J.Great place to stay. Very central to town..a short stroll down to the main shopping precinct. Rooms are always superbly presented, and staff friendly and helpful .

R.We stayed here on our last night in Dunedin. The room booked upstairs which was no problem to us but maybe for less mobile people. The room was well set out and looked smart. Good sized shower and comfy bed. They even emailed us to check if we had left socks behind they found in the room after we had checked out that morning (They weren't ours).
S.Room was on the dark side of the complex with no outlook. Tatty red vinyl chair detracted from the welcome. Queen bed too soft for us & "sway backed". Shower room/toilet was of a pleasing standard, but let down by loose toilet roll holder & squeaky door. Management told. At $200 per night our room was not value for money, but tariff could be typical of Dunedin.
M.Fabulous place to stay. Right in town close to all shopping cafes restaurants. Clean and tidy motel facilities.
C.Friendly staff, quiet rooms on a Saturday night. Missed five stars because of the muck and dust behind TV in bedroom (didnt see other places). Could be cleaner.
M.Thank you Karen. This place was clean, tidy had great location for town. Karen went out of her way to make our stay work for us. The spa was amazing. The room amazing and the service 10 out of 10. We will so be back.
T.Convenient location ; a short walk to The Octagon with a bit of a hill. Good off street parking. Good wifi. The room is clean and has modern fixtures. Very quiet. We've enjoyed our stay.
M.We stayed here for one night. We messaged the motel advising we maybe arriving after hours noting that their reception hours online stated they closed at 7:30pm. Because we didn't hear from them we rushed to be there before 7:30 but turned out they were closed due to different Easter trading hours. We had call the after hours intercom and eventually got instructions on how to get our keys. We were placed in a second level room and had to lug our suitcase up the stairs so may not be great for less mobile people. The room was clean, however bed was uncomfortable, the wifi for intermittent and the power box had annoying hum that wouldn't turn off. The motel was centrally located and was an easy 5min walk to the octagon.
V.A few minutes walk from central Dunedin. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. I have stayed here at the of a few bicycle tours and the staff let me use the garage, tools and cleaning gear to sort my bike out. Highly recommended and I will continue to return.

E.The Dunedin Palms was great it is central and close to restaurants not to mention the casino. The staff were really helpful and outlined on the map how to get to places e.g. albatross colony etc. will definitely call again.
