This is customer service at its best!! This was a big challenge for Stephen as I had tried to do this myself (bad move), needless to say it was an absolute mess. The project threw up a few unforeseen hurdles along the way and Stephen took them all in his stride, assessing the problems and coming up with workable solutions to every one. In the end I couldn't have asked for a better result to what I originally thought might be a lost cause. I can't recommend Stephen and Deck Refresh enough. He's a genuine good guy as well.

After a train wreck of trying to stain the deck myself it turned out shocking. Deck refresh to the rescue, Stephen was great to deal with,very informative and a nice guy, he even gave advice on how to fix it if we didn’t end up using him. Deck got fully sanded back and couple coats of oil and looking really really good, Highly recommend Deck Refresh to anyone

Stephen was very detailed with the deck, just like how an owner of the deck would have done so, too. This is a valuable character that I only saw a few has as tradies. Anyone can do their own deck, sure. However, you’d be much happier to get Stephen in and do it for you, as the result will be professional unlike what you’d get if you just hire the tools and try to do it yourself. NZ summer is scorching hot and I’m glad there’s “Deck Refresh” to freshen up my deck, so I can do other things more important to me than sweating away on the deck.
