Our experience with EES was that they operate in a purely professional manner, they advised exactly when they would do the install. The two install guys were courteous, efficient and obviously well trained in what they had to do. I would have no hesitation in recommending EES for heat pump installations. I like the idea also that they only do installations and so can be totally proficient in what they do.

I received several quotes for installation of two heat pumps. I was most impressed with the help and clear answers given to all my queries by the EES team. Phone calls and emails were answered promptly. Communication at every stage was excellent. Masks were worn, social distances observed and all the team were vaccinated. The process for getting ducted air-conditioning entailed someone looking over the house to assess the best place to place vents and outdoor unit. This was later checked by an electrician and then a date was fixed for installation. The team that installed ducted air conditioning completed the work within one day and tidied up before they left. We now have a comfortable warm home

I am totally happy with my EES ducted heating and cooling system installed at the beginning of October. It works brilliantly and I can now have my whole home warm or cool as required within 5-10 minutes. The service from the EES team was excellent. They were respectful in my home and cleaned up any mess made during the installation process. The mess inside the house was minimal anyway. I personally think this is a far better solution than a heat pump and it delivers much better benefits and whole of home reach.

This installation are really amazing professional and responsive to all the small requests. I was a bit stress before meeting up them, after that I would zero stress…I left after 1hours…they just did everything as discussed and been very considering with all the wiring layout. Rahul and his team of installers are really great. They are very considerate at every step and follow your wishes and instructions with great care. This is rare. The experience with the office is not so great, quite slow to respond and communicate with you. But overall, the solution is in our home on the said date and the comfort (and silence) are wonderful!

I needed a couple of extra heat pumps installed into my home. I had used another company 6 years ago to install my current ones. I chose the original company and EES to give me quotes. Jarrod from EES turned up, provided me with a very competitive quote on the spot and committed to getting the units installed within a week. The original company failed in several areas of the sales process. The installation side of EES lived up to the same high standards the sales team had promised. Their coordinator called and had me booked in. On install day The techs turned up on time and had the job done in very quick time. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Piping, cabling and general install was very neat and to a high standard. When it came time for invoicing, the final amount had been adjusted down to match the parts that the techs never used. Very impressed with the whole process from sales to invoicing. Would happily recommend them and would definitely have them back to install any future units

Overall I am very happy with the whole deal from Quote to Install. Everyone that I had contact with represented your brand very well, they were all on time, courteous and very polite. The tech guys were very knowledgeable and the install guys communicated well, acted very professionally and did a very tidy install and left no mess whatsoever. We did have a small issue on the day of install but I feel it is more important how someone responds to an issue rather than the issue itself. Your team acted swiftly, I had a call from your management immediately, he advised me how and when it would be resolved and sure enough at 7am the next morning an electrician was on site and sorted the issue very quickly. They worked through several options for us to optimise placements of the outdoor unit and the ceiling vents. Excellent service and excellent product, we had the new R32 central heating system installed and had a great experience from beginning to end, I got a number of quotes EES had the best quote with top quality products (Panasonic R32), they were the only company to give me a quote at the time of visit - others I had to wait up to a week. Our experience with this company was outstanding from the outset - receiving the first quote through to installation. They were efficient, turned up when they said they would, answered every query and went above and beyond. Had to deal with our (commercial property) landlord regarding safety plans etc, which added more time, were thorough and absolutely the most polite people we have worked with. I asked EES to quote on installing 2 heat pumps into the ground floor bedrooms of our home and received a visit and comprehensive rundown very quickly. 3 days later I had the installation and the heat pumps have transformed the temperature and warmth of the whole downstairs level. My 2 installers were very friendly and got stuck in and made a lovely tidy job, vacuumed up and left the rooms tidy and clean then spent quite some time explaining the Wifi and hints for the heat pumps including routine cleaning. Did a pretty large ducted install and 3 high walls over just two days. Initially started a bit slow with just 2 guys but quickly ramped up and probably had 8-10 guys working at once at times. All very professional and friendly and had to work pretty hard and long days to get it done. Had a really hard time with one very solid concrete wall but that didn't stop them. Also spent a lot of time in a pretty hot roof cavity. Did a great job communicating and cleaning up and I am very happy with the results.

Based on our experience with the recent heat pump installation, I would highly recommend ESS. The initial sales visit was great, gave us all the options with no pressure selling and left it with us to make our own decision. Followup communications was always prompt and professional. The work carried out by the installation team was one of the best I have come across. Had Mohammed and Ali come in to install our heat pump for our new property. Both were really good!! Because our home is brand new, they took their shoes off without us having to ask them. At every single point they were telling us what they were doing. Gave us the best advice on where to place it, maintenance, how to use it (even though we already have one, they still walked us through it). Made sure there was a drop sheet where they were doing their work. Even when they were finished they cleaned up the rubbish inside from the drilling even though we told them we would do it. They showed us the end product inside & outside. Told us when they were going to switch off the power before they did it. Overall really good guys, really good workman ship.

I have had a few members of your team (Avinesh, Sam, Riz and Gaz) installing an EES system at my house on Friday and today and am very impressed by the way the go about their business. I was very pleased to see them using their full PPE gear at all times, always remaining at least 1-2 metres away from my family and going above and beyond to sanitize all surfaces they may have touched. They left my house cleaner than it was when they arrived. When your staff take Health and Safety this seriously during this pandemic it puts my mind at ease having them work in our home. We commissioned EES to install two wall mounted heat pumps in our home about 18 months ago, and a third 6 months later. The initial consultant seemed very clued-up, and was willing to go into all the detail that I wanted to know about. He was also willing to listen to my ideas, and blend those with his knowledge of best practices. The installation guys were okay, but somehow spilled a dozen screws through the property - I was finding them randomly on the driveway and paths for weeks. They also didn't clean up the steel swarf from drilling into the roofing steel to mount the outdoor unit (this can quickly form rust spots on a steel roof, so I clean it up myself when I found it a week later). The were very friendly and fairly tidy inside, putting drop cloths down and vacuuming after the job. Since having the units I’ve called EES customer service twice, for minor troubleshooting questions, and the staff were friendly and helped me fix the issues within minutes.

The sales rep Sean proved himself excellent by putting up with my multiple queries and presenting me with a very much competitive quote. The commercial team member Edwina was very patient and informative on the finance options available and provided me with a tailor suited long term finance options despite my Q card issues. People have been telling us for years to get a heatpump to heat our small 2 bedroom home but I didn't want an UGLY heatpump unit on the wall! I found EES online and the chap arrived within 2 days of my initial enquiry, gave us the option of in ceiling space unit with ducts into the main living room and bedrooms - we have a flat roof so wondered if it would be enough space but the pre-install engineer came over and advised there was enough space. On installation day the Engineers on time and did the installation in good time and cleaned up after themselves even putting furniture back in place. The follow up from the office team has also been great, they contacted us to ask if we need help to set up Wifi option. We have only had the unit for 2 weeks but it has been FAB, and the fact there are no visible units on the walls is even better. Every home should have one - can't thank the EES team enough. Cheers

I paid 12k for a new ducted heat pump system. The very first winter it stopped working and I get told it’s over 3 weeks just to get someone to check it. Turns out the unit had been wired into the ripple control. So every time it got cold and peak power occurred my heat pump wouldn’t work. Corrected now but poor care during initial installation. Second electrician they sent was a good guy and sorted the problem.

EES came and installed two heat pumps into our house because the fireplace had rusted and was unusable. We were not looking forward to having a cold house for a few weeks, but EES was able to come out and do the installation earlier than we were expecting, which was a life saver with a newborn. We have massive living areas, so we got a small one and a big one. Both run great, they aren’t noisy, and seem to run really effeciently. If we need to heat the whole house we can use both or the big one, if we just need a small area heated we use the little one. Professional and quick install. I’d recommend them to friends and family.

This company is the best. From their sales rep Parth Shah who quoted the job and honest approach to providing me with the correction solution to my heating and cooling requirements. We had several question and alter our plan quite a few times until we came to exactly what we wanted. Parth listen very closely, no question too hard to answer and never complained or brush me off. We gave the go ahead. We then meet the next member of the team Karl boss of the insulation team. Karl came over to the property and went over the insulation of the system into the house. Together we worked out a suitable date and again very impressed with our much care they took to keep me informed. We meet the final team members on the day of insulation lead by Krish team of 5 guys again very impressed they took great care and proud in the insulation of the system. When they finished the house was left extremely clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. EES are totally professional and helpful at every phase of the process.

We found EES fantastic! The house was immaculate and the heat pump is the perfect capacity for our house. Easy to deal with and no hassles on ur part. Definitely recommend! They even positioned the heat pump so that it will help heat the remainder of the house as we'd discussed. I wouldn't have said we were the easiest place to install with a gas unit in the way and our house being more of a shell of a house with framed walls. They managed to follow all of the many post-it notes we left them, about not putting the heatpump too close to the corner so we could still plaster, or too close to the ceiling as we still need to put the scotia on. They were very easy going about our inconveniences, not a single fuss!
