Great service today by technician Arron. Quickly sorted an array of TV cabling in our new home. He knows his stuff and has a pleasant manner. Excellent communication re: arrival time. Company also has tracker map link for the vehicles which is cool. Can also invoice on the spot. Prices are fair. Would recommend.

Install IT Ltd were recommended to us, and responded extremely quickly to check and remedy our TV queries. Problems were explained and resolved and cables replaced, plus Dave's expertise resulted in a faster and stronger internet connection to our house. All done very cheerfully and professionally! I have used Install IT several times. I have found Dave and Arron to be responsive, professional, and helpful. They responded quickly when I had reception issues and are well beyond the average NZ company in terms of customer service, communication and commitment to making sure customer is looked out for.

I can't rate these guys high enough. Customer service was spot on - very prompt and efficient. Nothing was a problem. I dealt with Dave initially - he called me within an hour or so of my making an email enquiry. I had Arron visit my home - he was so friendly, professional, and with a great attitude. We didn't nail the problem straight away - so he came back the next day and sorted it out - at no extra charge. I'm super impressed - I haven't had such great customer service in a very long time. Highly recommend to anyone.

I'm impressed! Excellent service right from my first contact call. I was kept informed right from the time the installer left the workshop. Immediate quote given followed by the neatest and cleanest work I've ever received from a tradie. With their work ethic pity they aren't plumbers, drain layers, and electrical technicians as well!!

Dave was excellent to communicate with from start to finish of my whole installation. His team were efficient, professional and super responsive. I now have an amazing TV set-up and the quality is superb. I would definitely recommend Install IT to anyone wanting to either improve their set-up or start from new. I sent Dave an email with pictures showing exactly what I wanted (it was not a usual standard request). He understood completely and even suggested a better way to do it (which I went with). He came when he said he would, did what he said he would do, no fuss, no mess. The work was excellent, very neat cabling, very tidy job. I now have a perfect image on all channels. I highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone. Note to Dave (this is probably an 'in joke'): I was sitting at my desk after the job was done looking out of the window where the installation is and THREE of my neighbours when driving past my flat, stopped outside my window (they couldn't see me because of the net curtains), looked up at the installation and said "what the hell is that"! I had a bit of a chuckle!

It's always a pleasure to talk and engage Dave and his team. They never disappoint. It's also so refreshing with finding nice people who do good work, are considerate and respectful. I'd be happy to have Arron and Omar back again for sure.

Contacted Dave to have the TV wall hung. His response was positive & efficient & Arron was here two days later. His advice was appreciated, his workmanship was outstanding & my wife is still smiling because when finished he produced a vacuum cleaner & removed all traces of a job having been well done. Thanks Arron, you were a pleasure to have in our home.
