When we bought our new home the first thing that screamed out at us was how dirty the exterior was. The patios were full of mould and the roof was covered in lichen. Dave and his team made it look like new again and it has cleaned up far better than expected. Couldnt rate Spick n Span highly enough. A fantastic job done.

I friend recommended Dave to clean the house. Wow!! Right from the start I was impressed. From the quote to the completion of the job the communication has been great! The quality of work is excellent and the house, gutters, eaves looks like new again. The products used are safe for the dogs and garden. The roof has been treated for Lichen and the windows on the outside cleaned as well. And they move all the things out of the way. They went above and beyond and moved a huge heavy Pot / plant for me as well! Dave explains about the water tanks and what is required etc for a rural water supply after treatment and on going maintenance. And the price was a lot cheaper than 2 other quotes! Very impressed and Highly recommend!!
