Like most spa owners I thought I was doing 'ok' with my own spa maintenance. When we changed from Chlorine to Bromine, I needed some advice and went to Poolwerx. What a difference! The service and prices are great value, Josh is always on time and always very thorough. A full service report is sent via email every time. I cannot say enough good things about these Guys, if you are thinking about using a 'company' to do your pool maintenance then I highly recommend Poolwerx, extremely good value, good service and a lot less worry as a spa owner - it is done right every time. Since we switched over to the Brendon and his Poolwerx team we have been pretty impressed. Cost-wise they are very competitive and we are getting a fantastic service from them. Firstly is communication - a text to let you know who and when they are coming (and they've always been early !!!). On our first visit they 'base-lined' the pool and she was way out - a few bags of potions and powders and we were away ..... stable !! second, after treatment we get a report on the health of the pool to file away (never got that before!). Thirdly, the team always arrive and are professional, communicative and happy ! Great to chat with them and pick up knowledge around how to better manage the pool. Recently our wee 'dolphin' pool robot had a meltdown. Brendon to the rescue and he (the wee dolphin, not Brendon!) is now bionic, stronger, better, faster,..... and back in his happy place in the pool. What more can I say. Highly recommended. p.s. Brendon loves cars !!!!!!!!

After coming back form holiday to a broken chlorinator, the team at Poolwerx BOP attended to it promptly and had the problem solved in about a week. As the picture shows - we went from pretty horrible to very clear in a week. They had the parts and gear to replace the broken item and solved the pool colour - they recommended a couple of options as well and gave us to option to do what worked best for us. Jared turned up when the scheduled appointment was set so we knew to be home. Overall a very pleasing experience from knowledgeable people that got it sorted in a timely manner.

We are super happy with Brendon and Kelly's professionalism, speedy turnaround of job requests and the quality of their work. We send many jobs their way from a plumbing issue to a broken jet to a pump issue and Brendon always manages to solve our issues promptly and Kelly is awesome to deal with. We absolutely would recommend them to come and achieve miracles with your spa too!

Brendon is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your pool is in top working condition and always available if you need any advice. Our pool cover was looking a bit sad so a new one was ordered and installed by Brendon. Wow what a difference. It not only looks great it is also giving us an extra 4 degrees and to top it off it is so much easier to take off and on. Fabulous job thanks Brendon.
