P.Greeted by reception, quick but thorough intro, studio room was lovely and clean, sofa needs a steam clean, kit kitchen with fridge freezer and everything, separate bedroom with two queen beds, bathroom had a washing machine and dryer (a bonus)... Had a partial view of the water but it was in walking distance, in the heart of the CBD and close to the bus stop to catch 002 to the Airport
k.Staff excellant and the apartment was roomy but unfortunately was a bit run down but the receptionist said they were in the middle of a revamp when covid hit.Excellant location but no sky or movies and the tv screen quite small. Very clean.

P.Excellent use of a classic looking Deco high rise with an interior that all most matches. Very cool.
Roomy, pretty good facilities including cooking, laundry, decent bathroom and right in the centre of the city. And clean. No air conditioning which meant leaving windows wide open to cool the room down, (summer), letting in the very obvious street noise was the only negative.
We had problems with our room that was immediately addressed by staff, without any hassles.
Would stay again.

A.A good place to stay but the only issue is the car park.
G.Superb location right in the heart of Wellington. Rooms spacious, genuinely well equipped, and very comfortable. In renovated old MLC Insurance building built in 1930's, with nice architectural design touches retained. But best of all, staff were very helpful and friendly.
(We booked through an online booking company but next time will book directly with Quest on Hunter staff )
A.Staff are amazing. Friendly and helpful. Great location. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Not too loud. Shower was hot and great pressure, and washing machine and dryer was a great bonus. Really enjoyed our stay here.

D.Room's wall painting had air bubbles as if there was mold behind it. Heater didn't work when turned on, bed was not comfortable. TV was on top of a very low stand which made it hard to watch from bed.
Cleanliness was good though and they have a good small kitchen. Room is fairly spacious. Shower was good too.

Hotel reception was presented nicely and the staff were very friendly.
The room was very clean and has lots of natural light. The furniture is a little old, but all working fine. I agree with some of the other comments that there is a lot of street noise. The hotel is in a great location in the city surrounded by office buildings and no clubs so the noise at nighttime is manageable. Will consider staying here again when I am in Wellington next.

M.Very good value considering the size of the studio and had a beautiful kitchen. Perfect location near the airport near the city also. Only criticism is the furniture was a little shabby but nothing bad to say on the whole.
C.Good value for money and clean and tidy. Only small thing I could think of is double glazing to shut out a bit of street noise. Nice to have a seating area to watch the TV or sit at table to have dinner and bonus that you have a washing machine and dryer for dirty laundry in your room.

G.Tidy, comfortable, spacious, and mostly clean ; the apartment I was in appeared to have had a couple of "servicing issues" which I reported while I was there - one was dealt with immediately, and I'm confident that the other was dealt with promptly after my departure.
I look forward to staying here again. Might even stay here with my wife for a weekend getaway in Wellington.
T.The room was clean. Walking distance to all Wellington business. Lady was very helpful with the detailed instructions. The rate was excellent which included Breakfast and a late check out on Sunday. My devices are new and normally quite grunty but I gave up trying to browse after 20 frustrating minutes.
A.Location was great, but the service was average.. I ask for more tea bag, but I kind of get a tone that I was disturbing them. The window, walls and floor was so echo that I can hear the running water, wheel at the hallway.. It was so noise. I can hard get any sleep and the TV wasn't working as well.

T.Good room provided in a reasonable location. The hotel is situated bang slap in the middle of the city, so some noise is to be expected. The staff was very pleasant. I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay for wifi in the places you are staying it should be included in the rate.
M.Great location, friendly staff and the room was nicer than I expected. Was very handy having a washer and drier in my room. There was some banging that was quite noisy I'm not sure where it was coming from but it wasn't too bad so I didn't bother to complain.
N.Was a great base for exploring Wellington, there was major work being done in the foyer that was a downside. But the room itself had everything needed during my stay and good security. near by attractions are the cable car and Wellington museum. everything else is easy walking distance so didn't need a car during my stay. bus and train station easy walk and several inner city supermarkets within blocks.

D.My wife stayed there from the 1st Nov - 3rd Nov. The hotel itself was nice and the nightly rate was good and the room was pleasantly presented. The only criticism is the after hours check-in was appalling. The intercom system they have is useless it timed on numerous occasions, each time getting a different person who couldn't find her reservation. This was at night and to have a woman standing outside inner city for s long period of time is TOTALLY unacceptable. When she eventually got in she found her room key on the unattended reception counter. QUESTION: Did the intercom go to a call centre? They need to employ a night manager.
P.Nicholas is a bloody champion. The many out of the ordinary requests I had were met with a can do attitude and the enthusiasm of a guy that knows how to run a top notch facility.
Room was amazing, seperate bedroom to lounge etc, cleanliness 5 stars.

T.Quest Wellington is centrally located in Wellington just off Lambton Quay. The service I received was great. The heater had been left on to warm the room up which was much appreciated on a cold Welly night. I recommend this place for anyone that wants to enjoy their stay in Wellington and have a hassle free experience.
T.Went down for the weekend to see the Doctor Who Symphonic Spectacular playing at the TSB Arena which was about 200m from the hotel which was really handy. Bus stop from the airport is nearby for when we fly to Wellington. I enjoyed the staff and apartment but sleep quality was compromised.
A.Arrived late, we just rang and the person over the phone opened us. The keys were on the reception desk. Room is spacious, clean, everything is there including laundry and dry machines.
T.Great location! Perfect spot for every tourist thing in wellington! The room we were in needed a facelift the dishwasher had obviously leaked at some point and ruined the carpet and the kitchen walls were also water damaged but all in all great location, great price and friendly staff
B.More of a serviced apartment place than hotel. Full cooking and clothes washing facilities in the room. No restaurant, but not needed as there are many within walking distance.
T.The Quest is centrally located between ***** walk to Te Papa and Cuba Street and a few block to the Cable Car Station which will take you up to the Botanical Gardens. There was a traffic Jam. There are various restaurants nearby that allow you to charge your meals back to the hotel. Will be back.

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Die Küche war top, sehr neue und gut ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine und Trockner (Samsung) funktionierten einwandfrei.
Leider war der Sevice an der Rezeption leicht gestresst, man hatte das Gefühl nicht wilkommen zu sein.
Laut Beschreibung hieß es, dass wir ein schallisoliertes Zimmer haben, jedoch konnte man den Verkehr obwohl die Fenster zu waren laut hören!
