Purchased my second heat pump from Rebecca and Jason. Install is so quick and easy and everyone is very friendly. They even fixed up a small issue I had with another one where it was dribbling in an inconvenient spot. Very happy and everything is working well. I'm also really happy with the cost they are very reasonable.

Jason rocked up at precisely the right time. He installed a grunty 6kw Daikin upstairs with no fuss. He cleaned up and was in and out within 2 hours. That includes instructions. Very professional, friendly, and did me a favour squeezing the appointment in on short notice.

This review is too easy. Kiwi Heat pumps have installed at least 10 heat pumps for ourselves, and more for family. Rebecca as a first contact, then Jason and Mat the installers. Never a problem, done right first time. Neat and tidy workmanship, and the only sign of them being there is the new heat pump. Why go anywhere else? We won't. Thanks again. Cheers, Anthony

We simply love our new heat pump. We thought we'd set Rebecca a difficult task when we asked her to come quote for a heat pump in our hallway, but she knew the perfect solution for our tricky space. With the Covid lockdown, we had to change the install date twice due to delayed tradies, but Rebecca was so accommodating about this and nothing was a problem. When the date of the install finally came, we discovered that Jason was a dog whisperer as well as a heat pump master! Our dogs listened to him better than they do to us & he had no issues doing the install with them on site. We can not recommend this awesome family business enough. Friendly & reliable, nothing was too hard & they stuck to the quoted price as well.

Nothing was a problem and everything was explained so there were no surprises or hidden costs. Great service. All done by emails and phone calls, couple of photos and the heat pump was installed on the due date on time. It took a while to get back to me at first, but I guess is was a misunderstanding there, so all good now.

Knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. Everything you’re looking for in a heat pump/AC installer you can find with Kiwiheatpump NZ. At first I wanted a Fujitsu ASTG14LUCA 5.4kW to cool our large living room, but after an initial assessment of our place, they said the smaller ASTG12LVCB 4.8kW would suffice. Now we’re comfortable and saving money on energy costs too. Their after-installation service is remarkable as well. I appreciate that their honesty and reliability.
