They have got a great team. Very good at communication and assist with arranging urgent appointment. They appointed Ravi to our order in Wellington and he did a fantastic job for us. We definitely use this business in the future and recommend the Premium Clean to others.

My apartment and booking needed a bit of common sense for the cleaners to use. They needed to contact the building managers while I was at work, who let them in while I was out at work and then locked up when they finished. I have had cleaners from other companies who were fatally confused at just having to do this. I managed to get most of the stuff in an orderly fashion up off the ground for them to vacuum but for the stuff they had to shift themselves, they didn't make a big deal out of it. All of the surfaces were dusted or washed and cleaned, depending on what they were. The place was lovely and perfectly clean to come back to at the end of the day. Good on them.

First of all, I would like to thank the admin team for their efforts to find me, at the last minute, a team of cleaners. Although the cleaning team was inexperienced and did a standard clean, instead of the deep clean I paid for, did not have a clue how to make a bed, left the windows streaky and didn't stop shouting to each other in a foreign language the whole time they they were there, they tried their best and were willing to learn. They did a great job of cleaning the wooden floors.

On time hard working highly recommend. I have used Premium Clean in Auckland and Hamilton. The Hamilton occasions were superb and in Auckland the Cleaners were excellent but the carpet cleaner had car trouble and couldn't make it (it was a terrible day and there was a huge snarl up on the motorway), I was a bit disappointed that I had to do all the ringing around to find out what was going on and wasted a few hours waiting but eventually this was subcontracted to another carpet cleaner who was okay but not up to the usual standard. I put this down to a one-off and haven't had a repeat, still happy to use Premium Clean

I'd give it 4.5 star, but that's not possible. The cleaning itself was pretty good, Vikram managed to clean all the little things in 3 bdrm house, paying a lot of attention to details. There are a couple minor bits could be cleaned as well, but nothing really serious. The upholstery cleaning was made promptly and with the high quality. Support team is responsive and gets back to you asap. There are a couple things I'd suggest improving - the process was a bit confusing, as it wasn't mentioned upholstery and general cleaning are 2 different appointments with 2 different people, and then they also had to reschedule the cleaning due to some emergency, so I had to worry about fitting it all into a busy agenda, while the service itself is a bit pricey.

Ariadna did a superb job and I didn't get the name of the carpet cleaner but he was also sensational..Big flat and huge amount of work but they were able to transform the space from old to new. !! Brilliant workers and well worth the money.

I was so impressed with my first experience of Premium Cleaning Services that I use them on a regular fortnightly basis now. They provide excellent communication, always confirming by email the time and date of the next service. If there have to be changes in time or day, they let me know well in advance and offer alternative options. I have Siki, who cleans regularly for me and she does a consistently thorough job and will stay until she has completed all tasks regardless of whether she has gone over the agreed times or not. After several cleans I received a visit from their inspector checking on the work and whether I had any questions or complaints, which is impressive as I have never had that kind of follow through with other companies. I feel the cost is excellent value for money considering the first class service, professionalism and reliability of the company and have no hesitation in recommending them to other residential homes or companies looking for trustworthy, efficient and first class cleaning services.

Premium Clean serviced our family home today. The service was exceptional. The cleaner went over and above what we expected to be a standard clean. He was prompt, professional and responsive to the needs of our elderly father who was present at the time. Our father very rarely compliments on most things but he made it his priority to tell me as soon as I arrived home. Friendly, professional and high standards. Not great - very difficult to nail down a booking time and had repeated confirmation emails with different times before the day of. The cleaners were still late. Cleaning team was OK - one cleaner was great, the other was more of a helper and did not do much (however their time was charged the same). Bear in mind the reviews here are for different teams of cleaners. I asked to cancel after the first visit, and this was acknowledged, but then two weeks later I get another booking confirmation email out of nowhere. Seems like once you get in touch they really keep hammering away at trying to keep you on - in a bad way.

Found Premium Cleaning Services on Google when searching for a weekly cleaning service for our 3 bedroom home. The good reviews lead me to give them a try. We prefer to have a really good clean and not just a basic clean. So that everything is really cleaned and the our team takes pride in delivering a great service. We've used cleaning services for years and know how hard it can be to find a great fit so I wasn't too optimistic in having success on the first try. They send us a lovely lady who has been now cleaning our home for 5-6 weeks and I'm happy to say that she is really good and we're happy with the service so far! Keep up the good work and thanks!

After hiring a cleaning service and being a bit disappointed in the outcome, I was skeptical about hiring another cleaning service. But after the first clean I was so stoked with the outcome. The cleaner Carlos managed to clean my whole house in the 3 hour time frame. We replaced our toilet 3 yrs ago as an upgrade & the bottom of the bowl seemed to immediately discolour, & got worse over time regardless of what I used or how much I scrubbed. Having had a bad experience with a previously booked carpet cleaner, I was reluctant to try again, but my carpets desperately needed cleaning. I rang Premium Cleaning and my first interaction with the company was with Melody and she was just brilliant. Melody asked questions, totally understood my situation, empathised and sympathised, and she came up with options for me. The outcome was that Ravi - one of their Wellington professionals - came out, assessed the carpet, gave it a thorough vacuum first, and followed up with a full shampoo - the carpet dried out completely overnight. We needed a new cleaner for an Airbnb property. It was tricky because we had moved to England. Sam was great, answered all my questions and was in constant contact through WhatsApp. Airbnb requires more than just a clean, it requires laundry, consumables, milk in fridge, tea, coffee etc etc. On our last clean we had an early check-in. Sam and his team were at the house at 5.30am , house spotlessly cleaned, laundry changed and dirty sheets taken away for cleaning. I was in constant communication with the cleaner during the entire time using WhatsApp which is totally free for overseas calls, video and text messaging. I like the online booking and Sam easily customise the clean to suit our needs. Once you find a cleaner you prefer, you can request them personally which I think is great. This has really removed a lot of stress of having to look after a property from overseas. Thanks guys and look forward to more professional and friendly service

Carpets and windows were looking really dusty and mouldy, but these guys did an awesome job and even scrubbed out the inside of cupboards. Bathroom floor and wall had dreadful mould but looked clean and hygienic when they were done. Great job !

I had a great experience with this company. I had organised window clean, carpet clean and lawn mowing with this company and would definitely say that I am relaly pleased with the work. It was amazingly done and very tidy as well. I was also very impressed that the company took the initiative to lift the lawn mower in order to reach my back garden, coz my neighbour was away and we had a arrangement with them to open the common door for the lawns.
