Fabulous service, Michelle really knows her stuff. Especially love their 'Hit the Deck', which works like a dream and makes cleaning your deck so much easier! Wet & Forget (Kapiti) have also been extremely generous in donating some of their awesome product to a local not-for-profit kindergarten. Highly recommend!

Awesome service- very professional and very helpful- Michelle who was in charge with another guy on the counter were super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Please ensure they are awarded for their awesome customer services and ensured I was happy with what I was purchasing. Well done and keep it up!

We have used Wet and Forget around our whole School plus the Window Witch as well, The staff at the Kapiti store were very helpful and both products have worked wonders to remove moss and mould on our pavers . Great store great product. Paraparaumu Beach School.
