S.Apartments must be taking an economic hit as the amenities are lacking or are just not there at all. Staff friendly and informative. I could say it's due to low grade demographics
G.Is a great location and could easily be a much nicer hotel, had 3 rooms, just need better cleaning.
S.Clean and tidy serviced appartment. Great location.We missed out on a parking spot which I assumed we would have with the appartment. We had to park in overnight parking just across the street. Other than that I would have given 5 stars.
I.1st night tonight, not very impressed as many similar costing apartments were available Lets see how remainder of our stay goes then will give a full review.
P.s. reception service was superb.

Second day was slightly better i guess
Had to ask twice tho before they cleaned the place out so my toddler could go to sleep. Sink still wasnt fixed though.
Will look for other similar priced options tho.
R.The room was immaculate as was the bathroom. Great deal and great food. The only negative was the lack of double glazing on the windows as the cars racing and screaming from the street below carried into the room.
We would definitely stay again! Great staff and such a good location.
D.Great stay here. Nice and clean. Great size apartments. Can get a lil stuffy and could do with aircon. Kitchen was great could do with a few extra cooking utensils but was good for wat it was.

Nice hotel and friendly staff.
Well maintained rooms. Entrance to the hotel is available both from Lambton Quay and The Terrace.
Good and amicable service.
In case the booking is done through online website using a credit card, you may be charged additional fee during billing from the hotel.

A.I was there with my BF and we must say we where totally surprised. Super nice and elegant apartment with kitchen und big rooms. Nice bathroom and the location is perfect, only took 8 min walk to the center. The service was very good. We would do it again. The price is totally worth it.

A.Nice part of town with lots to do and see nearby. Room was very spacious in a beautiful old building. Convenient to bus and ferry terminal and also on the airport bus route.
R.Needs air-conditioning this building is tired and you can hear the road noise. The room we had was tidy but tired needs an overhaul the location is the best thing about this place very central
G.Cons: Bad internet connexion. Old windows, cold inside (however, they provide extra heating). Tv very poor. Pros: location, apartment with all you need, everyday clean towel. Washing machine. Dishwasher
J.The room on level 5 was really cold, was unable to close the bathroom window, the heat was lost through the windows. The room itself could be warm when the heater was moved in there.
