D.Replaced a large area of our spouting on a difficult site. The installers were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves including taking our old rusty spouting away. Would recommend to anyone who wants a price competitive, efficient professional job done .
P.The representative of Rainaway spouting Craig Nicolls appeared at the appointed time on the 22nd of October and he completed his site visit in a timely manor. When I asked him what would be the "lead in time" he shared within two to three weeks. He sent an email that afternoon, with the quote again sharing that they are able to do the work within two weeks. Yesterday the Rainaway team arrived shortly before 10.00am and were finished at 2pm. They had given us notice last week, that they would be here on the 4th of November. I was very impressed with their team's communication with me throughout the time they were here. Once the work was completed they did a thorough clean of the site and removed the old spouting, leaving me very happy and content that I did not need to worry about removing the old spouting.
A previous quote given, shared they would need to consider the weather and have continuous 3 fine days as installation should not be treated lightly when it comes to scheduling, and that they cannot risk a shorter time period for that reason. The quote was double the amount Rainaway gave.
I believe that Rainaway Spouting conducted their business with integrity and honesty. I highly recommend Rainaway Spouting. Thank you for your business.
P.We can not praise this company enough. We had scaffolding erected to paint our house when our painter discovered the fascia and guttering needed replacing. We contacted Rainaway and told them of the situation. They immediately sent Craig, their representative, around. They gave us a quote the following day, which we accepted. Rainaway proceeded immediately with the job and had it completed before the scaffolding was due to be dismantled. Our painter said the workmanship was excellent. Kelvin and Craig are extremely personable and very professional. We highly recommend this company to anyone who requires solutions to their roofing problems.
