Amazing service, Jay went out of his way to help me when I really needed him! He really cares about his customers. He’s always on time and does an excellent job for an economical price. Knowledgeable, professional, efficient. Unfortunately a cowboy had previously cleaned my chimney, or rather not cleaned it, so it was very reassuring to have someone with Jay's expertise and calm manner to explain to me why my chimney was not working as it should. I won't ever be going elsewhere, thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service! Quick, efficient, chimney sweep and check of the whole fireplace. Friendly and so knowledgeable. Jay had heaps of advice and tips to make sure I was using the fireplace in the most efficient way. I just wish I had got him in six years ago when I bought my house as I could have benefited from all his advice since then! Will definitely be using Extreme Clean again!

Great service with a lot of care and love for the work they do. Jay is fantastic and genuinely enjoys the chimney sweep cleans to make sure your home enjoys a warm fire 🔥 but also maintains the cleanliness of your home as he finds it. Highly recommend him.

Peter is fantastic. He gave excellent advice about my fire sharing tips on how to maintain it and what to do and where to go if it needed parts. While on the roof he checked my gutters and he is now going to give them a clean too! What a great guy and a great service. You have won me over, you will be my first port of call for my fire.

Jay's advice concerning my old Schooner wood burner was invaluable, and it was great to deal with someone who's not only smart and knowledgeable but also fair, honest, and reliable. His online booking system is very easy to use and payment is quick and easy via mobile eftpos. What a great job! We moved to Dunedin less than a year ago, and this was the first time we had the chimney swept in our new house. Not only it is a piece of mind that the woodburner and the chimney are ok, but the level of detail and superb service that master Jay provided is beyond any word. He was on time, very knowledgeable, tidy and polite. I even learned a thing or two about the chimneys ad how to keep our woodburner clean and in a good condition. I could not have asked for the better! And, he charged what it says on the website, not a cent more. :) Actually, he went eve further and fixed our dropping door with a new washer, all with no extra charge. We have had our fire going the last two nights, and it makes such a difference! Thank you so much for the awesome work. You have a very happy customer. See you next year. :)

So glad we chose "Extreme Clean Chimney Clean" after seeing the 5 star Google reviews. Totally agree with all the customers before us. We were so impressed with Jay and his thorough and careful work. He even repaired our cowling and secured sealing around the flashing. Quite remarkable. Would not hesitate recommending him to anyone!

Peter from Extreme Clean went above and beyond to make sure our woodstove and flue were in perfect condition, including making a minor repair. He was kind and generous with my son and very exhuberant dog and even cleaned our gutter while he was on the roof to check the flue and cap. Thanks for the exceptional service. Our chimney started leaking smoke after being cleaned, leaving us worried that we wouldn't have a source of heat. Jay came back as soon as he could and found the fault with the chimney that had been unmasked by the clean. He fixed that (as well as another problem with the chimney). Now our woodburner has never started so well! Jay was really professional and helpful, and we're really appreciative that when something went awry he didn't leave us in the lurch but got on to sorting it out for us as quickly as he could. Very happy with his services!

Jay was able to squeeze me in to his schedule last week at extremely late notice (although I am sure this is not always going to be easy for him). What a surprise to meet a tradesman who says "sorry I'm 2 minutes late". What a pleasure to engage a tradesman who is not only excellent at his job, but is passionate, knowledgeable, and provides advice and suggestions about fireboxes and wetbacks and everything pertaining to flues and fires. Had booked an appointment for 10am Jay turned up just before had a good look over our log burner swept it and offered some advice and some recommendations for us completely happy with the experience he was happy friendly and even took off his boots before entering cleaned up so there is no mess definitely recommend him and the company to others great job
