Booking went smooth as silk after a little confusion regarding day and time, (always pays to ring the a couple of days before before to confirm things)
After the job was done the photos were pretty useful, since I was not about to go up and check! All in all, YEAH i'd use again for sure.
I.Overview: Liam was the member of the firm on our job - all the necessary equipment with him; obvious depth of knowledge on techniques, chemicals, etc; and certainly a committed worker (virtually no stopping 8.30am to 2.30pm).
Outcome: we are more than satisfied - lichen on the roof treated; driveway more or less back to original colour; house looks as though just recently painted; and windows the clearest they’ve ever been.
Excellent ‘investment’ on our part … and we also appreciated his approachable and courteous manner. I & J McK
S.Pinnacle Building Wash came round quickly and Liam was so willing to provide help - he did an excellent job at a task (somewhat outside his usual work brief) clearing some Ivy that I couldn’t access. He really genuinely just wanted to help - integrity plus! Would recommend them in a heartbeat!
L.Fantastic service!! Liam and his team at Pinnacle Building Wash are very friendly and highly professional. So easy and accommodating to deal with. The price was by far the cheapest compared to the other 2 quotes we got and we certainly got value for our money too! They did a great job spraying our roof and were very thorough in their clean up, they even hosed down all the windows and outdoor furniture in case any chemical got on them.
We were also very impressed that they took several photos of our roof then emailed them through to us so we could see the condition etc. We highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again in future. Thanks Liam and team. :)
