With this incredibly hot Auckland Summer, our baby’s nursery has been too hot for him to sleep in. I called Joshua, desperate for his help. He came within a day, and within 3 days he had his amazing team install a mini Mitsubishi aircon unit: the job was a tricky and unusual install, but they nailed it. So very grateful!! Since then we have had 3 other units super-cleaned (I didn’t even know that we should have this done to our machines) and another unit installed in our lounge that we had been told couldn’t be done. All the guys who have come from Absolute Cool have been awesome: efficient, polite and tidy. Thanks so much!!!

A friend recommended Joshua as the first NZ heat pump company who really knew their stuff when I was having major issues with another company, and not making any headway in getting it sorted. She had spent 18 months trying to find a heat pump specialist that she was comfortable that they knew what they were doing and would deliver the right result for her. OMIG! Joshua was incredible. He could immediately pinpoint over the phone where the problems were, had a vast knowledge of all units and brands, and had absolute patience with me through all my gazillion questions and concerns. There wasn't a single question that he couldn't answer and talk me through all the pros and cons. The Absolute Cool install of two new heat pumps was professional, on time, and worked perfectly first time. The recommended bedroom unit is a dream, it has a super quiet night time mode, the location and unit functions mean zero drafts on my bed, and it has a great energy rating too. I don't have words for how easy and amazing Absolute Cool made everything, Joshua has been genuinely interested in the post sales performance of the units, and anything else he can do to help. WOW! Just WOW!

They were recommended by Daikin as their authorised installer. Spoke to Joshua Yong, Company Director on 22/12 as I needed a heat pump installed before Christmas. Immediately Joshua took the ownership and after a brief face time session to check the installation site sent a technician the next day who completed the job in a few hours. The technician -Safi was very courteous and his workmanship deserves praise! Joshua loves to 'wow' his customers and exceeded all my expectations. I strongly recommend Absolute Cool Ltd for all your airconditioning requirements! A great company and a great Company Director to deal with. Their customer service is a 5 stars plus!

I contacted Joshua from Absolute Cool. Joshua patiently listened to my requirements and recommended options to replace my ageing underpowered and noisy Panasonic ducting system and wall unit with a more powerful Daikin ducting system with temperature control and a wall unit for my home. The installation was done in a professional manner, the staff from Absolute Cool are friendly and polite clean and tidy. The installation took 2 1/2 days to complete due to removing the old system and rewire the new ducting system to the new location in the roof space and temperature control unit installation. My new Daikin system so quiet and efficient I absolutely love it. The system cools the house so quickly and the airzone temperature control unit is great for the kids. Can’t wait till the winter time to see the system in action. I would highly recommend Absolute Cool to anyone wanting a new aircon system.
