From start to finish we were once again delighted with the service from this company. From initial contact & providing useful information about prepping our house prior to the house wash; to Richard arriving on the dot and doing an amazingly good job washing our house where we had just finished more renovations - big task. No mess left behind, no gardens left trampled, just a perfect job. We hope to use your services each year now, would not dream of using anyone else. Richard, see you again soon !

The House and Building Wash Company recently came to my house to clean the roof, windows, house exterior and decking. I found the ladies in the office easy to deal with, Jeremy, who did the cleaning, arrived on time and did a fabulous job. The house hadn’t been cleaned for a few years and the roof and deck in particular were in need of a clean and look amazing now. Would highly recommend this company.

We had Zeus from this company come to do a house wash of our 2-storey stucco townhouse. Would highly recommend their service, as Zeus was friendly, very professional, and left our place looking brand-new. Probably saved us having to do a repaint for a few years.

Extremely impressed with the housewash today from Senior Technician, Sifa, and Rashab. They went the extra mile and the house looks amazing! I’ve used this company before and have never regretted spending the money to have the house looking spotless and knowing I’ve extended the life of the paintwork. Sifa and Rashab were fabulous, can’t praise them enough. Get your house cleaned, it’s so worth it!

Counsel tce Mt Albert Auckland We had the house washed by the House and Building Company This is the second time I have used their services, The job was done two days ago by Junior and he did an outstanding job, he was meticulous, and diligently cleaned the outside , paying extreme attention to every detail. Consequently the finished job shone like it had just been painted. We were amazed at his care , it was like he owned the house .in a word brilliant. If you use the H&B Wash company you will not be disappointed. I will use them again. Called the House and Wash company at late notice as previous house washing company hadn't completed job the day before as photos for House Sale was being done on a Saturday. Nathan came out and worked until all was done with an awesome attitude, concrete wall that had rust marks, he was determined to get it looking at its best we were blown away. We used the services of The House & Building Wash Company for the first time this Monday after communicating with them late December. They offered to do it much earlier but we were unavailable. Brian completed entire house wash, entire roof treatment and gutter clean within / over 3 hours. My wife was so impressed with how professionally the entire process was carried out by Brian, as soon as I was home she took me around the house to show the outcome of the house wash. The exterior looked freshly painted, we thought we could postpone repainting for few more years. We are extremely impressed with the outcome. Should we use them again? Absolutely.

Following a recommendation that they were reasonably priced, I got The House & Building Wash Company to clean both our front and back decks of my house and my parents'. All decks came up better than I expected and they did all the stairs etc too. We are now just waiting for a good window of sunshine so we can re-oil them! We had our house cleaned by Sifa and Kyle and were extremely impressed with the efficient and professional job that they did. Our house is a multi-level mix of cedar and Coloursteel with some difficult to reach places. Even though the outside hadn't been cleaned in some time (especially the gutters) it was no problem for the team. They arrived on time and immediately rigged up a safety system to access the roof. We had requested a full suite of cleaning, including roof, gutters, house, spider clean and window clean which was no small task, but they worked very hard to get this done in one day. We couldn't be happier with the result, especially the care they took on the cedar using a specialist cleaning product. Before leaving they even took the time to let us know a couple of areas on the roof that may require inspection. We highly recommend their company and will definitely be using their services again!

Had originally arranged a quote from another house washing company but when I complained to a relative about the lax responses to appointments and providing a quote, was told about The House Wash Company. Quotes were similar but I chose the latter because of their immediate responses to every contact I made. I knew they would be reliable and they were. As well as being punctual the guys who did the work were not only a credit for the brilliant job they did, but for their great personalities. As for the work itself: I was amazed that the 26 years of grime on the facia was removed with a soft wash and looked as though it had been painted. The fences, black with embedded mould and green with algae are now like new! I was very impressed with all aspects of this company and will definitely recommended them to friends and family.

Great service - they washed our 1860s kauri villa with great care and attention, hardly any water came in through the old sash windows and I can't even see where they got in through the garden (which is English Cottage style and right up next to the house in places) to get close enough. Did a reasonable job and were able to come within the week . Main issue was rubbish left at our property and I contacted the company twice to ask about it (as looked to have chemicals on it and part of it was a large sized barrel lid which wouldn't fit in our small wheely bin) - the first time was told they would get back to me and the second time no reply at all.
