Initial inspection we were happy with the clean - however on closer inspection we started to notice certain things stood out . We were unaware that their was a time limit. We thought we had bought the whole package with add ons like internal windows. Not mentioned on original email however when queried it was conveniently added to original email when sent again. When queried they said in hindsight should have let us know. Clean on top of cabinetry was ticked off although photo shows it clearly wasn’t. Pleasant responses to our emails but the fact remains we now had to clean everything that was missed. Or pay more for life made easy to do it. I apologise that the rental people asked the cleaners to wait outside whilst they showed tenants around. I was unaware this would happen. For a bill of over $800 I was expecting more

I used Life Maid Easy when I recently left a rental property I occupied in Auckland. The entire process was made effortless by Brenda & Melissa, and not to mention the wonderful job the cleaners did on a 1970's apartment! We had a team of four cleaners do our move out clean (before we sold our house) and they did an absolutely amazing job. Couldn't fault them, and we were definitely being fussy as it was a clean pre our open homes so wanted the house present immaculately. We had the full house done along with walls, ceilings and inside all our cabinets and drawers etc. Will now be booking Life Maid Easy for our regularly cleaning at our new house!

We just completed the Deluxe top to bottom house clean plus housewash as part of our spring clean. Managed by Melissa, the team is absolutely professional and friendly. The team that deep cleaned my brother’s house was very efficient, professional & friendly. They handled the really challenging areas like mould & deep seated dirt very well, including cleaning of all the Venetian blinds on site. It was handy to have this carried out by same team at same time. Just forgot a couple areas like the oven & microwave & vacuuming one area after furniture was moved back in place. On the whole a splendid effort & good value for money. The team leader was a good communicator which was reassuring as we left the property for the day. Totally recommend them.

I avail Life Maid Easy Cleaning Services for my Bi Weekly cleans and have never been disappointed on any of the cleaning the team performed. The Operations team headed by Melissa are thorough professionals and absolute delight to work with. If ever I have to reschedule or change the timings, they are promptly respond and accommodate my requests always. They send out the timely reminders and also ensure that a substitute team is available in case there is any emergency issue with my regular cleaning team without me having to worry about it or change the dates. My cleaning team is outstanding and thorough professionals. I have nothing to worry about when the team is doing their job and haven't had any issues with them. My partner booked 4x hours of cleaning after we had a really bad experience with another company. I came home and immediately noticed a difference. Everything was spic and span, and they also organised a few bits and pieces. So amazing to come home to. Admittedly they didn't have to vacuum (the other company who were there 2 days prior managed to vacuum in 4x hours and... that's about it) but they sure did a lot in 4x hours. I recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Working to sell a home from a distance is always difficult with tight time frames and coordination difficulties. Life Made Easy did just that! They fitted in with a time that we would be at the property at short notice and made a great job at a very reasonable price! I'd never used professional cleaners before as I am extremely fussy and had heard horror stories of random other professional cleaners really disappointing customers... So I took the risk and tried these guys. They fitted me in at short notice, they catered to some particular preferences of mine that other companies may not have done and for which I am grateful - and best of all they exceeded my expectations. Three different houses of mine were cleaned by them - each one left sparkling and way above what I expected. Communication was always friendly and punctual. Definitely will be using them again :-)

Contracted Life Maid Easy to carry out an exit clean having sold our family home. From the initial contact with Brenda Griffiths to the completion of the job I have been very impressed. If I could give Carpet Cleaning Made Easy more than 5 stars I would. I contacted the company with less than a week's notice, and they were willing and able to meet me Saturday to help me get me house ready for a family gathering. Not only did they sacrifice her weekend for a new client, they worked so, incredibly hard to make sure my house was spotless for the party. If that was a standard clean, I can't imagine what they does for a deep clean. Amazing job! I've never hired a cleaning service before because I was concerned that it would be more work to make sure everything was getting done properly than to just do it myself. The ladies arrived at my house, smartly dressed and full of smiles. They worked extremely hard and did an excellent job of restoring my home to a state in which it was a joy to come home to. They asked what my priorities were before starting and if there were any particular cleaning products that I would prefer them to use.
