B.Very clean & tidy! Amazing spa even has a radio, nice lights in bathroom, great hair drier, everything worked as per ususal, bed was comfy blankets/sheets were clean and soft, heat pump was powerful cold or hot, room had heaps of room, parking wasnt an issue, I felt safe and secure, staff were friendly, local shops around the area nice short 12 minute walk to new world/take aways or 30 second walk across the road to BP was just amazing! It really felt like were on honeymoon or something
Some down falls we felt room service was abit poor had to prompt it eg. Getting 2 extra towels and 1 tea towel - we needed more than that especially being in a room with a spa/showering & cooking meals we had to ask for more and more each time. We had to ask the service lady to top up our tea, coffee, hot chocolate & milk (when it was clearly low when she came into the room but she didnt act on it until we pointed it out and asked) never asked if we wanted the bed made, dishs etc.
We live in 2021 sky TV is still a thing but its old school and not as common as Netflix or apple TV etc alittle turn off would of been nice to have an upgrade on the TV. But apart from those little icky wicky things it doesnt turn us off from coming back :) we will be back!!! We wont forget this place

M.We absolutely loved it there. Our room was beautiful and clean!! The Spa was amazing, loved the lights, the feeling and the fact we could completely escape and enjoy each others Company. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to escape with their partner. Also the man at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. Thanks Buddy!!
T.We last stayed here two years ago and the motel was undergoing renovations. I have to reiterate that we really enjoyed our last stay and found it great value for money especially as it is a pet friendly motel and in close proximity to the ferry terminal.
This stay was even better. Due to our last minute decision to stay they weren't able to accommodate our dog, but that was fine as she got to stretch out and sleep comfortably in our van. The renovations to the motel are of a very high standard. The shower/ toilet is of a quality you would expect in a 5 star hotel. Beautifully and tastefully done.
The only issue if there is one, in the unit we had which was a two bedroom family unit, you may find the master bedroom a tight squeeze if you are an XXL or larger person.
However overall well worth the money. Thanks for the great stay. Highly recommended, we'll be back.
N.This place was pretty amazing our room had a very nice bathroom and with all the essentials there. The room also had a TV and a nice little kitchen. I give this place a 3. * because of how uncomfy the bed was. The pillows were terrible. (Remember to bring your own pillows!) Also because this place was pricey and I did find some peoples hair around the place. And for people running the place, be more friendly.
J.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay . Very clean, tidy and new decor & very Friendly staff. Definitely will be recommending them to anyone visiting Wellington , and of course , will stay here again 😉
A.Motel isn’t bad but was overpriced considering. They force you to use your room key in a socket on the wall for the electricity to turn on so if you leave someone there you can’t take a key with you. The refrigerator requires the key so we got back one night to melted ice cream. Spa is nice, shower is good. No cable and they only give you 1GB WiFi so we had to spend more money for WiFi to at least stream a movie for decent entertainment.
D.Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment. A bit pricey for just 2 people, but liked the location and shared living area compared to getting two single rooms. Slept very well. Room was upstairs, so had to carry suitcases upstairs. Was ok for us, but might not suit others. No hanging space or hooks in main bedroom. They should add hooks to the back of all doors. No tissues, couldn't find a hairdryer, not sure if included. Luxury bathroom fitout but no shelves or surfaces to put clothes or toiletries, be great if they added that.
J.The host was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that a cooked breakfast wasn't available. The room was clean and tidy but the toilet paper was on the thin side.

Loved that we had an invection cooktop and plenty of hot water. Owners were very helpful. Easy access to and from the city. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

M.We stayed in a renovated unit. This place is perfect for a short stay. The kind where you don't unpack your suitcase, but need a comfy bed, a decent TV and a rejuvenating shower. Our unit had a functional kitchen. Even an Aircon & heat pump. There is a decent laundry on-site for the travel clothes. Better yet, a load is only a dollar dearer than the laundromat in Johnsonville. The wifi works with none of the hassles we've experienced in some other places. A first was a built in bedside USB port to recharge my mobile. Parking is directly in front our unit.

T.Looks like a decent place to stay. It’s is mostly full and is in close proximity to supermarket and motorway. Have bus service nearby which will take you to city in around 25mins. There’s a BP petrol pump just opposite to it.
