Top notch before and after service from Ethan. He contacted me as soon as I sent the job request, came over and did an inspection, provided a quote based on a report from Central Sweeps that the flue was broken and needed replacement. When he came to fix it he identified that the flue was not broken but was dislodged from the unit. This saved me over $600. Great guy to contact for any fireplace repair. Excellent service and I highly recommend Ethan and Embr Fires.

The pre and post service communication was excellent, and very up-to-the minute. I was very impressed with the professional manner of Arion who came to do the sweep. He was very friendly polite and articulate in his communication. He told me what he would do and also gave good advice on effective use of the fire. He carried out the work seamlessly and thoughtfully.

Excellent service and great knowledge transfer. Even though it was a straight forward job Arion did a great job of explaining some of the considerations that we should think about for our log burner

Have used this business for a few years now. One of the only trades I use that do what they say and never let you down. A real pleasure to deal with.

Can definitely recommend Central Sweeps. Ethan was great at handling our fireplaces, he was prompt, friendly and discussed exactly what he would do with us prior to commencing the work and did exactly that. Very pleased with the outcome, thank you.
