Complete Chimney Care were absolutely excellent. Very responsive, exceptionally reasonable price and their technician was so knowledgeable and really took the time to educate us on our system and maintenance. We had a visit during Auckland’s level 2 pandemic response and the team and Complete Chimney Care absolutely stood out for their careful approach to the rules, they had an extensive list of COVID protocols they used and expected us to also use to keep their team and is safe which they shared well before the visit and again just prior. Their team member followed this strictly and made us feel so comfortable. A really excellent service all round.

Friendly, reliable, great communicators, timely service, good assessment of fireplace and repair was quick and tidy, no mess. Saved us from the house burning down whereas another company may have just cleaned it and not assessed it’s condition first. Thanks heaps! Highly recommended.

We think the service this business is excellent. Right from the start of our inquiry they followed up making sure they made an appointment to clean our wood burner in a time frame that worked well for us. The technician was extremely thorough and very efficient. He took care to do the job well leaving the living room in a clean and tidy state. Outstanding service, I made an on line request for chimney sweep at 8pm last night and the service was booked and job completed by 2pm today. I was lucky they were in my area today but not only was the service fast, the whole team were helpful, friendly, and on time.

Enquired online and had someone get back to me quickly to arrange a time. I asked for an exact time that the technician would be there as I had to leave work to let them in. They were happy to do this and he arrived on time, and got the job done in 10-15 minutes. Minimal hassle and I was back to work within half hour. Good price as well. Would definitely recommend.
