The people at Oxygen Air were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. It was my first time purchasing a heat pump and getting it installed, so it was a daunting new experience for me, but Oxygen Air made it easy. The initial in-home consultation/quote experience was very smooth. Dan was very friendly and was happy to answer all my questions and provided me with all the options I needed. I never felt pressured by him to buy something that I didn't need. Once that was done and I had picked the model of heat pump I wanted, it was a bit trickier to get book a time to get it all installed, because: (1) they didn't have my model in stock and were waiting for their overseas supplier [but I believe that was a problem faced by many other air con suppliers due to supply problems overseas so not really their fault], (2) getting ahold of someone at Oxygen Air to actually book the installation appointment was difficult and I kept being diverted to some central office who didn't actually do the bookings so I kept having to call back until I could get someone who actually could schedule the booking. There was a bit of a wait (up to five months, if I recall correctly) between having my in-home consultation and the actual installation done due to having wait for my unit to be in stock and waiting for a free slot as Oxygen Air were booked up full for a long time. When the installation finally happened, the variety of people who came to my home to do the installation were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, for my first experience getting an AC purchased and installed, it was relatively smooth and trouble-free, except the whole back-and-forth trying to book my appointment and the time it took between getting my quote and getting the installation done. While some of this wasn't really their fault as there were supply issues outside of their control, it's just something for future buyers to be mindful about, particularly if you have deadlines to stick to.

I have had several heat pump dealings with Oxygen Air over the last few years. I have always found them good to deal with. Good value with a real wish to give the best possible outcomes. I have never been disappointed with the products or service and based on my experiences I would recommend them.

Oxygen Air installed a split system and multi-split system into our home. From the beginning they made us feel comfortable by being professional and discussing our options in a lot of detail with us, including how the overall exterior pipe runs would look. The installation team (Jane and Julius) were fantastic, vacuuming after they finished and overall installation is very neat and tidy, exactly what we wanted. Both systems work exactly as we wanted.

Chris gave great advice about the best type for my apartment and installation was fast and efficient. Kailash and Akash turned up right on time and explained what they were going to do, and even took shoes off when they first came in. They cleaned and offered to vacuum after they finished and Kailash even tried to remove some glue left on my wall after I removed a picture! Recently just replaced my old broken AC with Oxygen Air, it was one of the best experiences i had so far. I put an online enquiry and an admin lady contacted me in few hours’ time and booked site visit. The salesperson Brent came on time and was super friendly, explained everything to me in details. After site visit the admin lady called me few hours later and emailed me the quote and invoice, also confirmed installation date and time. The installation was efficient and neat, technician even came earlier and just waited outside my house. The whole experience could not be any better, every single staff in Oxygen air was great.

Ezra came in for a quote and was great to recommend placements of indoor/outdoor units. He is knowledgeable about the products OxyAir offers. Ophelia has also been excellent in keeping me up to date on the entire process. OxyAir were kind enough to price match against competition and gave me a huge bargain for a Fujitsu ducted unit for upstairs as well as two Panasonic Z20/Z50 VKR units for downstairs. The boys were friendly and were really productive and tidy with all the cabling and layout inside the house. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys for their homes!

It has been a great experience of purchasing my very first Fujitsu heat pump from Oxygen Air. I received multiple number of price quotations from different companies and Oxygen Air did offer the most competitive price and also they had a pride of their work and a salesman, Martin did recommend the most suitable heat pump for my house. He was very informative, kind, honest and had lots of knowledge. Despite of having lots of questions from myself, he neither hesitated nor bothered to answer my questions and was very easy to reach. Once I decided to make a purchase, an office lady, Robyn did inform about the installation and payment. Furthermore, she kindly arranged the earliest installation date and time as quick as possible, so it was just smooth and fast. Even after that, she continuously provided updates if there were any changes that I need to be aware of. She was very professional and kind, so I am absolutely pleased with her help and contribution. Finally, our heat pump installer, Jordan was such an amazing guy. He came to my house earlier and told me about the installation plan and process, as well as sharing his thoughts after listening to my opinions and suggestions. I had an absolute positive impression of Jordan, because he was very professional, kind, faithful, responsible and he was also diligent at his work. He did his best during the installation and the result was fantastic. He did find the best spot for both indoor and outdoor units and pipe work was done perfectly and never could be better and tidier than this. Even after the work was completed, he cleaned and tided up the area with his own vacuum. Although I told him that I would do the cleaning, he smiled and replied to me by saying "This is also part of my job". Very amazing and impressive. To be honest, due to the structure of my house, back-to-back installation was not possible for me. Thus additional job to install outside unit had to be done with additional cost, and Oxygen Air came up with the most reasonable price. Since it was more reasonable than other companies (one of the dealer tried to charge 4 times more than Oxygen Air), I was little bit concerning about the quality of work. However, this was just unnecessary, because my family and I could never find a single fault to make a complaint, but instead, we were so satisfied with the entire process and result, especially the installation. Martin, Robyn and Jordan were absolutely amazing and I am more than confident to recommend Oxygen Air to everyone around myself. The install went from 9am to 3pm, and was a nice and smooth operation. We have been using the unit at night, at first to cool the rooms for the night (19degrees), and we have found that even with the fan on full power we can barely hear it, even in the quiet of the night. Then the weather suddenly changed and we even used the heat mode to just take the edge off the rooms and it warmed the 4 bedrooms up quickly and made it nice to sleep. What a GREAT experience with Oxygen Air!!! I had my Ducted System Installed about two months ago now and waited to write my review to see what the aftersales service was like. I requested a quote through the website, which was already very informative, I then received a call the very same day from Ophelia the office lady who booked us in right away. Ezra the Salesman came to see me very knowledgeable and professional gentlemen who helped me every step of the way and ran me through the options of a multi-system and a Ducted heat pump system. The job was complicated but Oxygen Air were up to the task. Ezra along with the Engineer worked out a great Ducted solution for my home including full Wi-Fi Capability. On the day of installation, the guys arrived 30min early and due to the perfect planning and well thought out solution the job went without a hitch, the five young tradesman that did the install worked with precision and speed and before I knew it, they had installed the system and most importantly cleaned up behind themselves. They were also up to speed on how the system works and gave me a full rundown of the system and its Wi-Fi capabilities. I could not find a fault with the service from Oxygen Air. The system has been performing even better than expected and I am glad we could get it all sorted before the winter rush. From initial inquiry, through consultation and installation to post installation follow-up call, the service and attention was fantastic. The crew that turned up to install the heat pump were courteous, respectful, and friendly. The installation itself was very neat and tidy, and the crew tidied up exceptionally well after them. Having given these guys a rave review regarding the installation of my Ducted system,unfortunately the same cannot be said regarding after sales service. After 2 years we developed a leak in our ceiling which was traced to a sag in a 3 meter span of unsupported drain line which caused the unit drip tray to overflow in the ceiling and eventually cause a hole to develop. Oxygenair have put the blame on me due to not having the unit serviced for 2 years. Also they were adamant nobody would come and investigate unless I paid the $400 service fee in advance. Service man came and could not comment on the cause of the issue????Said he"d talk to his manager.........Ive heard nothing. Clearly an install issue and still unresolved. Very disappointing.

I am writing this to let others know about the excellent and honest service from Oxygen Air, this was experienced with everyone I dealt with from start to finish. I got three quotes and this company was the only company that gave me any confidence in getting the correct installation for our house. Others were recommending smaller systems to keep the price down, Brent from Oxygen Air had different ideas, larger systems to suite the actual size of rooms and would be more efficient and cost less to run. Brent recommended two systems, a ducted to the four bedrooms and a wall unit for the living area, this meant we can heat or cool the two areas independently. As we like our bedrooms cooler than the living area, this system is working great for us, just as Brent said it would. They also send an engineer around before installation to make a plan for the installers and go over the installation with you. Even the installers spend time with you before installation, to make sure you are happy with everything that is about to be done. The installers were nice friendly guys and encouraged you to ask questions if you were not sure about anything. A couple of days after installation the engineer comes back to make sure everything is working well and you are happy. Most importantly for me was I had trust and confidence in all the people I dealt with from Oxygen Air throughout the whole process. THANKS.

I purchased 4 x Wireless Fujitsu heat pumps from Oxygen Air for my lounge, bedrooms and my work office in April 2018. I dealt with Dale from the outset and he was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and he was the one that suggested the locations for each of the heat pumps and which models to go with. The initial scope was to go with 1 wireless Fujitsu for the home office and the rest of the rooms using the standard Fujitsu models. I decided to go with Dale's advice on heat pump placement and made the choice to install all rooms with the wireless Fujitsu models which I feel was the perfect decision now as we can control everything conveniently at home or remotely and we don't have to keep going in to baby's room and disrupting his sleep when we want to change the temperature. I can also turn off and control all the the heat pumps remotely if someone has left the house and forgotten to turn one of them off. I accepted the quote for the work on a Friday and Oxygen Air were able to fit me in after that weekend so was very happy with the prompt installation date. The 3 installers arrived first thing in the morning and finished in the afternoon. They always made sure we were happy with every step of the work during the process and completed the work without issue. One month on and we are still very happy with the heat pump placement suggested by Dale and the difference it's made to our household. We have just received our first power bill using the heat pumps and last years bill was much higher for April / May and for this bill cycle we've had all 4 of the heat pumps used extensively. Overall I am very pleased with the work carried out by Dale and the entire team at Oxygen Air and would not hesitate in using them again for any future work.

Ezra provided some pictures to assist with the body corp approval. Installers scheduled to come at 1pm, after repeated calls to their office, installers eventually came at 430pm. Installation was smooth and they cleaned up afterwards but of course there were some parts we cleaned ourselves after they left. Thanks to Dale and his great great team who installed a Fujitsu ducted heat pump system for me about a month ago in the end of June. I have been very pleased with this new system since it was installed, warm and cozy everywhere at home, no more weeping windows and mouldy curtains and towels. I don’t even need dehumidifiers and clothing drier since it was installed. I put away a bunch of them and heaters and this leaves me much room without cords dragging here and there. The most exciting thing is that I only had an increase of about 30-40 dollars in my first monthly power bill after installation. I am more than happy to pay for this little extra while I run the system on for at least 15-19 hours a day or even more, and then the whole family has a much more comfortable winter in the coldest month of July. I would highly recommend Oxygen Air to anyone who is looking for a better interior living condition like me. They are one of the best teams I ever had for all the big or small jobs done for my home. They are nice and friendly people always trying their best to deliver the best results you will know when you meet them. What I would recommend to other consumers about this product would be: 1)Be a realistic consumer and ignore some minor imperfections such as the controller is not that easy to use all the features as designed but at least it works well enough to turn on and off. 2)If you live in a relatively small place, don’t think your home doesn’t worth a ducted heat pump system. Just on the contrary, it will totally improve your living conditions at a very reasonable price.

He suggested getting a bit bigger than we had initially planned and placing it in a different location so it would direct the heat through the entire house. We have a Fujitsu Wi-Fi heat pump and it is amazing. We leave it on all night and the entire house, all 5 bedrooms included are nice and warm. It hasn't increased our power bill much, significantly less than using a heater just in one bedroom. I have the Aspen Ventilation System installed by Oxy Air. When I was searching for a ventilation system for my house I could not find much information on ASPEN system so I will provide a detailed review for anyone looking for a ventilation system. The ASPEN ventilation system does what it is meant to do as in pumps in fresh air into the house and remove stale air from house to dry your home. The fan system has three speed modes high/medium/low. The control unit however is "dumb". The sensor of the inside house air temperature is integrated in the control unit. The control unit sits in the hallways and the vents are in the bedroom. So on a cold night the hallway is sitting at 24 degrees and the rooms at 21 degrees but it keeps pumping cold air in to maintain set 22 degrees thinking the house is at 24 degrees making it really cold in the bedrooms. The control unit also does not maintain the heat in house by shutting when the set temperature is much higher for it to achieve by either the attic or fresh air. For e.g. if I set the temperature at 27 degrees it keeps pumping cold air at 15 degrees at night instead of shutting down. So yes ventilation system makes your home dry and easier to heat but makes it cold enough for your heater to work hard to maintain the heat levels because of constant flow of cold air at night. One star for the system because of the miserable control unit. My experience with following: Brent - Salesperson who came to the house to provide a quotation. Knowledgeable and very prompt in helping with queries but like any other salesperson..highlights only the positives of the system. Once the sale had gone through the interest level and response from Brent to ensure our issues were resolved was disappointing. I guess it is not part of his job since the ball is in the court of the office ladies. Still, does not leave a very good impression when you are not concerned at all once you have sold the product. Office ladies - hats off to them, they are marvelous to deal with and will help you with all your queries and request. One out of my three stars for them. Installation crew - Came at time of the booking but installed every duct where it was easiest for them to install with no regards to the alignment of the vents to your existing light fittings etc. Even installed a fresh air intake vent for the "SUMMER KIT" in the enclosed section of the house which gets summer sun all day long making it really hot. So the worst place to make a hole in my roof an place a vent there only because it was the shortest distance from the unit i.e. short length of ducting required. Hats off to the second technician who came to the house realised the error and got it fixed ASAP. My third star of the review is for this technician who sorted our summer kit issue. Oxygen Air seems to be a really good company as in they have some really good people and are willing to do their best. Unfortunately, the control unit of the ASPEN ventilation system makes it a system I would avoid in my next property or any of my friends and family's properties (at least for now considering what I have faced so far, if the system improves in future, I may change my mind). Will I use the company again, Yes but only for a heat pump. Spend a bit extra and get a Ventilation system with a smarter controller and option of few more fan speed settings so you can survive on very cold nights when attic gets cold as well. You can still have the system and turn it off manually at night but then you get lot of condensation on your windows in the morning, which is why you install a ventilation system in first place to reduce condensation. I hope it helps others looking for a ventilation system.

We met Brent at the Auckland homeshow and he was knowledgeable about the products and unit sizes. He was able to roughly estimate our costs straight away without up selling us to a bigger unit that we knew we didn't need, unlike all the other companies at the show (who obviously lost our sale). I was initially not satisfied with the install. The conduit routing to the power source was mounted high up on my weatherboards; I would have preferred it to be below the weatherboard section and routed under the house. One of my weatherboards had been split because presumably the installer did not drill a pilot hole for a screw. I placed a bad review. The owner of the co contacted me the same day and visited me soon after. He was very concerned and promised to rectify all issues. The routing has been promptly changed and the split filled, the painter is attending tomorrow.

Orginally I was looking to put a heatpump in my hallway to heat/cool my bedroom areas however after speaking with Oxygen Airs very informative consultant Dale I was advised this would not be the most effective soloution. He then suggested a Fujitsu ducted system which was a lot more than what I was originally wanting to spend however after having all my questions answered I decided to go ahead with this option and I could have not been more happy.
