C.Super easy to deal with. I was able to make a booking at short notice, the guys arrived on time, and they were very polite and professional. Left everything clean and tidy and we are now enjoying cool, clean air :) Thanks for a great service (on 3 high-wall units). Will definitely be using this team again.
S.Professional servicemen, very polite, very tidy and unobtrusive. Had to use my ladder because theirs was too small, and they neatly returned the ladder to the shed. Excellent admin service too - they ring each year to ask if I require the annual maintenance. Total all-round good business experience.

A.Quoting was good where they sent actual installers to check the install even up in the roof. Gave confidence. Went to the effort to meet my requirements involving a long tube run. Mitsubishi heavy industries bronte unit is very good. Just the outdoor unit install was a bit mickey mouse despite our questions whether we needed to lay a slab. Unit was wobbly, didn't fit the plastic slab and not fastened properly. Photos attached

D.Asked for a new heat pumped as old one was messed up. Honestly bloody quick to come, indian lad was nice. He was polite and got the work done. Simple as, great business, had to leave the review.
H.Mitsubishi heat pump was purchased via the Oneair workman who removed my broken one. Good job. And the guys who installed the new one fine. Just make sure you ask to see the selection of various styles. The new one was installed sight unseen and it doesn't give a variation for air direction.
D.We got a couple of heatpumps installed ready for the summer which seems to get hotter each year. So professional, polite, tidy and considerate. Job well done! Will be recommending you to our friends

O.Thank you very much for professional maintanance service done by your team member. First of all, it was great you call us to remind that maintanance is required. A very professional and caring engineer came and cleaned two pumps in about one hour. ...We just did our new garden with a wall to hide the pump box and were concerned if he can get in it still. He managed to get in and provide us an advice on how to keep the unit clean from snails and spiders for future. Thanks a lot, Pranit!! We appreciate it!
