S.Great place to stay in Wellington. Contactless check in ams check out was so easy. The room was very tidy and comfortable and we had a view of the Harbour. Although I don't currently have a dog, I love that they are pet friendly. I will definitely stay here again.
F.Look this place is good clean great location and very spacious my only concern is the water pressure which is very important for us and it is a deal breaker it just doesn't have any pressure at all barely can't do a proper shower we did informed them and the guy said he will check on the water pump but nothing really happened
P.This is quirky place - basically a corridor of rooms on the top floor of a building near Te Papa. Location is great. The rooms are large and luxurious feeling; beds comfy; there is a balcony; and the place is very quiet and peaceful (we knew that there were others staying next to us, but didn’t see or hear them once). Only thing is to remember that this is not a full hotel experience: no staff after 6pm, no buffet breakfast (or breakfast room), essentials like loo roll are provided in very precise amounts (though you can grab some more from the corridor if you need it). So long as you are clear about that, you’ll like it. There is indeed a building site next door - but no-one was working on it when we were there - but this is central Wellington, after all. Recommended overall, for what it is.

I use their other services around the lower North Island, all of which I would highly recommend.
Z.Service -EXCELLENT customer service, tailored notes inside was a nice touch, self-service after 6pm with easy to follow instructions.
Location - central to everything needed for a night on the town or an event at Arena. Quiet inside rooms, massive bonus with roomy and private balcony's where you can smoke.
Goods - Always clean, modern, extra bedding available in most rooms, stove if needed, comfy beds.
Return - Already returned three times already! Definitely recommend.
K.This hotel is in one of the best locations in Wellington. Very close to Te Papa, the Waterfront, Cuba St and plenty of restaurants and cafes.
The accommodation itself was ok, but in need of an upgrade on internal facilities etc.
The hotel host is amazing though, she works really hard to ensure your every need is cared for.
And for that reason I give this place 3.5 Stars out of 5 with half a ⭐ more than I would usually give to this place like this based solely on location and the hotel host.
Still it is a comfortable stay for someone looking for reasonably priced accommodation on central Welly with a goal to get out down town to enjoy the foodie life, or even a stroll down the main wharf where Te Papa is and more amazing places to eat. All of which is in walking distance of the hotel.

B.Chinmay made our lives so easy in a very difficult time, going the extra mile leaving my mother a bottle of wine for her birthday (which was spent in the hospital with my dad). Location is perfect, service amazing and facilities were everything that was needed. Completely recommend
r.The place was lovely and clean, lots of space and the managers were great people to talk to and organise. Only down side were the people staying in the room next to us. Very rowdy, (Sat night, so kind of expected) but not obviously not the fault of the hotel.

D.We enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive. We had a good view from the balcony and checkin was super easy. Only downside is there was construction going on next door so if you were in your room from 7 am to 6 am during a weekday, the entire building would shake. But we were visiting, so we were out and we only felt it once. Also it’s not their fault, and they did everything in their power to mitigate any uneasiness. Definitely recommend.

"Upgraded" to a room with considerable construction presence literally meters from the window.
Room had a persistent smell of urine from the odd drainage setup in the wetroom style bathroom
T.Last minute, on the day booking. I'm so glad I chose U residence hotel. Great location, excellent service. Sisi was super polite and friendly. The room was big and clean. Awesome extras included personal note from Sisi, table in the hallway with extras if you need ( condiments, toiletries etc) and allowed to have guests til 10.30. Thankyou very much.
H.Bed was comfortable and the room was a decent size. The procedure for getting a key after hours is unnecessarily complex. Roadworks was a pain, ruined the view.
S.I stay here for almost 7 weeks and i can confirm that this is a very nice place to stay especially for a long stay.
I tried other apartment hotels that located at wellington (long stay) and by far this is the best. The quality of their services and rooms(utilities and facilities) are much better if compare to other apartment hotels.
The room is spacious and recently they just upgraded their TVs(awesome). Most important is cleanliness and so far they are doing a very good job.
The managers are very friendly and they will try to make sure you have a very comfortable stay. Try to talk to them if you have any questions.
The down side is they have very little number of rooms.
A.The room facing Wakefield street was very nice, the beds were comfy and the room even had a laundry machine. The best part is that it had an air conditioner which is a rare luxury in budget hotels. The couch was a little bit dirty and that's the only thing I have to complain about but other than that it was great.
T.Rooms are generally a little larger than your standard hotel room. I really am delighted by the services offered. The best feature is the convenience. The people working in the hotel is very friendly. The views are definitely worth the stay here. Its located in a great neighborhood. Warm , cosy.
T.Great location so close to everything. The hotel has all the amenities a family needed. All the people here are very nice. The ***agers were so sweet. Location (very close to Te Papa) Secure access to rooms via RFID. We arrived early morning and the staff was more than accommodating.

Coffee papers etc in hallway was nice. Only downside was very low pressure water in shower. We had unit on TePapa side of building and if you want privacy this is not the side to be on as it looks straight into neighbouring apartment bedrooms and so felt uncomfortable sitting outside ! T.I wrote a letter to the ***agement to compliment all the workers. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was second to none. Facilities were good. The location is the best part of all. I did not feel comfortable sitting on the couch Given the nightly rate, this needs to be addressed.

N.The benefits of being at home eg kitchen, cutlery, dishwasher, so we didn't have to eat out for every meal.
Great location we could literally see Te Papa museum out of our balcony window and big New World Supermarket was a short walk down the street.
Fast wifi and new TVs just installed for evening entertainment.
B.My wife and I had a lovely stay here and found the Duty manager, Sisi, very professional and friendly. Can't beat the location and value for money. Great gym too. Will stay again. Brian and Eriko

部屋はとてもきれいで（最近リノベーションをしたのかな？）手入れが行き届いている感じがしました。
何よりも、スタッフのサービスがとてもよかったです。特にレセプションの方は大変気のきく日本人の男性でした。街のことなどを色々教えてもらい助かりました。
