Absolutely amazing service. They were punctual, professional, and did a very thorough job. Jonny was thorough and professional. He let me know in advance that he was going to be (very slightly) later than the agreed time, his cleaning method left not a speck of soot and he cheerfully explained the whole process to my fascinated children. He also talked me through what to watch for to look after our fire well.

These guys are great. They did an awesome job of our fireplace (an ULEB), fixed something that was wrong with it (free of charge), were really good at keeping in touch prior to the booking, basically awesome all round.

I honestly cannot rate them highly enough. Gave me helpful information to source some parts and even helped me to install them over the phone. Didnt charge me extra, but went over and above what I would have expected. Great service and will definitely be recommending to all my friends with fires.

Having bought a property last summer, we hadn't used our fire before. We did the right thing we thought, and got it cleaned early on before too much winter use. But the guy we got in initially turned out to be quite casual to say the least. It was with a high degree of anxiety that I watched him for over an hour fumbling about on our roof. It turns out we had a air vent / baffle loose in our fireplace that we hadn't realised till afterwards also (that he should have probably realised too). We were having ongoing smoke issues, and we were recommended Chim Chim by the fireplace agent. It turns out we had an internal baffle out of place. Once we had Chim Chim in, we saw quite a difference in professionalism to say the least! Not only did we have both chaps from Chim Chim arrive on the day to assist, they were quick, clean, and left us assured they knew what they were doing. They didn't even need to get on our roof! While it was only 3 weeks after our first 'cowboy' clean, the amount of soot removed was incredible. They fixed our baffle, and also returned later on, to brace our flue and change over the flue vent. They knew immediate what the fix was, and it is now running sweet! We were very grateful, and genuinely impressed with their willingness to help and approach to service. Pricing was the same as the first guy for the sweep / clean, so there was a lesson learnt there for us! We recommend 100%. Thank you, Tony

This morning right on time Chim Chim arrived and immediately got into their work with precision and knowledge of their trade. This was the first time I have used this service but have already advised them that I would like them to clean the chimney twice a year. An extremely difficult fire-tube removal was handled very well. Corroded bolts were expertly extracted. Floor covers kept the room clean and the tidy up at the end of the job was thorough. I recommend Chim Chim for chimney cleaning, fireplace servicing and maintenance.
