation you should pay extra for a city view. The courtyard view is a view of a wall and not the best as you tend to draw the curtain and it can be dark but the facility, location and tidiness are all excellent. Recommended.
Maybe would have given it a four star at the prices asked but the toilet roll holder falling off the wall and the leaking toilet pushed it to a three.
No air conditioning.
TV does not point directly at the bed.
Bath/shower has a high step for entry and exit and there are no rails to assist, not good.
Lacking information in the room. We are about to leave and apparently there is a pool here.
Clean.
Good wifi but had to ask for the password as not supplied with the door swipes.
No Green Tea on offer!
Full kitchen units with dishwasher.
Location ok.
Spent 2 incredible months in Tory Hotel at Century City. Amazing staff, nice rooms, beautiful views.
Special thanks to Yetkin Kaya, the hotel receptionist for his hospitality, willness to help, his professionalism and love to his work!
Thank you Tory, thank you for being home for two months!
Nice hotel in a good location. We only stayed here due to our flight back to Auckland being cancelled, but it was perfectly fine and we were pleased with our room.
The only negative would be there was quite a lot of noise from doors opening and closing from about 5am onwards.
I'm not sure I'll stay in the Economy Studio again. There was no aircon in the room, a small heater was provided, but wasn't on, so the room was freezing cold when I got in at 10pm and went straight to bed. Also oddly there is a noisy full size fridge close to the bed, I forgot to bring earplugs. The curtains have to be pulled at all times because it faced a busy car park. The tissues were out and the toilet paper 2ply. There were not any better rooms available, it was the last.
Central to everything and realky well appointed. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with big laundry. Large balcony. Generous towels and supplies. Daily service wasn't needed but good to have the offer of fresh towels etc. Parking next door if required. Friendly staff. Great check in and departure. Remote control held together with duck tape and dining chairs torn upholstery needs replacing.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good linens, kitchenette well apportioned, comfy black leather sofa, superb location. Cooling the room is a challenge but it can be done, just won't come home to a cool room. Would stay again.
The penthouse suite is generously sized has a nice flow and is tidy. The bath in the main bathroom is HUGE. The couch wasn't very comfortable and doors could be heard slamming throughout the night. Otherwise a pleasant stay and would happily stay again.
Great central hotel to stay at. Greeted warmly and able to check in early. Convenient position in Wellington. Good to have parking on site.
Room was clean and well appointed.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will happily stay again.
We were booked in a studio for 3 nights. The room itself was quite comfortable. There was no view, but thats how the studio is marketed. There was a shared balcony and the hotel offers paid parking at $20 a night. I think I can get better value for money else where.
Room looked good until I checked bedroom. Durex wrapper on floor in plain sight. The toilet was also leaking. The leak was fixed and room given another clean. However we also saw hairs on bathroom floor suggesting their cleaning wasn't great. Next day the bathroom fan stopped and some lights wouldn't turn on. I would still consider using them again in spite of these issues.
Super friendly staff, great location. My new go-to when staying in Welly
Was very surprised when I walked into room 606. Modern decorating in studio rooms, with full kitchen, dining table, nice big chair and also a nice comfortable queen bed. The staff are excellent in every way, they are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. They also will go out of there way to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely come back. Check in date 28/7/2017, I have not checked out as yet, that does not happen untill tomorrow. If I could stay here longer, I would.
Our room has been great, although the washing machine has a very hard time drying clothes. Our view is great; our friends and family traveling with us did not get good views at all, so be sure to ask for a room facing the harbor.
Great accommodation option in the Wellington CBD with a wealth of good food options within walking distance. Well serviced rooms, with useful kitchen utensils, fluffy towels and comfortable bedding. May need to pull a chair from inside your room onto the balcony if you are wanting to sit and enjoy an evening wine or early morning cuppa but all in all great staff with friendly and helpful staff.
Great place, staff very accommodating, price was value for money. Room was spacious, clean & modern apart from no USB charging ports. Location was fantastic, would highly recommend staying here.
Lovely place to stay.
Central, close to theatres, restaurants and bars.
The rooms have everything you need.
Personally, I don't like the micro milk porvision- it does not taste like milk and there's never enough. We also often have to queue to check out.
Nice bed, great place to stay for a couple. We stay here alot.
Just needs aircon.
Great rooms, cleaners were brilliant. Beds in 2nd bedroom disappointed, they were tiny singles. The gym was way under par, it had odd weights, equipment was tired and worn, and the place could have done with a good clean
The rooms are really clean and the staff are really nice. There's a dairy right next to it too so you can get snacks.
Penthouse Suite is A-MA-ZING!! Views of the whole city on one side, and the harbour on the other. Private deck which must be about 40m2. Close to great restaurants on Courtney Pl such as Joe's Garage and The Chippery is a short walk! Master bedroom has windows floor to ceiling on two sides, with spectacular views. Well-equipped kitchen. Spa bath with the best bubble bath provided! Very spacious lounge. A wonderful central place to stay
Initial impressions were really good, nice room, amazing shower. Our issue started once we went to bed. The street noise was shocking, we could hear every drunk "hey" as it echoed up and down the street, the occasional RTD can blowing down the road, and then then came the rubbish trucks. Definitely not a restful night on the fourth floor.
Deluxe studio, no heating, no extra blankets, in room. Great location, clean and tidy
Stylish and convenient for the city. Grubby carpet spoilt the chic as did the exposed plumbing under the kitchen sink and in the wet room (which looked like it was meant for a washing machine). We had a room which looked directly into a residential multi storey car park, no view but was quiet which is a bonus in a city
Pity there was no air conditioning, and only one chair for my wife and I to share and watch TV. Tiled passageway was quite noisy. Carpet getting tired. Outlook onto third floor of car parking building was not great. Friendly and helpful staff. Quite expensive for what it was.
I would love to rate this place higher, but I just wasn't dazzled. The location is fabulous. The staff were lovely & very helpful. The cost was leaning towards high, but not exorbitant I thought based on the pictures I was seeing online for the room I wanted to select. Sadly on arrival I wasn't just underwhelmed, I was disappointed. The room just wasn't very clean - it was ok, it wasn't disgusting or disturbing, but it wasn't what I'd expect from a hotel which supposedly employs professional cleaners, and coming out of a nationwide lockdown for an epidemic I must say I wasn't at ease. The furnishings (ie: the bathroom vanity and the diningbsuite) were quirky, harkening back to a time I remember in the 90s when everything had to look very NYC subway or white-tile public convenience - exposed pipes, fluorescent lighting, white tiles, and see-thru glass surfaces - cute, retro-chic, but odd and not very welcoming & homely when coupled with the huge, old, & extremely uncomfortable couch. A beast of a unit upholstered with the kind of vinyl/leather that has gotten hard with age, is cold to sit on, and frankly has no stuffing left. And whilst I was thrilled with the very warm comfy bed & bedroom as a whole, the icing on the cake was that the deck/balcony opened up to give a grand vista .... of the neighbouring building a few feet away which made the room dark and seem cold all the time, and to top off everything they provided analogue TV, so not only no Sky pack like you'd think we're a given in a hotel charging over $250 p/night, but not even any Freeview. A motel in the 80s would at least pipe video at night but this set-up barely worked (thank GOD for my laptop so that I could at least have entertainment).
As I said, I wanted to be much more pleased given I had paid the same cost as I'm accustomed to for 4* and 5* hotels, but for the reasons above I couldn't. Other rooms, guests with different personalities & preferences than me, might work out better however, & I truly wish Distinction all the best.
Rooms were clean and tidy and sound proofing as not much noise came in from the hallway. Has a pool and gym as will but you have to walk through a covered car park to get to both. Right in the city so all food and shopping is right there.
Great room full amenities and facilities but I found the room rather hot and had to sleep with the window open which was proberly not the best idea as I was woken up early by the constant rubbish trucks empting the bins in the surrounding area.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Spacious bedroom, it is completely selfcontained. All stuffs required for having a shower and cook something, just bring your clothes and food if you want to cook. Great hotel. I loved it!
Amazing hotel, even had a complimentary blanket that was heavenly, wish is was a free blanket :p not sure what type of blanket but it was huge and super soft and a good weight, not to heavy but not super light. The blanket was my favorite part, but the whole room was amazing :o
I stayed in room 501 and can honestly say this hotel is great. Couldn't find a fault with it.
Everything from the reception team welcome to the room itself could not be faulted.
Room was modern, spacious and clean. Fast and FREE wifi.
Absolutely magical, everything from basic rooms to penthouse suites. The penthouse suites are fully furnished with central heating and full facilities for cooking, bathing etc. Unfortunately you have to buy your own food to cook, but apart from that it is first class.
Serviced Apartments.
Had to stay in Wellington on business, third time i stayed here. clean and tidy good shower plenty of park on site.
Would recommend.
No Restaurant on site but plenty a stones throw away.
Enjoyed our stay here. However as we were a huge group it would have been better if our rooms were closer together. Staff were great and close to our venue
Great friendly staff
Beautiful
Clean
Fresh
Sooooooo warm and comfy
Easy walk from The Michael Fowler Centre and Cuba St, evdn with my suit case. Great food spots nearby, my choice, Joes Garage. Loved it here, I'm coming back 👍😁
Fantastic!!! Brilliant service. Clean, tidy and pretty much noiseless. Especially enjoyed the way the staff interacted with us. Great place to stay.
Clean tidy.
Easy check in.
Try not to get a 'back' room. your outlook is a car park...
Good selection of charge back restaurants close by.
Who knows about the Hawthorne Lounge?
No air conditioning as it can get quite hot and stuffy in the bedroom at night. 1st floor room facing Tory street can be very noisy. Central to the waterfront and Courtney Place.
Very pleasant place to stay. Well appointed rooms with all the basics covered. Clean, tidy and quiet. Very conveniently located.
Staff were welcoming and helpful, room was spacious and very clean. room had all cooking facilities and dishwasher etc. Best place I have stayed in Wellington, Highly recommended!
Very confotable bed! Must be a first. The staff were helpful and polite. I removed a star for the following reason - I looked out my window to find that the room faced a car park and it felt dark and depressing.
Open secret. This place is quiet. No annoying street noise. You're made welcome here. So handy - lots of good places are within walking distance. A really pleasant surprise. Recommended! Good views.
Nice hotel and very quiet, could not hear a sound outside my apartment. Kitchenette in the room was handy. Located walking distance to many interesting venues.
Walked into my room (level 2) and was thoroughly impressed, view not so much (car park). Guess I could have paid some extra $$ to get a better view, but when all you need is a place to crash, can't really complain.
We LOVE this hotel, the staff are excellent, the rooms are very comfortable. The balconies are great, and the location is the best.
Highly recommend this place as the best place to stay in central Wellington.
Group of 5 girls for a weekend away
We booked a superior 2 bed with city views
Comfy and clean beds
Balconies off small lounge and one bedroom
Other bedroom was a bit stuffy but I’ve got a thing about needing fresh air when I sleep , this room needs a mirror too , that’s a girl thing , other room and bathroom had mirrors though
Quiet , couldn’t hear other guests
Great staff
Would stay again
It was a very plaseant stay at this place, the room was good, shower presurre was good, neat and tidy and housekeeping staff preeti and padma were awesome too., handy location,... Will definitely come back.... Pocket friendly..
No aircon. The room/staff/place is great.. but if you come when its warm i.e dec to march you need to be okay with no way to cool yourself except for a portable fan. Autumn , Winter.. come here... summer.. you have been warned
I will definitely return to this motel. Perfect in every way. The service, the room, the location, and I have to applaud the staff, cleaners, front desk, receptionists. Love love love this motel
Absolutely fantastic place. Rooms are nicest I have had
Great room, Clean and tidy with a balcony that overlooks the street. Easy walk to bars, eateries and Te Papa. On-site parking is good.
Having read all the reviews we knew what to expect, and it was an easy, no issue stay. So close to everything. Friendly staff. Would stay again.
Good location and decent sized room. Comfy bed. Room could have been cleaner but overall pretty good.
Good location was quiet and clean, room was laid out well but entertainment area was small. Large bathroom though with bath.
Staff are friendly and very professional. Our room was lovely. However some of the furniture was tired.
Got an upgrade free to the penthouse apartment!!
Room was nice and comfortable for our short stay and within walking distance to everything.
It was cheap to stay but washing machine broke.
Decent budget hotel. Great location right in the middle of the city. Some rooms come with washing machine for longer stays.
Should have got a view room but it's clean. Couldn't find tv remote, was under the bed..lol. but the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Spent two weeks here, the staff was always nice. The room was nice and clean, appreciated having a balcony.
Very nice but the shower was in a high sided bath with no rails to hold while getting in and out and with our age felt unsafe.
clean and tidy room comfy bed, only thing we didnt like was the view if the carpark building right outside our window so couldnt have curtains open
Very good location, easy to get to with good parking. However bizarre to have room windows looking directly into a high rise car park about ten feet away.
Booked for a nite...
Awesome views and location.
Great customer service by Pablo 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you
Only have stayed in penthouse, but both times have been AMAZING! Currently writing this from one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. AMAZING.
Very nice hotel. Great location. Parking was full so had to use public parking. Very expensive. Otherwise would stay there again.
Great wifi, decent room, poor cleaning. My "clean" towel had hairs inside and the carpet was in very poor conditions.
Went to a party on the penthouse, very nice room think my friend payed $1000 for two nights. Awesome space, if you got the money, do it!
Great hotel and good views from the upper floors. Very central and easy to walk to various places for drinks and dinner.
Good for the price but the rooms need renovation. There are a lot of marks on the walls. Service was friendly.
Very clean, well presented hotel rooms. Very pleased with the polite and friendly staff and service.
Very efficient space. We had a lovely view. Very nice and had washer and dryer machine.
Very good location. Stayed here during my honeymoon. Everything is very close. Room is pretty and clean
Lovely quiet & clean apartments awesome pool.
Really nice room, not much of a view but the quality of the amnenties made up for it. Would stay again.
We had an apartment 2 bedròoms very pleased with it. Central location. Staff friendly and obliging.
Clean and modern, very quiet, only down side was the window of my room looked into another building 2 meters away.
We love this motel, the staff are cool, we love the central location, the beds are fabulous & the balconies on the city side are awesome.
Amazing place to stay. Spotlessly clean and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud.......sooooooo comfortable
Awesome well presented room. We enjoyed our stay! High recommend.
Stayed in the penthouse suite and it was fabulous. Really friendly and helpful staff. Great location, highly recommended it.
Very well appointed 1 bedroom suites. Helpful staff and easy to book.
Staff were super helpful and friendly and would highly recommend staying with them.
Love it close to town and restaurants, great staff and has a car park, very clean and tidy would recommend 👌
This place is amazing, close to everything.. got upgraded to penthouse!!! Love this place but could be cleaner if im being picky :)
Apartments only. No catering except for a very basic breakfast. Big clean and well-equipped.
Very nice well situated but shower in high sided bath and stairs access from car park to reception not good for people with hip problems
More of a long term apartment than a hotel. No room service, no view etc. But ok for 1 night
Comfortable bed. Laundry facility, equipped kitchen. Air conditioning would be nice.
Great little hotel, clean and had all neccessaties staff are attentive and professional, was a great experience.
Service was good, room was clean, walls are a bit thin (lol) and NO AIR CON? Whats with that.
Distinction hotel is a great place to stay walking distance to tepapa very friendly and helpful staff 👍 thank you from Pauline and malcolm
Nice , clean accommodations. Hotel has underground parking which is eaay to get to.
Great location and rooms have everything you need. Great service too.
Wonderful hotel and location and services.
Chapeau bas. It is highly recommended.
Nice hotel to stay in, excellent service, not a very good pool though
Great location. Clean, well presented , lovely reception staff
Great rooms but no air conditioning in the middle of summer makes for a bad experience
Great location, can walk everywhere. Distinction is well used but clean and tidy.
Comfortable enough and very central in Wellington. Pity it doesn't have a restaurant.
Nice and central, cosy rooms , but be prepared to be woken early with rubbish trucks
Clean rooms and a friendly reception. They even contacted me when i left my phone charger in my room. Will stay again
Nice rooms very clean. Street below a little noisy.
Spacious one bedroom. Complete self contained unit. Would stay again.
Great place to stay, close to everything and lovely rooms.
Was a fantastic stay, staff were exceptionally helpful and courteous!
Amazing customer service from Mary-Anne, I will definitely be staying here every time I am in Wellington. A++
Small rooms but tidy. The chairs in the lounge are uncomfortable.
Awesome hotel close to city spotless cant fault this hotel its top notch all round
Cheap rooms with a decent kitchen and bed but quite stuffy, even with balcony door open.
Great place to stay. Central to everything you need on holiday
Fantastic room! So comfortable and clean!
Very close to many food and drink establishments. Nice rooms.
Very nice and peaceful stay. Very good hotel
Amazing rooms and so ckena and friendly staff
Loved it, loved the room big balcony all that was needed was in the room.
Comfortable and well equipped, worthy of its 4 stars.
Reasonable rate, clean and tidy.Excellent stay for a night.
Decent rooms. Great location to centre of town.
Very tidy, friendly staff... would stay again
great apartments enjoyed my stay here
Right in the middle of town (great location) and nice rooms.
Great location not far from the numerous bars and restaurants on Courtenay place
Very close to city, clean rooms with all the necessities.
Great service.Clean fresh rooms.
Not the highest level of cleanliness but overall it was okay
Excellent customer service. No air conditioner.
Stayed here for work, room was nice
Always enjoy staying here with Tony and the team 😀
Very clean and comfortable hotel.
Good central location and pleasant place to stay
Very Comfortable suites.
Convenient to everything. Moore Wilson across across the road...
Nice city
Nice place to visit family
Perfect location
Big spacious apartments.
Great spot in welly
Nice place.
Luxury accommodation.
Super comfortable and super large apartment! Really ideal for visiting the capital. It really has everything you need: kitchen, 2 bedrooms, paid parking,…
Small downside: the smell when going down to the parking lot and the washing machine which was broken....
Very nice reception. We were given helpful tips for breakfast (2 minutes away: Prefab) and other topics. ||Unfortunately the pool was closed, which I had been looking forward to as the infinity pool on the roof would certainly be an experience.||The area around the hotel in the direction of the promenade is rather plain, which you notice especially in the evening. |It didn't bother me, I come from a big city. |The rooms are nicely furnished, bathroom tiled with white tiles. |Everything very clean.||Parking garage directly below for a fee. Sufficient loading zone in front of the door.||10 minutes walk to the museum. Cable car with the bus about 15 minutes to LambtenQuare. ||The hotel is definitely a good recommendation and well worth the price.|| TIP: Make sure you book an apartment on the upper floors!!
Beautiful apartment, very large rooms, in the living room a glass table and a leather sofa, kitchen also with mini dishwasher. Well furnished room. Very comfortable mattress. Large bathroom equipped with every comfort, from the stove to the towel warmer. excellent|| ||
I spent a couple of weeks in these apartments and the experience was excellent. They are located in the best area of Wellington and very well connected to the rest of the city. The facilities and equipment of the apartments are fabulous: always spotless and working properly. All of this accompanied by professionals who are always attentive to any request and advice. A 10 for the reception staff and room service. Without a doubt, when I return to Wellington, I will stay with them again!
Fantastic hotel. We stayed with some friends in November and the stay was very pleasant. The location and facilities are very good, and the beds are particularly comfortable. The pool is spectacular. 100% recommended.
We took a suite for 5 people! We arrived a little late due to a delay from Interislander, but upon arrival everything was amazing... A wonderful room with a stunning terrace and very comfortable beds, lay down and fell asleep right away! The staff was very friendly upon our arrival and throughout our stay.
