We stayed a couple of nights at Te Kahu with family which was absolutely stunning. Straight away your eyes are drawn to breath taking views over the hills across to the estuary and sea. We loved the different outdoor areas and the house is positioned to get plenty of light. We enjoyed watching all the native birds playing outside, and most of all the peace and quiet. The hosts were lovely, and the dinner we had catered in was divine. We will definitely be back in future.

We booked Te Kahu for a 2 night Honeymoon package. All I can say is 'Wow' this was exactly what we were hoping for! It was such a blissful couple of nights with Paul and Susanne making sure we were well catered for. The property was lovely and spacious with amazing views. The package included a chef in house one night which was the treat you didn't know you needed on your honeymoon - the food was delicious and the chef was really personable and friendly. The preprepared meal on the second night was also super tasty and it was so nice not to have to go anywhere to enjoy amazing food - it came to you! I am celiac and we had gluten free cereal and bread provided plus a lovely antipasto plater and bubbles on arrival. Not to mentioned the relaxing massage just to top it all off on the last morning. I am already planning a birthday early next year with friends in one of the larger properties. Needless to say - we highly recommend. Thanks to you both!

Fabulous place to stay the weekend with a great bunch of friends. The view was absolutely stunning, overlooking the ocean and coastline from the cliff top. The house was fully equipped to a very high standard and was immaculate. The grounds were equally kept to a very high standard with some very cool walks you could do from the house. A huge, beautiful bunch of fresh flowers set up for us in the house was icing on the cake. Thanks very much, loved loved loved it.

We have stayed at the Guest House and we loved it. The area is so great, the nature is beautiful and the host are wonderful and you are feeling like home right away. This is one of our favorite areas of New Zealand and a must see.

Exclusive design, beautiful views from the house, feels like in the middle of nature with lots of native birds, kitchen well equipped, beds are perfect: all the ingredients needed for a marvelous stay. The best experience in 10 weeks travelling in New-Zealand. Service by the owners is prompt and excellent. Very much recommended.

The view is stunning. Great facilities with a very friendly host. This is a great spot to relax! We loved our stay! Thank you!

What an absolutely stunning location. The views are to die for. And the house was amazing, plenty of room for all of. Susanne was attentive and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this place
