J.Service amazing from Cameron, room a bit past its best, plenty of wear and tear in the spa bath. Not being able to park by unit may prove a bit of a challenge if you have a bit to carry and room near reception. Kitchenette a blessing though.

s.Highly recommended place to stay, with 5-star customer service. The owners were awesome and were happy to provide us with an early check in. I forgot a sentimental bracelet in the motel room and they posted it to me. The units are very clean and comfortable, we will be back, thank you!

I.Was easy to find, clean and tidy..
C.The shower was terrible. Was like showering under a tap luckily we had two units and the other shower was fine.

C.Where to start, room was terrible, poor lighting, poor layout, extremely dated, I could probably pee faster than the shower pressure. Room was not serviced even once, didn’t make the bed for us, replace the towels or anything a normal motel would do. Bin was left full, one set of towels for 3 days? Not enough blankets or pillows, it’s wonder for gods sake? Like it’s cold and we had one thin blanket and one thin pillow. “Kitchen” was a mini fridge with a microwave on top. That’s all. They advertise spa baths and sky, we had neither of those. When asked about the sky the lady said “just flick around the channels, I usually find it by accident”. We didn’t stumble upon the sky channels, we just had Freeview. $110 per night literally for a bed and Freeview TV. Would never ever return or recommend.
S.Recently we had the pleasure to stay at the Cortex Motel, We only intended to stay for one night but ended up staying for four nights,We were pleasantly surprised,The units were spotless,the staff were great and very through,Chris and Gerry were great and really made us feel very comfortable and at home,We would highly recommend this Motel,We will certainly use this Motel when ever we are in the area. G.Warmly welcomed by the friendly helpful staff; our room was clean and had everything we needed, given beach towels for the pool, cutlery promptly replaced and all for a fair price. Will be staying there again.

J.Nice environment, pleasent staff. FYI: Door handles too easy for small children to open. Free wifi turned off last night, but could have just been down. Nice stay overall.
J.We only met dave and he was very friendly! Very clean , could be updated a little. Reasonably priced and has a lovely swimming pool. Close to the hub and shops (pack n save).
W.Really nice hotel, quiet at night too. Stayed here for a work event and the staff were friendly and accommodating for the weird times me and other staff were leaving and coming throughout the night.

L.I am not going to stay that motel once again and to recommend any body. Till midnight it was very noise, but no body stop them. And the host was not so kind... so on.
