Overall experience has been great. Our installer Robbie was extremely courteous and tidy and we are very happy with the end result.

Dave came over and installed a heat pump for us. During the initial on-site assessment, he offered us quite a few options and recommended the most cost effective model for us. On the day of the installation, the situation was a bit tricky as there’s steel in the exterior wall. Dave managed to solve the problem to perfect and left site clean and tidy. We are very happy of his service and would highly recommend Go Cold if you are looking at having a heat pump installed.

Highly reccomend the team at Go Cold! I had used them previously for installation of a heat pump and recently reccomended them to my parents also, who were very happy with their service. Lockdown got in the way but the team made sure to keep us in the loop and once restrictions eased was able to promptly install. Great service, highly reccomend. 5 star!

Five stars for Go Cold Refrigeration. I needed 2 heatpumps for 2 rental properties and had a couple of prior quotes but I had no confidence that those quotes would meet the Healthy Homes standards. As Dave is a refrigeration engineer of many years and not just a heatpump installer I felt confident that I would get what was required. I also asked for and got, their guarantee that what they were installing would meet the HH standards. I have no hesitation in recommend Go Cold Refrigeration, thanks Dave and Jenny.

Excellent service and flexibility. The team was great in problem resolution with the Aircon company when an issue came about during installation. They constantly kept me in the loop which was awesome. Also helped understand my situation and provided options to give payment in two batches. Overall a very positive experience

Dave came to service our Fiujitsu heat pump. I found him to be very professional and obliging. He cleanout the inside and outside part of the unit. I was satisfied with their charges

Dave cleaned, checked & re-gassed 2 heat pumps for us past week. He was bang on time, the job was completed exactly per quote and he offered us good, sound advice about how to keep them running well and when to get them serviced. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending GoCold or in calling them next time.

Would highly recommend the team at Go Cold Refrigeration. From the quote, to the communication, to the installation process - it was all seamless and a great experience to have our heat pump installed in our home.

Dave and his team installed an aircon heatpump and also ducted it through our existing HRV system to improve ventilation in other rooms. I was very impressed with Dave's attitude, knowledge and communication. The estimate was accurate and was economical compared to quotes from other companies. Dave also returned to fix something very promptly. Highly recommended. Our house was over heating in the summer and thanks to the air con (which didn't cost as much as we had thought) we can use our living area without suffering extreme summer heat.

The team installed a heat pump in my new home. They provided advice and recommendations for our requirements and installed accordingly. The team turned up on time and worked all day to complete the install. Our home is now nice and warm. Awsome team and very professional. Its hard to find reliable trades in this day and age that's why Go Cold stand put from the rest.

Contacted Jenny and she gave me all the information I needed to make a choice. Dave visited the site and confirmed exactly what was required, then installed the two Gree heat pumps quickly and efficiently. Very happy with service from Go Cold, also can recommend Gree heatpumps, very quiet and effective.

Our Body Corporate of 19 commercial units across four buildings was in dire need of a ‘GOOD’ HVAC company to perform quarterly maintenance and sign off the required IQP documents for the issuance of the annual ‘Building Warrant Of Fitness’ on all units. We had been referred to GoCold by two other parties and after reading their reviews (No Cowboys Website), we decided to make further enquiries. The buildings are 15 years old with their original brand name HVAC systems end of life and a mix of new and old equipment brands. The Body Corporate had been let down by previous contractors not attending regularly, performing unsatisfactory servicing at substantially high prices; and turning up without notice. GoCold were able to promptly provide competitive pricing along with the necessary Health & Safety Insurance and compliance required for commercial work. Over the last year, a number of unit owners have required new AC installation and repairs. GoCold have been responsive (often attending sites within 24 hours of the first call for urgent maintenance like leaks). They even efficiently handled a warranty claim despite the original equipment not installed by them. (No passing the buck here). The Go Cold team was professional and clearly experienced. Our problem was resolved as quickly as possible. And when things didn't go quite as planned, Dave came back to resolve the problem with no extra charge.

Needed heat pump ASAP, called Dave and less than a week later we had one installed! I can't speak highly enough, he thought of details like lining unit up so visually everything looked right and unit was properly centered.
