K.Super friendly hosts, very nice room and AMAZING views, yummy breakfast and fantastic value too boot! Sadly I had to leave a day early, due to the people I was in Wellington to visit becoming sick, but I will be back! Highly recommended.
G.The hosts were warm and friendly. The room was warm and clean with great views. The firm bed gave us three restful nights. Breakfast was very nice with many options including a cooked breakfast with the hosts spending time talking to us.
The location is very quite.
We will definately use the Pacific View B&B when visiting Wellington.

Me and my partner stayed here for a short break/introduction to Wellington, we were both amazed!
We arrived late due to travel but they guys here had made everything nice and smooth for us to get in and to bed.
Next morning we went into breakfast, a great continental spread with coffee and even eggs on toast! (Double yolks were amazing, although I can't guarantee others will get this on their visit 🤣🤣)
Brent and Janice were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable and happy to have a chat.
Nearby we visited Weta workshop, the city centre and museum. I'd recommend the museum and Weta! Also found a great vegetarian food joint (recommended by Brent) all pretty close.
Wellington is a lovely city to visit, so do it, but if you do this is the place you need to stay! Highly recommended and if we're in the area again we'll be returning.

N.Wonderful apartment with a nice Sea view. The place is well maintained and very clean and tidy. The hospitality shown by Janice and Brent are unmatched. They are so caring and friendly, even helped us to solve the drop of issue with our car rental company which made our travel easy. Would have loved to spend more time with such lovely hosts but had to catch the morning ferry.
Highly recommended stay and we would love to come back here anytime we visit Wellington again.
T.Lovely room and breakfast with a great view. Location is a bit outside of center of the city, but if you have your transport it is easy to get in and out. The hosts are lovely as well and told us some great stories from their past at breakfast. Wish we had had more time to stay for few nights.

A.We stayed for one night, and we got there kind of late and were supposed to leave very early the next morning to catch a flight. So, we declined the "breakfast" portion of the stay. The room, however, was extremely comfortable and cozy. The host was very nice and accommodating. And, our flight ended up delayed in the morning, so we did get to see the gorgeous view once the sun came up. Definitely recommend!
G.stunning view from the dinning room, and the view from guest room will not dosappoint either. great hospotality (beyond my expectation) from the business owners (Jenny and Brit? sorry I'm not good with names...) the location is not so close to the cbd, but should be fine of you drive or enjoy walking and think the good view compensates for it
J.My first experience with a bed and breakfast. Janice and Brent were great host. Great priced room with an awesome view. Very close to Wellington Airport where we were flying out. We were greeted at the door by Janice, she showed us our room and amenities. We then went upstairs to where breakfast would be served and we met Brent.
The view was awesome, from the second floor even better. It was a bit windy out, but we took a walk to the monument and got an amazing ocean view. We got to see the plans flying into Wellington and the ferries making their way towards Picton.
We brought in our bags and looked through the binder of things to know, as well as restaurants in the area. Pricing was a little out of date, but you kind of get to know the cuisine.
The room was very clean. Clean smelling and tidy. The closet has been converted into a little bar area. Mini fridge, cups and mugs, tea, coffee. There was water and milk in the fridge. A water boiler too.
The bed was pretty comfy. Shower was nice and hot. There was a heated towel rack. The walls were a bit thin, but overall it was nice.
We had already made arrangements about breakfast the night before, so we woke up and made our way upstairs. There were a couple different types of cereal, vanilla greek yogurt, fruit of all types. Janice had coffee, tea and juice available.
We started with what was on the table. Janice made bacon and eggs with toast. It was delicious. Crispy bacon. Had a nice chat with Janice and Brent before we had to pack up and leave.
We definately recommend staying here a couple days or longer. A bit of a crazy road due to the narrowness despite being a two way street and cars parking on the street that take up the entire lane. Dangerous when people drive too fast around the corners, easier to see at night due to headlights.
R.My second stay here as it ranks in my top 5 favs. Super close to the airport, lovely people, beautiful room and a great breakfast with heaps of continental options plus a cooked breakfast if you wish. Fabulous 🙂
C.we had a great time there. Landlord was very helpful to help us prepare our next trip. Only negative point, nothing to have a drink or a dinner without having to take the car.

K.(Translated) There are two rooms in the B&B. Even though we booked it permanently, we were honored to be given the room with the bathroom directly adjacent to it. The other one had to be across the hall. Breakfast was good and plentiful. But by serving in several courses, it was strictly specified what should be eaten and when. Since in the meantime plates and cutlery are cleared again and again, there is no opportunity to touch anything that is also on the table. The house is in the hills overlooking the sea, but is difficult to find.

Im B&B sind zwei Zimmer vorhanden. Obwohl fest gebucht, verkaufte man es uns als Ehre, dass wir das Zimmer mit direkt angrenzendem Bad erhielten. Beim anderen musste man dafür über den Flur. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Doch durch das Servieren in mehreren Gängen wurde eng vorgegeben, was wann gegessen wird. Da zwischenzeitlich auch immer wieder Teller und Besteck abgeräumt werden, hat man keine Gelegenheit, etwas von dem anzurühren, was zusätzlich auf dem Tisch parat steht. Das Haus liegt in den Hügeln mit Blick auf das Meer, ist jedoch schwer zu finden.
