K.Charlie's chimney cleaning was friendly, informative and put our minds at ease. We had recently moved into a new house and had fumes coming into the room when we lit the fire. Charlie removed about 4-5 years of soot and did a thorough inspection to make sure our wood burner was setup correctly. We highly recommend Charlie as he has excellent communication, gave us useful practical advice and responded to our safety/fume issue quickly.
M.Charlie was great, we had a blockage in our chimney and he fit us into his already busy schedule. Chimney cleaned thoroughly and all mess was vacumned. We also had a door weld that had broken and have been waiting 6 months for a local fireplace repair business to fix it - a debacle. Charlie added a bolt and spaced the door so now it closes smoothly and we dont have to worry about the pressure snapping the other weld. Have already booked in a clean for November. Thank you.
C.Fantastic service - highly recommend to all :) Charlie gave our chimney a thorough clean and inspected, provided advice and made several repairs to our firebox (replaced firebricks and resealed the door) during his visit, all for a very reasonable price. Friendly and polite, on time, prompt response to initial booking request - all round great service.
L.I was so impressed with the service, Andrew came to do the clean but he was absolutely lovely, he was so professional. He was quick and left the place so clean, he called Charlie about the repairs we needed and got a price that seemed really reasonable. Charlie came straight away and replaced the bricks and baffles so it was all done within an hour. So thank you and the team for the incredible service, it was outstanding!

I rang up a few chimney cleaners but Charles gave a sharp quote and was very responsive to questions. He was able to fit us in quickly and cleaned our extremely dirty chimney and fireplace. He was very professional and took a lot of care in his cleaning. He left our place as tidy as before with no mess.
He also inspected the pot and mortar condition of our chimney and found the previous chimney sweeper had done a rather shoddy job, causing water seepage. Very knowledgable and answered all our questions about fireplaces.
