From the start where I had my quote done, prompt and efficient kept us informed of everything we needed to know. To the installation by two fantastic competent installers - who were polite and very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Most impressive. I LOVE my doors. But I have decided to sell up now and I am sure they will help my house sale. So next house more Cozy NZ doors coming...

From the initial visit when the Cosy representative gave us his time to carefully explain the advantages of double glazing we were impressed by this firm. He made many careful measurements, including them and all relevant information into his computer before printing out a quote for the job there and then. These vital sizes were subsequently checked before the units were manufactured, absolutely ensuring that no slip ups could occur. We were again impressed by the punctuality, preparedness and efficiency of the three Cozy installers who removed the glass from our single glazed lounge windows and replaced it with double glazed units - a retrofit done with commendable speed and precision and always with a friendly cooperation. We would be happy to recommend this firm.

Despite the incredible difficulties presented by the pandemic/local lockdowns, Cozy kept up communications the whole way through and managed the scaffolding process for us. We had some hiccups with the scaffolds installed quite in advance to the corresponding windows being ready to be installed, but any major delays were covered by Cozy. I would recommend them - their people were very professional and kind.

Cozy NZ were great to work with. We are so happy with the final product. Customer service, particularly correspondence with Kat, is stellar. You are really looked after as a customer and the quality of the workmanship is impressive. Thanks Cozy!

We went to the 2020 Home Show specifically looking for retrofit double glazing providers. Compared to the others, the team at Cozy provided so much more info and gave a much better and more welcoming vibe and because of this, we decided to go with them for a complete house installation. Really really happy with the windows, such an immediate and huge difference with warmth and sound. Great contact at the start with Peter providing the initial onsite quote through to the installation teams who were awesome, very professional about their craft and very friendly. Two cons hence the 3 stars. First, is that communication can improve. As alluded in other reviews once the deposit was paid the communication was slow and we also had to chase up a couple of times. Second, the bifold door was installed opening in the wrong direction however, to their credit they changed it around at no cost. Overall, we are very happy. If you are thinking about installing double glazing, do it, you won't regret it and we have no hesitation in recommending the team at Cozy.

We are very happy with our newly installed double glazed windows. The installers were friendly and tidy. We noticed the difference straight away. House feels warmer and we can't hear much from outside. We are giving one less star as the communication could be improved. We had to ring to find out what was going on as we had heard nothing from the time we paid the deposit. A courtesy call or email would of been appreciated. Other than that - everything else was great.

Very pleased with the standard of workmanship by the Cosy installers. They did a very tidy and an efficient job in horrible weather. We would recommend them and would use them again if needed.

I love my new windows. I have only replaced bedroom windows but noticed how much warmer the bedrooms and the house was immediately. They have also reduced noise as well. Definitely an worth while investment. Great company to work with.

My only issue with Cozy was the reason used for the time taken to actually install was that they are an out of Wellington company . although I didnt mind , I think customers should be told initially that , being an out of Wellington company could mean delays . Other than that communication and workmanship was good

Would've been 5, had it not been for delays. Not their fault, I guess. Builders let down a little as well, s* happens... But in general no drama. Definitely recommend. Turned out really nice.

Great Product (window inserts) to 1910's weather board house - immediate improvement to comforts (no drafts (noise reduction), easy to ventilate, aesthetics (retain character). Service complete from start of quote to follow-up warranties & guarantees - ease of experience. The clean up and removal of old frames/fixtures meant alot as gives a refreshed/new perspective to the dwelling - stoked result (& value $/m2)
