A.I stayed here back in July, staff were amazing! The room was nice and tidy, turn over was great and they even left home made baking each morning once they had finished. I am currently staying in a horrible motel in Wellington and wish I was back there! Definitely recommend
C.Stayed 1 night here July 16. The host's were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and very comfortable, lovely bed!!!. Very spacious unit. Nice pillows. (Most motels that I have stayed at have terrible pillows) Being able to have my dog with me was very much appreciated, and we will be staying again next time we are in Wanganui. Many thanks to the host's.

R.Spent a few days here and enjoyed ourselves very much. Our unit was very tidy and spacious, one room had skyTV and the other had a smart TV with freeview and access to Netflix, the beds were super comfortable, the home baking waiting in our room on our arrival was above and beyond what we expected (and we were also offered home baked goods every day we stayed)
Vicky is such a lovely host and you can tell that she genuinely cares about ensuring her customers enjoy their time here. We will definitely be back next time we pass through the area.
R.I would thoroughly recommend staying at Raceway Motel. Very few accommodation operators have homemade baking in your unit when you arrive, and muffins etc., the next morning for morning tea. An extremely generous and warm hearted owner, in Vicky. I enjoyed my stay, and will again, should I venture to Whanganui in the future.

B.Great place to stay when ever visiting Whanganui, I'm staying here at the moment arrived here 10th of February and leaving on the 15th of February up here from Masterton to play Chartered clubs outdoor bowls. The owners here are very nice people and bend over backwards for you as long as you behave yourself and be good guests.
D.Great room cleanand tidy we just thought it was expensive because we couldn't use the spa pool because they were decorating at the time and keeping things in the spa room we were definitely disapointed because outside on the board they advertised a spa pool . Also there was cheaper accommodation for under $100 per night just down the road but lovely stay anyway :)
W.Absolutely brilliant. Accommodation problems caused by another Motel and these guys went above and beyond to help us out. Would thoroughly recommend them!!!!
