R.All of the above. I had no idea that the roof of the oven was so yuk. Started using fan setting for roasts and it blew fat all over the inside oven and door. But to the rescue came Jody. She was so amazing and totally thorough. My oven looks brand new now and I'm a bit scared to use it now to be honest. Thanks so much for yr hard work Jody and Nigel. Certainly would recommend Clean Star for a brilliant job.
