N.I had a move out / deep clean service and the cleaners were punctual, efficient and worked really hard to make the apartment sparkling again. Kate was also responsive to my emails and helped to advise on how much time would be needed. All in all I was pleased with how it went and would be happy to use their services again!

I had a weird cleaning job so I contacted the company to see if it was something they could handle, I was so pleased to receive such responsive and thorough service prior to booking. The cleaner who helped us out was an absolute joy (even though I was totally stressed), took initiative, and left our home sparkling. I look forward to continue working with them.

Berlin is full of artists and many of us also use our home as our studio so this sensitivity was extremely valuable to me. Her cleaner was responsive and clear and I felt as safe as it’s possible to feel, arranging to let a stranger into my home at short notice while I am too far away to be present. We have been using Sunshine Cleaning for almost a year and a half. We have a large space (200sqm.) and everything is always spotless when we arrive after a cleaning session. Communication is great, I can always leave a note or email our cleaner and she is very responsive. We trust everyone at Sunshine very much and would highly recommend them to anyone that doesn't want to think/worry about cleaning.

The service included cleaning, laundry, arranging access for maintenance personnel and communicating and meeting clients. We were very pleased with the service we received, the owner is super friendly and very flexible. Whenever something "out of the ordinary" came up she would be more than willing to attend to it, no matter how big or small it was. We do not live in Berlin so this was important to us. She even opened our post and scanned anything important to us so we could keep up to date with everything. Our clients always commented about how friendly she was! She also helped us furnish one of the apartments with the help of some of her friends, we only had 2 weeks to complete the job but we managed it. I would highly recommend Sunshine Cleaning for any cleaning or managing job, she is absolutely trust worthy and very flexible.
