C.From on-site assessment to installation, everything was straightforward with no hidden details. The HRV works as expected, with the only drawback we've experienced so far is that the HRV doesn't really cool the house during a hot summers day in excess of 30 degrees due to high roof temperature.

A.Had the HRV filters replaced today. Paul showed up on time and friendly. Not only were the filters replaced in record time, he also took the time to explain and show me how the key pad functionality works. WOW super impressed. Highly recommended.

S.We have had an HRV for a number of years now and the difference it has made to the ventilation of our home is incredible. I have not had any mildew on our curtains since it was installed and the air is fresher and cleaner. The after sales service is great and the technicians who come every two years to replace the filters are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend HRV as both a great company and great system.

Servicing has been done every 2 years by Paul, whom I find very helpful and knowledgeable. Paul would certainly be my first point of contact if there were a problem.

R.Impromtu decision to air condition my home made when HRV serviceman was here to replace ventilation filter in ceiling resulted in his advising me that HRV did such work and used the brand I was interested in. In less than an hour, he had measured up and gave a satisfactory quote for three units. Deposit paid, covid restrictions throughout the country, I expected to have to wait weeks. Within a few days an HRV team of three were on site and the total job was completed that day! The team were obviously experts in their field and it was a pleasure watching them work. Top marks to Sumeet, Ravi and Mose, well done!
I would have no reservations about recomending HRV to anyone wanting air conditioning installed. RHJ

H.I have had an HRV system for 12+ years now across 2 houses. I've never had a problem with them and they have always delivered reduced condensation and my the house so much drier. We've had Paul service our filters for the last 2 occasions and he is a superb technician. Explains everything, polite, professional and you can have a laugh with him.
C.Very happy with the service I received recently when having the filter changed on my HRV system. The HRV representative (Kelvin) arrived early (after having called me first to check it was convenient). He wore full personal protective equipment & maintained an appropriate distance throughout his time in the house - very important during Covid. He changed the filter promptly & checked the air flow through (& cleaned) all the vents into the house.
Although I am very happy with the service I haven't given a 5 star rating - the only reason being the service is somewhat pricey - $230 for 10 minutes work (including the cost of the filter).

S.HRV filter change was done under Lockdown. The team communicated very efficiently and all the covid protocol was followed. Very happy with the service provided. I have HRV ventilation for a very long time and never had any issues.

M.We find your technician, Paul, to be very knowledgeable in your product. He was able to advise me on which setting I should be using for each season. I am well pleased to note that you have introduced the locking mechanism to lock the switchboard before any work is carried out. A plus point.
D.Great service from Paul . He wore all the PPE and cleaned up as he went about his work . Paul asked all the relevant safety questions and maintained a safe distance as require during Level 3 lockdown .
He took the time to explain the work he was to carry out, then Isolated and locked the system for safety.
After that he changed out the three filters and tested and recorded the airflow at each outlet .
He then followed up by reminding me of the functionality of the controller and how to get the best out of the system.
All this while on Level 3 , so his efforts and work ethic was appreciated .
We are very please with the HRV system as we have used their set up for a few years now and its been one of our best buys by keeping the whole house dry throughout the years .

R.Thanu the technician arrived early to replace the two filters. After discovering that one of the two fans was defective (we have 5 ceiling outlets, the system about 13 years old), he arranged for a co-worker to investigate, confirmed it was dead, quoted and replaced with the latest third generation fan. All done on the same visit.
Very happy now with the system all working well. Thank you HRV team!
E.As instructed through HRV, the Service Technician was to ring PRIOR to coming to change the filter.
Thanu - your Service Tech did that and was early (which was pleasing) and completed the filter changeover in minutes. Good bloke.
K.I'm really happy with my HRV unit, it has definitely significantly lowered the amount of condensation in my apartment and keeps the air circulating. I am also really happy with the regular filter changing service, as the filters were really dirty from filtering out the dust from the city (I think it's every two years for that service).

S.We have been a client of HRV for years. Every house that we have owned we have installed an HRV ventilation system. We swear by them. They are fantastic. Keeps house warm in winter and cool in summer.
During level 4 lockdown our HRV stopped working. We phoned HRV who advised to try a few different techniques to fix, however nothing worked. First day of level 3 we received a phone call from HRV to book in a technician to check out the problem. Anil Deo arrived on time and kitted out in his PPE gear. He was very courteous and polite. Found the problem within minutes and told/showed me what was wrong as well. He quoted cost straight away without having to go away to work it out. Once approved he rectified the problem immediately and tested the HRV. Anil Deo was great. Would highly recommend him as a technician and the HRV team. Thank you Anil Deo :-)

Particularly useful was the use of the "burnt toast" or "man" setting as Paul described it! Checking the system's efficiency and changing the filter were all completed quickly and effectively. Seeing the state of the old filter really brought home how good the HRV system is for keeping the home's air clean and dry. HRV is a must for a clean and healthy home.

J.During Covid-19, level 3 Paul arrived on time and totally prepared with mask, gloves and spray bottle that he used to wipe everything down as he worked. Paul is totally professional working through the steps as the operator described over the phone prior to our service. Paul, explained how to use our system simplifying with recommendations for the seasons.
No more arguments with us and he even provided his number to call him to settle any should the need arise.
Really impressed with Paul, he knows what he is doing, calm and really informative. We are really happy! Paul showed us our old dirty filter and we are so glad we made the decision to invest in our HRV system and keep up with the two yearly maintenance. We have never had any problems with our system and have an older home. Even so, it is great to know we live in a warm dry one, breathing better air.

M.Paul was a great guy to deal with - helpful and sorted the system out in no time. Highly recommend. Think HRV can drop the price of a service however - at $330 it is pretty steep for a filter out of china that would cost less than $10 and n efficient service man who is here for 30 minutes max.

w.Have had the HRV ventilation system for many many years now . best thing i ever done .No signs of mold anywhere and the house is always dry during the winter months that i no longer use my log burner or heat pump (,just a heavy blanket every now and then during winter is all i need now) Draws in warm air on winter days and cool air during summer nights. As i said before ... because the inside of the house is dry all the time .. there is no musty smell , mold or dampness at all ... making it feel a lot warmer and a lot more healthier for the family . Totally Awesome Product ... worth every cent and am so glad i have one

P.Mohammed came out to change the filters on our very old HRV system and he made it an easy decision for me to decide to upgrade the system which I had been putting off for a few years! He was able to do it right then and there and I am very happy with his advise and the installation

I was very impressed that Jay-Michael was punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was also pleased that he was wearing a mask and was aware of the social distancing rules.
Jay-Michael went over a few areas of the control panel that I still didn't have a clear understanding of, and answered all of my questions without hesitation.
Before changing the filters he showed me the ones he was going to install then after he replaced them he showed me the filters he took out. The system is certainly doing what it's meant to be doing!

Even went as far as cleaning off some finger prints left by other on the ceiling access panel. Entire process took no more than 30 minutes. Would recommend them to anyone needing their HRV system serviced.

E.The Summer Kit we ordered was installed 9th Oct. HRV installation team arrived 15 min early to determine scope of work. They kept me on the loop about the plan and considered my inputs. C.I had a lovely visit from Praneel Chandra today. I asked about the cool system for summer and he was only to happy to explain with a full diagram of how it works. M.I can't comment yet on the performance of the HRV System, as it was only installed 2 days ago. The purchase and installation was interrupted by Covid and then by the departure of a couple of staff members I'd been dealing with, but once we were back on track it was an easy process. The staff were helpful and informative. The installation was organised very quickly and no payment was required until the system was fully installed and signed off. A special shout-out to Muhammed and Ali who installed the system; punctual, friendly and quick and tidy considering some of the difficulties faced in an old villa. N.We had an issue with our HRV system making some odd noises throughout the day. When Jay-Michael arrived from the get-go he was extremely professional. We have had HRV personnel around in the past but none of them came close to the knowledge and professionalism that Jay-Micahel had. Even though the noise did not happen whilst he was there and was unsure about what could be causing it, he looked through the entire system to try and find the issue. Once he was done he gave us a run down on what he did. Ever since he came we have not had the annoying noises happen which has been a relief. I was very impressed with Jay-Michael and thank him for the work that he did.

S.Great experience all up, and appreciated the punctuality , right on time!! First, during filter change Paul picked up that system was getting old (almost dangerous) and needed replacement, so provide a fair price for replacement, and through HRV booking system came the next week.
Again, perfectly on time, and able to accommodate to use slightly Fan, so we can better use the roof cavity space, despite some amost 50+ deg. Also, I am no professional, but it seems more logical to me that Fan should be installed horizontally and not vertically.

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank one of your technicians, Mr JAY. MICHEAL, for coming up to my house and checking out the existing HRV SYSTEM
WE have just bought this beautiful home recently at # 62A, Glendene Avenue , Glendene and felt like getting the system checked out because a red light was flashing.
So we called up and made an appointment, then Mr Jay Michael was sent to check the HRV SYSTEM.
UPON INSPECTION, We found out that this system has not been serviced for some years, and required a filter change and service.
Once Michael inspected the whole unit he found out that the Motors on both unit were heating up and had moisture and rust on them .
He went through with us on the Pros and cons of having the system replaced, which totally took us away, but made sense though and recommend one of the bestselling.
Though, we were not ready for this but the gentleman's word and explanation made us realize the value of having the latest system installed which was good for the house as well as the family.
We agreed to all his recommendations, and are very proud of having a HRV SYSTEM INSTALLED ON MY PROPERTY.

He was able to answer some questions regarding systemic issues but also suggested that if the issue persists to get back to customer services. He was courteous and communicated well and completed the job in good time.
