R.These guys were great - we had a bad odour from a suspected dead rodent in our ceiling space. They came quickly, checked the ceiling space thoroughly (not easy to do in cramped conditions), couldn't find the culprit but offered to put a de-odoriser in the ceiling for us (which we did), checked a few other places around the house, and gave us a few ideas of where-else to check for the source of the smell ourselves so as not to incur large costs for hours of their time. Would use these guys again whenever I need to. And yes - we eventually found the poor deceased critter.
