We recently got 3 heat pumps at our property and wanted to share our experience with this awesome team at Auckland Energy solutions. Right from the stage of site visit for a quote to the installation, we were really impressed with the work ethic, politeness of the people involved. Their customer service team is also awesome and prompt. After receiving five, very competitive ducted system quotes, I'm so glad we chose and went ahead with AES. These fine men were professional, kind, polite and tidy from start to finish. The day commenced at 0800H with a walk-through of the fitting process and their team work and communication with us was completely on point throughout. The boys also gave us a quick yet thorough tutorial of the LCD panel and its features. Thank you Steven, Jordan, Onkar, Lewis and Javed for your stellar work! AES were the most economical heat pump providers of 3 quotes we received. They were actually $500 cheaper and the Mitsubishi heat pump came with wifi. The sales guy was really thoughtful when it came to the placement inside the house, as well as the placement of the outside unit. The installation was professionally executed and we are really happy with the workmanship and customer service we received. Would highly recommend.

Bloody great team. Ken gave us excellent advice on the right setup for our house, and we ended up choosing a ducted Daikin for upstairs and a high-wall for downstairs. It was a big job, but the AES crew rocked up and did it all in a single day. Six vents upstairs, lots of crawling around in fibreglass insulation, careful placement of the vents exactly where we asked, and finally the wifi unit for remote control. I didn’t envy the guys working in the roof on a hot day, but they got the job done without complaint. The outdoor units also ended up in the best possible place, downstairs out of the way on our concrete pad. All installed very tidily with no damage or issues. Highly recommend the AES team 👍🏽

AES managed to install the heat pump 3 days earlier than originally confirmed which was great. The installation was smooth, done by a friendly team. I had arranged for a site visit before the quote. It however was cancelled at the last minute. I underestimated the additional piping that was required and therefore was unpleasantly surprised when the invoice total far exceeded the quote. (I knew additional piping incurred a extra cost per meter). I therefore suggest a site visit is a must in order to receive an accurate quote. Overall I am very happy with the new pump. Thank you.

There are quite a few things I noted about dealing with AES: 1) They were very responsive to my contact and responded very quickly and efficiently. 2) The installation was really hassle-free, took the amount of time they said it would and the installer cleaned up after himself. 3) AES was very competitively priced and best of all they are local, and I wanted to support a local company. *My God, AES, Ifraz Abdul's boys (...he has 2 Teams) worked like Trojins to install my Air Conditioning and Ducted System. Started at 0730am, finished at 0730pm....12 hour day...unbelievable. PROFESSIONAL *They were Professional, knew what they were doing. Their English was of a high standard. *Turned up on time...took such short breaks...Mmm had to remind them to have a cuppa and eat. *Polite and respectful...put down ground sheets and politely went about their business...it was seamless and they worked in harmony each new what was expected of him. *Cleaned up after themselves (plastic/cardboard and debris removed) *Vacuumed areas they worked in. COST *As for the cost...they are not the cheapest but but that was because I went for the Mitsubishi brand ($8700). The Fijitu ($7200) is popular and cheaper ...both long lasting, but my research indicated...pay a bit more and expect it'll be more durable and efficient and last longer...and ***MORE COMPETITIVE THAN OTHER QUOTES*** and my wife preferred it based on her research. *The sound for condenser was low (low db)..it sits outside....in any case we could not hear it in the living areas and rooms. *ps the boys put back the Insulation (pink batts) after installing the extractor in canopy of ceiling. *Would I use AES again? Answer YES.... *Why such a high rating? AES deserve it.... I don't often respond to surveys and requests for review...but I am a 'satisfied customer' that chap Afraz patiently sat down with us and discussed various options and made recommendations to suit our needs.... *oh and by the way ...not pushy like other reps....and this chap has worked in this area himself doing insulation.. he has Teams....3 vans turned up... electrician, the Technicians . installers, and the chap that specializes in the condenser...they are not there at the same time, but you can expect to see at least 4 ppl on site at any one time. I have been very impressed with the business dealings I have had with AES. Cost of my product was unbeatable. The installation carried out well and efficiently. However the older of the two installers asked on arrival if he could heat his food up in our microwave which I personally think is a bit unprofessional and then proceeded to work in my lounge floor showing major bum crack. If it had been a building site among other men it would have been ok but this was in my home with my daughters around.

Highly recommended!!! Look no further in regards to price, service and product. When looking at products or services I usually read reviews from previous customers to help make a decision on who to use. Especially when it came to installing a ducted heating system and 2 x heat pumps in 1 location it was vital I did some research on who I chose. Im happy to say that AES met and went beyond expectation. The job was completely in a timely and professional manner. Communication was very clear and when I wasn't sure about something in the quote they were always happy to answer my call and discuss. We have had the ducted system and heat pumps for almost a month and have had no problems. Product warranties were explained and COC certificate received as promised. Staff were helpful and friendly. Worth the time to do your own research or see the many happy customers they have as a testimony to how much they value and take pride in their work.

A good price and good service in the end, but make sure you INSIST the installer comes out to your house to see the exact location of the heatpump, before you agree to install it. I asked for them to come out, as it was a difficult position, at least twice and was told that wasn't necessary as I had a quote already from a different company. Well when they came out, they informed me they couldn't install it as planned. Required another day off work and numerous options before I agreed to the uglyplastic casings inside my kitchen, as the only suitable option. They needed to upgrade me to newer model to fit the space and charged me the same as older model.

I’m so happy I decided to call AES regarding a Heat pump. There are so many places on the internet but I really wanted someone local and that was really important to me as we were in Covid lockdown. We would be very happy to recommend Auckland Energy Solutions Ltd. west Auckland, to anyone requiring any electrical or heat pump installation with fantastic friendly and efficient service and a very competitive price. We had 2 Daiken E3 pumps installed as recommended by the NZ Asthma Society as Mrs Charlton suffers from chronic Asthma and COPD very debilitating. We picked AES Ltd as they were local. Their expert came on tues. told us what we needed and the locations, he then presented a very competitive quote for a fixed price. On Wednesday we accepted quote, and to our surprise both units were installed on Thursday and up and running. The tradesmen installers were friendly, knew what they were doing and very tidy a pleasure to have them in house. After they had done thier instal the registered electrician came and wired up the pumps and fitted circuit breakers to our switch board. Big test and then showed us basic operating protocol. We would like to thank all the AES staff for their dedication to their customers and their work ethics. Mr Arthur C. Charlton West Auckland.

AES recently installed an additional two A/C units for our home. They were very competitively priced and efficient to deal with. AES provided complimentary upgraded units to those quoted, the additional Wi-Fi controllers were very much appreciated. The installation team were efficient and tidy. Would definitely recommend AES.
