P.I was caught out with a no notice house cleaning inspection, and didn't like my chances of finding a cleaner with only an hour or two notice. All cleaning companies contacted, apart from Katies, said no way can we help, but Katies said "We'll see if we can juggle things around so we can help" and they did! An hour later, there they were at the door ready to work. You guys saved my bacon, and I'll tell that to anyone who will listen. Definately be using you again. Thank you so much.

S.Frank & his team did several deep cleaning jobs at very short notice (when other cleaning companies had let me down). He and his crew completely re-defined what clean means and were incredibly reasonably priced for the work and effort that went into making the house truly sparkle.
I have used four other cleaning companies previously and can hand on heart say - Katies Elite Cleaners are in a league of their own. By using the latest equipment to get areas cleaned it avoided me having to replace things - so Frank and his team actually saved me a lot of money.
Before and after photos were provided as well as regular communication so I knew what had just happened as well as what was planned to happen and when - then it happened on time, every time.
Frank and his staff well and truly cared about my home as thou it was theirs. Not only highly capable but totally trustworthy and a pure joy to work with. 10+ star service I would highly, highly, highly recommend - Sharyn Carter
