We brought a pool from ParaRubber in Whangarei and after looking at the detailed installation instructions provided I let my significant other know; we need an expert. It was a significantly smart decision we agreed several times as PoolFX worked through what I can only describe as; doing what the instructions said to do and better, and then all the things not in the instructions that only an experienced expert would know, as well. It was a top class install. Thank you!! OMG I don't even want to think about what a hopeless job I would have done by comparison. Friendly, trusty, professional. Our pool is going to last and PoolFX will be the first call when we need advice or anything needs attention for sure

I am caretaker of Whangarei Girls' High. Started this job at the start of the year, pool was an absolute state, being completely green. Half a million litre pool we're talking about. Rang Aaron, he came to the rescue within 3 weeks, pristine pool now for the 1450 students at the school. Could not have asked for better service. Cheers Aaron!

We cant thank Aaron enough for the amazing work he has done for us on our property and pool. This guy truly exceeds customer expectations at all levels. We had a green pool, broken fences (and non-compliant) and over hanging trees in our pool area. We knew no one in Whangarei and saw Aarons very cool Pool FX van at some traffic lights so gave him a call. He followed us to our property, done a full site appraisal and completed the work in the following week. This no-fuss, proffessional truly deserves the tag of 'Awesome Aaron"!!! (Also a big thanks to 'Awesome Rhonda', the lady behind the scenes that pulls it all together!) Thanks guys!!!

This guy really knows his stuff!! Awesome Aaron is just that. Awesome. Very personable, down to earth and explained things very well to us. His lovely 'manager' Rhonda is really switched on and doesn't miss a beat! Both make a great team - sure to please, I guarantee it!

Aaron, Nui and Rhonda came to our rescue to get a pool installed before Christmas 2017. The huge effort put in to archive the install on time, to budget and to a very high standard was outstanding. I deal with contractors on a daily basis in my line of work, and Aaron was a refreshing throw back to the good old kiwi tradesmen where nothing was a problem that couldn't be solved, and the quality result was purely from the effort put in. Would, and will recommend to anyone with pool related work coming up.

We're extremely pleased with Aaron at PoolFX. Our pool stays in sparkling pristine condition all the time. They do the regular inspections, testing and cleaning on schedule and with no input from us, completely reliably. Really great service.

I called Aaron in a panic about my dirty pool that needs to be clean this weekend. He couldn’t get here because the man is super busy but he still spent the time talking me through the whole thing. He told me step by step what to do. He knows his stuff!!!
