K.Had a bit of an issue initially that they had no record of me taking my floor mop in, but these guys were amazing - once the mop was located they quickly repaired it, and to my surprise, they had replaced the dirty water container as it was, albeit useable, but broken in one part, without me even mentioning it. The gentleman on the phone and the front desk was both professional and courteous. When I casually inquired about the window wipe with a spray bottle attached to it, he went to the back, found 1 and said I could have it for free. All in all, just a pleasant experience dealing with these professionals.

When I called about a broken part my questions were answered, part sourced (in stock) and they put it aside for me offering to fit it for me if I brought my water blaster in or courier it straight out. When I arrived the level of service continued and they had the part waiting and did exactly what they offered on the phone and fitted it quickly and for free (all for a $12 part). Thanks guys. Keep up the great work
R.Elderly parents went out to Karchers from Henderson as their water blaster had stopped working. Other repairers in Auckland were too busy to even look at it, which is fair enough as it's the height of summer.
The guy manning the desk was super accommodating and tested the water blaster out the back and found nothing wrong with it. Still took the time to explain to the parents what could be causing the issue at home in their environment (long extension cord, overloaded board, or potentially an intermittent fault).
They didn't charge the parents for the advice which was decent of them and the parents commented that they were super friendly. Great service and a nice reaffirmation of a brand backed up by service.
R.Simply outstanding customer service! Bought my waterblaster in at 9am and was ready to go by 4pm. They knew I was only in Auckland for 48hrs and clearly did their utmost to have it repaired in time.
R.Customer survice at it's best. I wanted to get a replacement hose for the Karcher Back pack vacumme. The Sweet lady at the reception greeted me with a big grin on her face even though it was time to close the place. Yet one of the parts was not available they said they might have to order and since I cannot wait any longer they went the extra mile and got another attachemet hose from their showroom to full fill my requirments. Really I was blown off by their super helpful manner how they delt with my request. Such lovely people at Karcher Auckland at East Tamaki. Much thanks to the Lovely lady at the counter and their manager who agreed to give me the spare hose. Thank you for the wonderful support.
