Quiet older style motel. Wifi was difficult to connect with and bed and seat were old but 50 sky channels helped pass the night away as well as good ac/heat pump in the room. Parking right outside your room. Very close to town within walking distance.

Nicely renovated room with new carpets. Plenty of space, with good size kitchen. The friendly owners keep it really clean and gave us a nice quick tour of the rooms, amenities and how to use the TV remotes which was a bonus.

Awesome lodge Motel management is Dad Mum & son. Friendly and very helpful. Nice pool they could add a spa that would be good. You can leave your car at the motel, town is a couple of minutes walk if that. Cambridge is a walkable friendly town.

Drapes and furnishings requires updating. Ceiling needs repairs walls repainted. Very shabby but affordable. Linen clean but surfaces need more attention.

Edit: as previously mentioned the sound was an issue, but seems to have stopped since 11:06pm Everything was great except for the noise 😵😤😴 in room 4. You can hear some motor in the wall and an electrical hum/chime. If you want peace and quiet, bring some ear plugs. If there's one thing i want to have at a motel or hotel, it's a good sleep. Specially when traveling long distance.

Me an my Sister stayed here for 3 dAys while I had doctors appointment, cosy place with swimming pool and spa WiFi an 50plus sky channels, had a little kitchen etc mini fridge an only couple of min to town. Had a good stay an comfy beds..

So handy to all an event I had to attend near the velodrome. Although close to a busy road, once I was in the room the noise was buffered by clever design and layout, I had a perfect nights sleep with my friends in one of the twin rooms.
