The best there is! Patrick was great throughout and was able to fit his team to my busy schedule. Choosing the installation location inside and outside were planned carefully and Patrick was always listening to my concerns. Installation went without a hitch with all the technicians being very professional and friendly. They cleaned up well, cleared all the dust and rubbish and even wipe down the walls. I had 5 heat pumps installed with Patrick over 3 years now and all 5 stars!

I had two Fujitsu heat pumps installed by Heat Pump City in 2015. They were the largest available models at the time, and are installed on the top floor of the house (ducted system), and the bottom floor (wall unit). The installation went smoothy, and the folks are Heat Pump City were always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The price was the best I could find anywhere in Auckland. Both system have worked flawlessly over the entire time. The last service was in 2016. The technician who came out now, in 2021, was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He had some tips how to use the system to get even better performance out of it. In addition, he was a pleasure to talk to. I couldn't be happier! Many thanks Heat Pump City!

Had them serviced our heat pumps. Gave us a special rate for multiple heat pumps, which was about $100 cheaper than other quotes, even cheaper than the company that installed for us 5yrs ago. Came on time and was very professional throughout. Very little disturbance as they worked around our house. They told me the company is under new management abt a year ago. One thing I really like about them is that they have their own electricians to install and service their heat pumps. Our previous company contracted outside servicing/maintenance ppl and these outside contractors don’t really care about their customers. It seems Heat Pump City places a bit more effort in customer service. There was one problem that wasn’t addressed during the maintenance, but they quickly returned to have it looked at and solved in no time. Very responsible. Thanks Heat Pump City.
