A.I stayed 2 nights & had 2 good sleeps. This surprised me because of the location & my room on 1st floor faced the main road. Bedding was cozy, pillows nice & overall comfort. The layout of the room & size good. All amenities are there, hob stove, microwave & a coffee machine as well. Love the organic toiletries, nice smells. Artwork throughout the hotel suited the place. I've stayed in alot of hotels over the years but I truly like this place. Thank you & Kia Ora.
A.With a last minute desperate call to the Sojourn, our prays were answered by Kat. With our Dad in the hospital across the road with terminal cancer we needed a plan and quick, after all our other plans fell apart the Sojourn were so welcoming and accommodating. Tho we didn't need the room over night we did need it for the day to celebrate what we knew would be out last Xmas with our Dad.
From the moment the phone was answered to the moment we checked out the Sojourn was brilliant. Kat was so kind and caring. We had the best Christmas and have already told other family's we have meet in the hospital about the brilliant service we received.

G.My husband was in hospital for major surgery and the proximity, being just across the road was a real blessing. Rooms were lovely, very clean and service was great. Front desk staff, especially Kat were so obliging and easy to deal with.
H.My family & I stayed at Sojourn Apartments from Christmas Day through to the 2nd Jan. We were here visiting my sister who was given only 2 months to live. Sammy-Jo & the rest of the team were simply amazing even right down to the cleaners. We booked the 2 bedroom petite apartment which was awesome & spacey. The beds were amazing, slept like a baby after our full on days with the family. We even managed to squeeze in a family dinner with my sister. We were concerned about her wheelchair but Sammy-Jo reassured us it world be ok & offered extra chairs for us to use for our family dinner. Sojourn simply made it an amazing experience for us while we were staying there. My sister sadly passed away last week but know that your great service, awesome location & value for money apartments made a huge difference for my family & I during some of the most precious moments in my sisters life. Thanks again & will definitely stay here again in the near future!
M.Lovely accommodation in a good location in Wellington. Right across the hospital and a short uber into the livelyness of the city. We had one of the smaller rooms. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone considering a stay in Wellington.

J.Stunning apartment/hotel. I just stayed 6 nights while hubby was across the road in hospital. The location, literally 100 steps away from Wellington hospital is fantastic. The rooms are fresh, cozy, and well equipped. The bed is SO comfortable and with a sofa and kitchenette I felt right at home. The staff have been so very helpful with my booking/cancellations and we won't hesitate to stay again.

S.We stayed in one of Sojourns petite serviced apartments which was perfect for us as we were only there to sleep. Accomodations were immaculate and staff were exceptionally helpful. Parking is limited on site but for a minimal cost of $10 were able to park in the countdown carpark which is only 100m from the hotel. They let us unpack onsite first before heading to parking.

H.Our apartment was bright and clean and had all the amenities and facilities we expected. The staff were really helpful and friendly and even gave us some peppermint tea in our room, as requested. What I really appreciated was the vegan refillable soaps and shampoos so there was a lot less waste.
F.I guess like many of the people who stay here we were experiencing the trauma of having someone in hospital. The staff were outstanding. In every way. Nothing was too much trouble. I had 2 children with me and they were so kind to them. We had to change our plans and the staff couldn't have been more compassionate. I highly recommend this hotel because all the staff were so caring. Thank you.

L.Cat at Reception was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and she àlso sorted the WiFi connection for me on my old phone. There was only myself, so I booked a petite room and It had everything I needed. Whoever fitted out these rooms did a fantastic job, right down to the glasses. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the aircon was a godsend, as was the location across the road from Wellington Hospital. They also gave me a late checkout so I could find out if I needed to extend my stay. They had processes in place for keeping guests safe regarding Covid which I appreciated. I'm sure I'll be back to stay another time. Thank you for your kindness.
R.We had a wonderful time staying at Sojourn Apartment Hotel for two weeks. Comfortable bed, modern style kitchenette, sparkling clean, very peaceful ambiance, super fast Wifi, awesome staff and excellent service. We will definitely come back as my teenage son already made a request to spend his next holiday in Wellington just so that we could stay at Sojourn again.

B.Recently I stayed at the Sojourn Apartments and I was impressed with the accommodation. The unit, while small, had everything you needed with a well appointed kitchenette. It was clean and tidy and there was a consciousness of being covid safe at every elevator and entry within the accommodation. Parking was secure onsite. M.My family stayed at Sojourn for a week. The apartments were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Well insulated and nice and warm during our winter stay. Also surprisingly quiet. We barely noticed a storm that had apparently ripped off roofs and downed power lines nearby. Great location. Close to the zoo and also not too far into the CBD. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the Sojourn Apartment Hotel are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They offered me a room on the mezzanine floor, which was spacious, quiet and had everything I needed to make a quick meal and relax.
I loved the little touches, such as the chocolates and coffee pods provided, and that the TV was personalised with my name. It was easy to use the chromecast to broadcast to the TV from my phone so I could watch my own Netflix subscription.
There is a Countdown supermarket just around the corner, along with a variety of takeaway food outlets within easy walking distance. A bus stop is right next door, for easy travel to the city center.
B.perfect location to the wellington hospital. my first thought was wow, I have never stayed in a cleaner hotel. it was the most comfortablest night & the bed was super comfy! the staff we dealt with were great & more than accommodating & helpful with pointing out good food spots. 10/10 would stay again!
K.The Sojourn is nice and tidy and handy to the Hospital where I was with our sick son. The room was really good, tidy and the right size for me and even a couple staying in my room would be fine.
It was good to see a decent sized milk in the room for drinks and cereal, The bed was so comfortable that the two nights I stayed I had fantastic sleeps.
The staff on the front desk were very helpful and accomodating, with parking queries and also good recommendations for a dinner at the end of the day.
There are good eating places in walking distance to the Sojourn and CountDown supermarket and chemist just around the corner.
There are also lots of different sized rooms for families, couples or single guests.
Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others to look at the Sojourn
J.Stayed for 4 nights on a solo trip. Room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The kitchenette was well equipped and of great use. The room was exactly what I was looking for.
Great location with lots of food and shopping within walking distance and straight across from the hospital should you be visiting a loved one there.
I would highly recommend and would certainly be staying again should the opportunity arise.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had the perfect room to work from for the three days there, let us know about local store opening hours (public holidays), and even helped us bring our work papers and small printer in. Cannot thank them enough.
P.Lovely room, lovely place. Quiet, yet bang opposite the hospital. Had to go off site with parking but offsite parking was convenient and well set up and explained. Only downside was just having Freeview but it looked pretty easy to cast from your devices. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Loved It. Easy walk round to Southern cross hospital.
D.Sojourn is quite new so very clean and modern fittings. The photos aren't 20 years old like some other hotels! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen appliances, utensils and right down to the plates and cups were all stylish. I'd happily return there any day. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help 24/7.
D.This is such a find!! Brand new, close to the CBD and Newtown; luxury rooms, delicious breakfasts, smiley happy staff - and the quietest sleep on the most comfy mattress. Highly highly recommend this for any stay in Wellington.
K.Fantastic clean and well-appointed apartment, ideally situated for hospital. I needed to work and the wifi was good, there was a table in the studio room, and I could hole up with some meals because there is cooking gear, microwave etc. Nespresso style coffee provided. Would have been good to have some espresso cups to go with it!
I would also recommend having a lockable door from the inside, I always feel insecure with card locks because I assume any staff member with the card can come in, without a bolt from the inside.

Moving our booking a day, adding an extra person, helping us with our bags and making sure we were aware of the national travel assistance reimbursement. J.We had a lovely last minute stay after my flight was postponed due to Covid issues trying to get back to AUS. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful in securing our stay and even upgrading our room which was thoughtful after a stressful few days.
Our room was very cute, not too small, smart layout, well equiped for it's size and at a good price. Super clean, very comfy beds, shower had great pressure and the apartments look really new. Great location also, we walked into town easily and enjoyed the city restaurants and sites.

R.Stayed in a deluxe king studio apartment. The apartments opened about 5 months ago and the facilities are excellent with good quality furnishings in the room. The bed was possibly the most comfortable that I have slept in at a hotel. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff were exceedingly helpful and courteous - nothing was a problem. If I have to make a constructive suggestion, I would recommend replacing the cereal bowls with larger bowls

J.Small, very modern hotel, well positioned near central Wellington. Friendly service, large clean rooms, well appointed. On main bus route into city, which is only 30 minutes walk away for the energetic. Only issue is the car park, which has an electronic gate on it. While you are waiting for it to open your car is across the public pathway, and sticking out into very busy traffic.Have suggested to the hotel management that they move it back 1 car length to allow the vehicle to clear the road and path. Other than that highly recommended.

M.Extremely clean and very modern accommodation. We were impressed. Everything we needed and perfect location for us. Just keep in mind that if you require a sofa then you may need to request a room with one. We booked a 'Deluxe King Studio Apartment' assuming, based on the website, that it would come with a sofa. We were told however that these units come with EITHER a sofa OR a balcony.
O.Staff were absolutely amazing - very helpful, professional and genuine. The room was great, very clean and high-spec. My own fault for just enough assuming car parks are available close by - not the case but also not the hotel's fault. If you travel for leisure it's probably a perfect location with everything near by, including plenty of bus stops.
A.Stayed here with my infant son while my wife was in hospital. The team were super accommodating, and really lovely/patient when the baby was upset. They put us in a nice quiet room which was well appointed, freshly renovated, and clean. I would definitely stay again.

S.Brand spanking new facilities; upbeat and accommodating staff; they offered me a great deal and also added our company to the list so anyone of us would get a discount when booking. Rooms are very tidy and new; all facilities.... but rather small. They even offered me a free upgrade to a bigger room. Wellington needed these kind of accommodations badly.
M.This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag of both good and not good things. The staff we dealt with during check-in was lovely but neglected to tell us to use the side gate after whatever-pm (we still don't know). When we arrived back after dinner there was no one at the desk and no clear indication of how to get in. Fortunately there is a buzzer and the night staff was very helpful.
We booked a Delux Studio Apartment - King bed with the bed split (no indication online that they can do twin rooms until after you've made a room selection) which claims to be spacious open-plan apartment style and many of the photos feature a couch or even two couches.
However the room we got was a very weird dark internal one with small windows that looked out over the reception - not outside. So the room was dark and felt a bit claustrophobic. Trying to call it spacious is a big stretch. Also, no couch. The couch was not promised in the description, but the photos and words "apartment style" certainly implied it. So just like any other hotel room, we had to sit on the beds and watch the TV at a weird angle.
The beds were comfy and the pillows were great but there was a bit of a funky smell from the kitchen sink. It's lucky we didn't have any dresses to hang up because the wardrobe, when we found it in the kitchen, is half height and has the safe at the bottom. Jackets and short skirts only for that wardrobe.
You cannot beat the location, the whole place was amazingly clean, the staff are all lovely. But I don't think the small, dark, internal rooms should be advertised as the same light-filled large Delux Studio Apartments shown in the photos (if they really exist).
Fine for 1 or two nights, but if you're going to stay there any longer you're going to want to check out the room in-person first to see what you're in for.
A.My two week stay was excellent. Everyone working there was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very hygienic and clean.

A.Freshest apartment hotel in Wellington, NZ. Beware the ground floor units with 2m high ceilings. They do not appear to comply with building code and if you are 1.9 or taller you will feel crushed! Rest of the units are much better however. Staff are really good.

C.I stayed for a night before and a night after a visit to the hospital and am so impressed. The cute little studio was very clean, had everything I needed, and was so conveniently located. A 24/7 reception is rare for an apartment hotel and was great for a solo female traveller. Free, fast wifi and streaming on the room's tv was a bonus too. I'll definitely use Sojourn again.

D.Early good ,clean room only problem we found was that our room did not have a table or couple of chairs to sit at. Plus needed a degree to operate tv . But apart from that really comfortable room warm and aerie.. staff could not be more helpful and pleasant personally would have liked a room at back of hotel as live in country and front of house very noisy with traffic. .

. Let down by; -
1) dishes still in dishwasher on arrival. They were clean however not put away. 2nd day only left one instant coffee satchet.
2) having to park car at countdown not in off street parking-countdown was free, not far away (less than 2mins) but annoying. No parking on road outside so having to illegally park to run in & find out was hair raising
3) no window to the outside. My room was a souless box with a very high window that on inspection was looking into the hall way. I had to stand on bed to see out.

Comfy bed, good lighting and electric sockets, modern Samsung tv with good connectivity options, welcome page and full compendium with all info you need for a great stay. Great housekeeping. The only suggestions I have is 1, getting Netflix to work was painful, always going off and trouble getting back on, need IT to review this situation, we weren’t the only ones. 2, staff needs to be more educated in different choices of food offered in the area and snacks, drinks, and little bathroom accessories should be available in the lobby

L.Immaculate, clean and easy to stay in. My Sojourn Appartment exceeded my expectations. A lovely soft and comfortable bed, splendid kitchenette, fridge and dishwasher. I felt safe and clean here despite the covid-19 times we live in. The staff were very friendly, I had a question for one of the unit cleaners, whom I found on his hands and knees cleaning a shower in an other unit. That impressed me so much. A really excellent value continental breakfast, which I advise is worth ordering. Separate entry and exit from the busy main foyer, mean't I could easily avoid others and enter privately. I will recommend, this is the ultimate place, and by far it's so much cheaper than a Motel.
