Two cleaners who came to do the deep clean &carpet cleaning on 27/02/22 were excellent and was very friendly! They did a fantastic job! App is really easy to use and booking was done in a minute. Booked a gutter cleaning service because of the recent storms, knowing that my gutters needed a good cleaning. The agent arrived on time, and very friendly and efficient as well. Did a great job and cleaned up the mess afterwards - I couldn't believe the gunk that came out of the gutters! I would definitely use NexDo again. Great prices for the various services they offer.

This company is a pleasure to deal with. Always on time and always upfront with the job that needs to be done. I have used them previously to do carpet cleaning. This time I used them to do a moving clean. They did a wonderful job. I would definitely be using them again and would recommend them highly.

This was our first experience with this company and it was a most satisfactory one. William arrived on time and was very professional in his approach. The oven was left sparkling clean and the work area was also cleaned thoroughly. He was pleasant to deal with and finished the job in good time. Highly recommended.

I've used Nexdo multiple times booking almost all their services. Home cleaning, carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, mattress cleaning, exterior house wash, and even their mobile car wash. I'm overall very impressed with this company. Very easy to book, booked for same day or next day, friendly customer service and most importantly great service. It's amazing to have such a platform here in NZ. I always recommend them to all my friends and family!

I heard about these guys through a friend and though I would give it a try due to the convenience factor as my regular lawn moving company wasn't available. I was super impressed with the ease at which I got it booked and the work was completed to an excellent standard and at a reasonable price. Furthermore, due to the awesome experience, I booked them in for their home cleaning service for my investment property as the tenants didn't do a great job of cleaning. Again, I was super happy with the service and will 100% recommend to my friends and continue to use their services in the future.

I had ended my tenancy & had a grumpy landlord, I had booked another carpet cleaning company to come in on my last day & they canceled last minute they were going to charge me $139 +. I found NexDo, I called them on their 0800 number & explained my circumstances they were able to do the clean the next day with very little notice & in Auckland's level 3 restrictions. They were well under HALF of what the other company were going to charge, were on time & did an AMAZING job, general carpet clean & deep stain removal, (don't ever spill green tea on carpet).....these guys totally saved my bacon. They were helpful on the phone, courteous, professional & the website is easy to use. I would HIGHLY recommend their services!!!!! Thank you, you guys are awesome.

I found Nexdo easy to book online; efficient in that they rang me to confirm; extremely punctual, courteous and professional. They left my oven spotless, and made absolutely no additional mess. Very happy with the result and will definitely use them again

Nexdo did a carpet clean for me, the cleaner used was excellent. My puppy is now fully toilet trained but the process made the house smell pretty horrific! Enjoying a non kennel smelling house. thanks so much !

The two cleaners I had through Nexdo were lovely and did an amazing job. They were considerate and made sure all the little extras were completed. I rebooked and was again happy with their next visit. As a first time mum it’s a huge help to have the cleaning done before the weekend so Dad can just spend time with us. 😊

20th January 2022 I did all the work after them I clean the cabinets and the floor The kitchen has not been cleaned carpet is cleaned The windows are clean Some doors were cleaned, the rest I cleaned myself Soap stains on the floor and bathroom I didn't relax I am disappointed I attached the pictures I'm not happy to deal with them

Arrived early, very polite and efficient and did an excellent job. Very respectful of both me while I had work to do from home and my pregnant fiancée. Wouldn’t hesitate to have them back.

Excellent service from Yogesh at Nexdo. We booked a deep clean for our bathroom and cleaning of our blinds . Yogesh did a great job and was friendly and professional. We did have to wait longer for the job to start but because of the current pandemic situation and so many people having to isolate it was understandable they were short staffed and their jobs took longer than planned. Thank you again team! Recommend and would use again!

5 months ago I had used them for a Standard clean and was delighted with their cleaning. I gave them 5 stars and a fabulous review (see below). This time I booked them again for their “Move out clean” package. Sadly this time I was left unimpressed with their cleaning and found that it was not at all worth the money that we paid for this cleaning. We could have received the same standard of cleaning with a “Deep clean” or even a “Standard clean” package that would have been about half the cost of this package. After the cleaners had finished, I had to point out the windows and the ledges, the light fixtures, etc., that had not been cleaned and got them to clean these again. After they had left, we went into the house for a quick inspection and found the floor area under the fridge was left in a terrible mess. This house is only about 3 or 4 years old and so the cleaners didn’t have a lot of cleaning to do across the rest of the house. The kitchen and bathrooms should be areas that the cleaners should pay clear attention to for a “Move out clean”. The inside of the fridge was not cleaned as they said that, that wasn’t included which I was okay with. However, the outside of the fridge and the floor area should have been cleaned thoroughly. A “Move out” clean has to be far more thorough than a “Standard clean”. However, the team was friendly and polite and attempted to clean the areas that I had pointed out. It was just an “Okay” clean but certainly not worth the “Move out clean” expense. 5 months ago. Standard Clean “Wow and Wow!! Absolutely delighted to finally have found a wonderful solution for our cleaning requirements! Nexdo’s app and their booking system is a real joy, we can pick and choose whatever rooms and areas we need cleaned. A special mention to V and Stacey who were genuinely a pleasure to have around. They were here on time and were warm and engaging throughout. Even though they were under time pressure for their next appointment, they did a wonderful job. I cannot say enough about this company and their excellent team. I will most definitely use them again. I highly recommend this company to others."

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by Nexdo. My flat had been neglected due to my ill health and long stays in hospital over the last six months and was in dire need of a deep clean. I booked the service and the next day they were here on time and have completed an amazing clean of my property. The flat looks brand new. I have used many services in the past and I have to say they don’t quite compare to the job that was done by this team. Thank you.

Had a carpet clean happen this Saturday and Fiza and Riz did an exceptional job on the carpet. They were efficient with their time, friendly, punctual and the level of work was amazing. We had visitors who came over and commented that it felt like a new carpet!

Nexdo was incredibly responsive and efficient. I stumbled across them when looking for a cleaner for my Dad’s flat, as he had recently passed away. I was having difficulty finding someone who could do it quickly without charging a fortune! I am SO glad I came across Nexdo. Really simple process to book and prices incredibly competitive. A fixed rate, so you know exactly what you are paying! On the day of the clean, the cleaners were running late due to traffic, and Nexdo kindly called to advise me. Two lovely gentlemen turned up and they did such a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Nexdo for all cleaning services. I have already booked in to get my oven cleaned!

I thought the team that came did a fantastic job my couch looks absolutely brand new. It is still slightly damp few hours after which is not a big deal have fans on and doors open to air dry. Looking through whatelse I can get done from NexDo.

Fantastic service. Lucas and Lena worked miracles with my house. I was embarrassed to show them the state my 2 adult sons had left the downstairs bathroom and sep toilet but they came in and sorted it out. I can now allow guests to use those rooms again.

Great job on a very dirty oven. The ladies were very pleasant and thorough. They wiped down the areas surrounding afterwards, including the floors. Happy with the service.

Oven clean. Extremely pleased with a high quality, professional completion of the oven clean. Karishma was a pleasure to meet and talk with. She arrived promptly and answered any questions clearly and concisely; was extremely polite and thorough in her work. I have no hesitation in recommending Nexdo and Karishma to any prospective client and will most certainly be using their service again. Price is also very reasonable.

I've used this company 3 times in the past prior to a landlord inspection. They've always been on time, and done a fantastic job. Once I'm settled in my next place, I intend to use them on a regular basis.

My apartment was deep cleaned yesterday (Thursday 7th April 2022)by the beautiful Zoya Ali. She was so generous with her time. She was also very down to earth.My home was difficult to clean but she took on the challenge with confidence and generosity. Zoya was so lovely and super friendly. She gave good advices to help with the bugs in my home (embarrassed face) and she worked really hard and diligently, paying attention to detail and getting the messy spots cleaned and taken care of. 10/10 for Zoya and I hope to see her again for the next house clean. Ash & Priya! These guys were just outstanding and amazing! they have come to re clean my house due to previous worker not doing it properly and they have just blown me away! They are so professional and polite and they get the job done beyond my expectations. I believe these two individuals are a big asset to your company and definitely would be the reason why I would use Nex Do services again. If it weren't for them I would not have been coming back. The oven and extractor clean were cleaned well, and the person that did it was friendly and punctual , i was happy with the job and would recommend to others. Its like having a new stove again.

We had Fiza and Rizwaan come and clean our place and they did the best job! So impressed with their service! Only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because of the customer service at Nexdo not communicating to us about trying to not provide the service and then changing the time when they agreed to come after we had said we had already paid. Thankfully the service Fiza and Rizwaan provided made up for the lack in customer service!

The two cleaner came and they did a really good job I choose standard cleaning and they complete there job very nicely they are cooperative and friendly will definitely recommend me do to my frds

Had to move houses under Auckland's level 3 restrictions and needed an end of tenancy clean and lawn mowing service for the house. Great booking platform, so easy and fast to use, and such exceptional service! This was the easiest and smoothest booking I have made in a while.

I absolutely adore their app! First I really enjoy the layout of the app itself. It's so straight forward and user friendly! No unnecessary buttons and it was just super easy to navigate. I was going through different cleaning companies and decided to get my house cleaned from Nexdo. They were very quick to respond and assisted me well with all queries I had. Our cleaner is fantastic, so thorough and takes great care and great with our two dogs.

It is the easiest way to book any service for your home. You don't need to have hard times just to change your time or adjust your timing accordingly to the service. They come at the time you want. Deliver the service perfectly and leave. On the other hand the customer service is amazing if you want to change time have any extra or deliver feedback they are really helpful. Also you always know the cost of extras so don't need to worry about the charge. Best service ever!
