O.I stayed here for roughly 3 weeks in two different units. First two weeks I was spoiled with a until that had views of the sea outside on the balcony on the top floor. Beautiful and a nice change, unit was beautifully clean and set up perfectly for us. I work night shift so I slept most of the day, however the walls are quite thin, you can hear everything going on outside. The only reason for a 4 star. The last week I had to check out then check in again due to more work. I had a different unit, one on the right of the reception flood level. It was quite spacious then the other one, however the only privacy this room had was when I shut all the curtains. You have 3 different access to outside. Front, side and back. Side and back has tables and chairs for smoking if you're a smoker. All in all it's a nice place to stay.
B.Excellent location. Wonderful outlook. Clean, warm and secure. Made welcome from our first arrival. Easy parking and close to dining options.
C.The facilities are great. Brilliant and friendly customer service was given at all points of contact. There is a good range to places to go to in the vicinity as well.
L.Perfectly situated on Bay Hill, with close access to restaurants and shops, and also Caroline Bay. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
Room was showing a little bit of age, but certainly nothing that a little bit of paint, new bedspreads ect wouldn't fix. Fastidiously clean, everything was spotless. Bathroom had been renovated, and looked nice and modern. Mind the tiles, they are super slippery! TV in the lounge, and in the bedroom. Balcony with a view over the far side of Caroline Bay. Access stairs to the upstairs rooms seemed a little bit richorty and wobbly.
One thing it really needs is better curtains! They were so thin and let in so much light! :/
Ample parking, and as mentioned before, walking distance to the CBD. Maybe a little bit pricey for what it is, but I certainly wouldn't hesitate staying here again.
J.What a lovely place to stay. Our room was lovely. Very comfortable. Well priced. The staff were wonderful. Gave us a great recommendation for dinner as well which was fantastic.
W.This is a very cosy, well equipped, very quiet, renovated, accommodation provider.
It has a great central location, the staff are lovely and smilingly helpful.
The cost reflected the amenities very fairly.
Naomi and I enjoyed the hospitality offered and will return.
J.Clean & comfortable enough.. Too light & noisy overnight for my liking. Needs darker curtains & blinds to enable a good sleep!
E.Very handy location great for shops, and beach plus Monteith's bar and restaurant right in front. The only downside is the traffic noise from the Bypass. I was very grateful they had a room for me when my booked accommodation let me down so thank you :)
G.This place is relaxing to stay at. Super clean, lots of room, excellent shower, great customer service, comfy bed and lounge and free sky tv. Location rules, with views of the bay, and easy to get around Timaru.
R.Enjoyable stay. Handy to town, but quiet. Clean well equipped room. My only gripe ...how in the name of Mabel Higgins do you work that heater? Oh for the days of an on/off switch.
N.I stayed one night at the Panorama. The person who greeted me was friendly and helpful. The view was lovely over the sea. The room was clean but very dated and in need of some TLC. It definitely was not 4.5 stars which is what I'd seen on-line. The curtains in the bedroom weren't attached properly, the floor length blind in the lounge was broken, the vinyl on the bathroom floor was discoloured, kitchen cupboard doors were bubbled, two of the three lights over the bench weren't working, woodwork in the bathroom was in need of repair and repainting. I wouldn't have minded but for the 4.5 stars rating.
F.Easy check in, helpful owner who shared useful local knowledge with us as 1st time South Islander's. Lovely accommodation, clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and beach walkways. Amazing view of Caroline bay from our terrace. Everything we needed for an overnight stay. Amazing! When we are next in town we won't even bother looking anywhere else!

D.We stayed at the Warwick Lodge part of the Panorama Group in Timaru for 5 nights and had such a fabulous stay. The staff are absolutely fantastic especially the cleaning staff. We were there for a funeral and had a very tough week, but the staff kept us smiling all the way through the week and understood what we were going through and cleaned our room when we were ready. Would stay in this apartment block anytime we are back in Timaru. Thank you so much for your concerns, patience and outright great customer service. Cheers Denise and Otto

I.Absolutely fantastic owners, gave us a huge apartment away from any noise that allowed me to rest for my work whilst in Timaru. Close to town and everything you need, will only stay there for as long as they are there, thanks for everything panorama
