This is an excellent team who can provide alternative solution on difficult case. There are 3 nice men working on my heat pump installation today and it just took only about an hour to finish the whole job, which was very efficient. The communication has been smooth and effective. I am very happy with their service.

I had four competing quotes, and these guys not only beat them by a mile, but problem solved like none of the others for our installation, which saved us even more. The communication was fantastic, and great service. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Reliable fast and timely service. Contacted them for a minor issue afterwards, from no fault of the installers, and their turn around time was outstanding, which is rare to see in tradies these days

Big thankyou to GURI/MANI/AD who installed our Aircon Unit today. Communication was awesome, we discussed locations for unit/inverter and they provided professional advise including any additional costs prior to install. They have a great work ethic and men carryout tasks as a well oiled machine with specific tasks acheiving a quick turn around. Used these guys before and was very impressed and today had no problem discussing what was required and left AD/MANI/GURI to it to install another unit and lock the house up after they finish. Dear Gurpreet, AD and his Team are the best. They came to my rescue on Monday and installed two heat pumps as it was a surprise for my husband and there had been a miscommunication and I was told by head office, that it wouldn’t be able to be done until after the New Year!! I have shipped the two heap Pumps up from Christchurch so that it could be done before My husband finished work for the year on Tuesday 15th Dec. When AD learnt about the miscommunication and my wishes for the install on Monday and he did all he could to make it happen for me. And made it happen!! I am so grateful to AD AD and his team were Polite, efficient tidy and worked hard to get the job done in record time. I will highly recommend your team and service to anyone. NZ Heatpumps are so Professional and Accommodating, I had 4 Units to be Installed in 4 separate Houses . The Team Showed up at the Agreed Time , they went Straight to Work were Extremely Polite to the Tenants , they Cleaned as they Worked and Gave Tution on how the Units are Operated to each Tenant , cant Rate these Boys Highly enough and would Most Defineately recommend NZ Heatpumps to Anyone looking for insallers who do as they Say
