S.What a superb experience! I sent an email through for a quote to have my window cleaned, which was responded to promptly and gave me two different cleaning/budget options. Then each response to my email queries were responded to quickly, professionally and warmly. I received a text letting me know they were on their way which was great. And when they arrived, they were again warm, friendly and professional. The cleaning of the windows themselves was quick, thorough and really well done. A.Vladimir responded super quick and very polite but still friendly to emails. He quoted for window cleaning based on online photos. My house is old with fairly battered wooden window frames and lots of small panes. He did a fantastic job. When the work was not as involved as he originally thought, he adjusted the quote. I really liked being sent a photo of him in advance, so I was comfortable letting him in my house. It was very thoughtful and professional. Vladimir worked quickly and accurately and I love my clean windows. 100% will use this company again and highly recommend.
