We have just installed the second Mitsubishi Eco Core AP25 in our house because they are quiet, efficient and cost effective to run and install. Love the WIFI app you can install on your phone or tablet. We can pre set it to turn on in our kitchen / family room in Winter early so we come into a warm room from any time we choose. Thanks to Todd who quoted the job & Tico and the other staff who installed the unit in a cheerfully and timely manner. Great firm to deal with and will happily refer you to friends and neighbor's.

Fantastic service again from the team at Albany Heat Pumps, installed 3x heat pumps at our new place this week and also used them at our last property - will definitely be our go-to for any future properties and ongoing maintenance too. Service is very responsive, great advice and help problem solving with some tricky installation locations and quality installation and team. Pricing highly competitive with the quote for 3x heat pumps being around $1000 cheaper than a key competitor. Thanks again

Fixed my year old " ticking" mitsi air con unit.. done a great job..nice and quiet now . The initial brand new install of two units wasn't so great ..had a few hiccups but got there in the end.

Just wanted to say how impressed we are with the installation of the new Mitsubishi Heat Pump today. The installation team was super efficient and the heat pump is brilliant in our large lounge and keeping us toasty warm despite the high ceiling. Even the far side of the lounge by the deck windows is warm! Thanks so much. Highly recommend you guys to all!

Excellent service from Albany Heat Pump Ltd. Todd was friendly, reasonable and gave a discount when I wanted to install Mitsu's AP25 & AP35. Taiko and Owen who installed the units were also very friendly and finished the job well. I will contact them again to install more heat pumps on my property. Highly recommended.

The company sent an experienced estimator (promptly) to advise us of options and provide a final on the spot quote for supply and installation of a suitable heat pump in our lounge. This quote was accepted by us, and was adhered to in every respect. In my view the actual installation was not an easy one. It involved an indoor wall mounting, and a long ducting run via an internal cupboard, under the floor and through a breeze block wall to the external unit. This work was completed in just 4 hours by two young men who were well organized well equipped and helpful to deal with. All installation work has been completed to a high standard and at what I regard as a very fair price. Well done guys.

Great service, good price. I got a Mitsubishi wall heat pump installed in my living room last year, we had good communication and the install was done on time. I’ve even had other trades people mention the job was well done. I just had a small problem fixed, a bit of a noisy fan, they managed to work around my busy schedule and had it all sorted out within a few days of me contacting them. I’ll be calling them back when I save enough money to get a ducted heat pump for the bedrooms.

We were very impressed right from our first meeting with how professional and polite everyone from Albany Heatpumps was. Very efficient and thorough throughout. They came up with the best ideas for installation. They turned up as planned (despite terrible weather in the days before the planned installation), got the job done and tidied up afterwards. Great service.

Albany Heatpumps quoted and installed two Fujitsu heatpumps in our house. They were installed by a registered electrician to a high standard and an electrical coc certificate was supplied on completion. They will do their best to get you sorted asap. Recommended.

The two technicians were both very tidy and friendly. The job was done very professionally and they took the time to set the remotes and explain the wifi features. Would highly recommend.

I met Christine and she is absolutely wonderful. They have such a wide range of high quality heat pumps to choose from. I was really very impressed with the quality and high level of service. Definitely recommended.

I would like to let you know how impressed we were with your guys that came to install our heat pumps. They were friendly, considerate and they cleaned up after themselves. To say we were impressed is an understatement . We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Very professional company, and I'd recommend to anybody who wants a professional service. Quick and tidy installation at a reasonable price. They even went the extra mile and installed a specially sized Toshiba floor console for me to make sure it fit in my tight apartment space.

Really happy with our heat pump, we chose a Mitsubishi AP50 as Albany Heat pumps offered the best price in town. Communication was a tad sketchy to begin with but Matthew arrived on the day advised and did a great job. We plan to install another smaller model in our bedroom later in the year and will call these guys again.

State of the art Mitsubishi AP series heat pumps, wifi, voice integration, very very quiet when operating, perfectly sized and placed, installed neatly and promptly. Highly recommend Albany Heat Pumps, they have been great to deal with.

I have had my heat pump a while now and couldn’t be without it. Todd at Albany Heat Pumps did an excellent job of installing it with minimum fuss or mess. Very professional and proficient, I would not hesitate to contact them again for another. Totally recommend their business if you want a good price and a job well done.

We have an older home that we have just recently moved into and found cold and damp. We firstly got Albany Heat Pumps to put in a GL60 Mitsubishi heat pump and found it made a huge difference to our living conditions, we were so pleased with it we decided to do the entire house. Because the house is quite big we decided to go the whole hog and put in a ducted heat pump system that vents through the floor and its been life changing the windows are dry and the house is warmer and dryer everywhere. It is very economical to run so now our guests (we run and B and B) are more comfortable and we don't have to worry about them running the heaters all night. The service was quick and efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant to deal with!!!

For the 2nd year running we’ve purchased a heat pump from AHP as they impressed us so much the first time and their after-purchase care was second to none. This year, we couldn't go past the wifi option (AP50) for the convenience of being able to operate from our phone - love it! Such a great savings measure, not having heating on (at the moment) when not at home. Todd, Christine and Taiko are a really professional team; from providing a wide range of options and sound advice to providing a very efficient and friendly service. Their products are competitively priced too and installation speedy! Would highly recommend :)

Great prices and very prompt response and delivery. It arrived within 24 hours and had to be transported from Auckland to Hastings! The price was the best I could find. I would highly recommend Albany Heatpumps to anyone.

Best priced Heatpumps in Auckland. After I accepted their quote only 5 day wait for install, the install crew placed unit exactly where I wanted it. I recommend this company when ever someone mentions heat pumps.

We have used Albany heat Pumps Twice .The first time they fitted a full Ducted heatpump system to our home ,it was wonderful ,so cosy. The second time when we moved to a new home which had high sarked ceilings so could not have a ducted system ,instead we had a very large heat pump for the living ares and a smaller one for the Master Bedroom. On both occasions they were prompt,efficient,and very nice to deal with and suprisingly inexpensive when compared with other suppliers.We would have no reservations about recommending then to any prospective customer.
